First time with color bomb here and I already love it, the hair became so soft! Relatively newly colored starting point with some regrowth (full of orange tones, done at the hairdresser) the result became very striped (about 7, 8, and 9) so I wanted to even out the edges a bit with my natural hair color and tone down the orange. Which I think succeeded pretty well. Mixed half Cocoa intense with fragrance-free conditioner and about 2-3ml pink pop in towel-dried hair for about 45min it happened to be.
Didn’t sit so well in the regrowth but since it’s untreated - anyone know how to treat regrowth gently and preferably environmentally friendly just to get the color bomb to stick there too? Highlights for regrowth at the hairdresser don’t treat the entire regrowth, right? Can you bleach with something mild for a short time at home maybe?
I’d love to continue with color bombs as they feel more environmentally friendly than regular home dyes (bleaching with hydrogen peroxide they also do at green hairdressers, I’ve understood but not dyes) - and you get a treatment at the same time - just win win 🤩👏🏻
