About Lyko

We are the hair and beauty specialist who strives to have the best customer experience and the widest product range. We want to capture the feeling that beauty is playful, wonderful and something individual. In total, we offer over 55,000 products from more than 1,000 brands, a mix of well-known and exciting new products that are complemented by our own affordable private label.

Over the years, we have put a lot of work into our e-commerce platform to be able to offer the fastest and best experience for our customers. In 2019, we had over 42.5 million visitors on our websites and sent out over 1.9 million orders.

We know that reliable delivery and customer service is important for the overall experience and we therefore offer local customer service with attentive and knowledgeable staff in all our markets. Today we have online webshops in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Austria, and we hope to continue to grow geographically.

Of course, we have a loyalty program, "Club Lyko", where you get points on all purchases. These points can then be redeemed at the checkout the next time you purchase something. When you are logged in, you get exclusive offers and the more you shop for, the more benefits you get!

We encourage all customers to rate, write reviews and upload photos of our products to help others. Our own staff also write reviews and give both criticism and praise where they see fit. In our community, "Lyko Social", you can hang out with other beauty enthusiasts and share your tips and advice.

In 2004 the Lyko family started the webshop from their hair salon in Sweden. The business grew rapidly online, but to further improve and expand, the Bellbox store chain was acquired in 2014, which at that time had about 30 stores.

All the stores changed their name to Lyko and today we have 36 stores in Sweden plus one in Norway. In 2016, the sales distribution was 50/50 in stores and online, but since then the online sales have grown and today accounts for over 80 percent of all sales.

Giving advice to our customers is very important to us and our staff is there to help and guide both online and in-store. In total, we have over 70 hairdressers and 18 dermatologists employed who can help customers and train all employees internally.

Lyko has been listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm First North Premier Growth Market since December 2017. The Group employs over 750 people.
