    Cold?

    We all get colds from time to time, especially this time of year. But it makes such a big difference if you remember to treat yourself to a little extra coziness on these sniffly days. Today, I took the time to give myself an extra long and warm shower. My hair got a boost with massage and Oplex products. My face got a dose of Exuviance and Lumene. Last but not least, a little scent from Burberry and a couple of pads from Xlash. My best anti-cold tip is to pep yourself up with your favorite products. It makes such a difference!

      Thanks for the tips! I really need to get better at taking care of myself a little extra when I'm sick. It's so easy to just curl up under a blanket and ignore everything about skincare and haircare. Which often backfires when the cold is over 😅
