Since I started with pink a few weeks ago, I've felt that I don't want to use the same shade throughout my hair. I've left the blonde in strands or sections because I want to keep that lighter feeling. Yesterday I flipped my head upside down, brushed out my hair, and applied clear conditioner to the outermost 10 cm of the lengths. This was so those parts wouldn't absorb the pink color. Then I mixed clear conditioner with pink, a little cool brown, and a little purple and applied it to the lengths from the roots out to where the clear conditioner was. When I rinsed it out, it seems some of the ends still absorbed a bit of the pink (but probably less than if I hadn’t pre-treated ("saturated") them with regular conditioner first), so the effect was a bit less than I hoped for but nice anyway 🤗🤗 The color is generally stronger closer to the roots, and when I run my hand through my hair, there’s a bit more variation than before 💕 I don’t really recommend mixing color treatments from different brands, but since I still had some purple from Maria Nila and By Lyko doesn’t have any like that, I tried mixing and it worked fine #bylyko #marianila3 products in the look

I really like this Maria Nila spray! I use it together with the shampoo, conditioner, and Gloss rinse from the same product line, but it also works on its own. The product is easy to dose and apply, and it smells wonderful! 😍 It really helps to add shine and detangle knots. I spray it on towel-dried hair, let it sit for a moment, and then gently brush my hair through. It works almost better than the detangler products I've tried. Also, it works without blow-drying, even though it is said to be activated by heat. 🤭 Of course, the best result is achieved by blow-drying! I bought both a travel size and a larger one. Maria Nila's Head & Hair Heal shampoo and conditioner are perfect for my hair. It is meant to complement the shampoo – soothe itching, counteract dandruff, and stimulate hair growth. It also has lighter silicones so you don’t get as much build-up. It protects colored hair from sun bleaching. It can be too light for those with very dry or bleached hair. The conditioner smells the same as the shampoo. I have fine hair and did not experience the conditioner weighing it down. After using Maria Nila's Head & Hair Heal shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks, I am convinced to switch from my regular brand. First, a bit about my hair: 👵🏻 I have typical Nordic hair. The strands are fine, but there are very many of them. My hair is in the early years of menopause, and I expect thinner hair and hair loss in the coming years. 🌪️ My hair is exposed to quite a bit of wear from chlorinated water, heat tools, hair ties, freezing temperatures, headsets, and hats. I also regularly take medications that have hair loss as a side effect. 🏆 I honestly don’t think I’ll find a shampoo and conditioner that better meets my needs. 🫧 The shampoo is gentle and mild, it prevents hair loss and promotes hair growth, provides moisture and care, and protects against wear. 🫧 It also protects against dandruff and scalp fungus for those who have these issues. And it protects colored hair. 🌸 I found the shampoo very easy to distribute and rinse out. I think it smells absolutely heavenly. It’s fresh, light, and floral. I don’t find the scent too strong (but also not discreet enough for those who dislike perfumed products). 🌸 I like the design a lot. The color reflects the scent – a mild floral fragrance. The bottle fits well in the hand and it’s easy to snap open the cap. 🥰 And the hair feels so good afterward. I found my hair easy to comb, it became light and airy (and as mentioned, I had thin hair), shiny and pleasantly scented. 💰 And it’s economical. Tested this trio in connection with the LYKO creator deal🤩 and this was such a good hair oil! Heal shampoo and conditioner: I always get comments from hairdressers that my scalp looks so red and irritated, without really understanding why it happens. The shampoo and conditioner prevent dandruff and scalp problems. It is also supposed to be good for hair growth. I have used this series a couple of times now and notice a difference in that my scalp is less irritated🤩 so this was top-notch for me.
