Nice and good concept but weak results
The unique thing about this product is that it contains patches for several parts of the face. Between the eyebrows, under/around the eye, and the lines from the side of the mouth up towards the nose. The jar is therefore a bit bigger than most others but fits nicely among the other eye patch jars in the fridge. I also think the jar is super nice with its purple color and suitably discreet text. All patches are together, 30 of each shape, in neat piles in the jar. The material is a bit bumpy/textured and at first I wondered if that meant it should face outwards or inwards but it turned out both sides are the same. It's nice to have patches on more places than just around the eyes (the size of those around the eyes is AMAZING by the way! No one should have smaller patches than that 🤩) but for me, who has quite a lot of facial expressions and "life" in the lines at the side of the mouth, I can feel a bit limited by the patches that are supposed to cover them if I don't just lie there and kind of close my eyes. X-lash promises: the product should "support the skin's long-term strength, visibly smooth fine lines and strengthen the skin both today and tomorrow." Result: I have tested this product for three weeks, a little more often than every other day, and that is too short to see long-term results. X-lash has not specified how often they should be used to see results. My opinion: It is, as always, nice with the cooling effect from when the patch has been in the fridge, but beyond that and the general, temporarily slightly smoothing effect you get from having a patch with some liquid against the skin for half an hour, I don't notice any lasting result from these and honestly not enough short-term effect to think it's worth the money. The post was made 2 days✨I have previously divided my hair into three sections: the lower hair (the neck, basically), the middle layer, and the upper layer. Here I have the upper layer left. The hair has already been washed, mousse applied, and blow-dried straight. I slept with Heatless curls but have brushed them out. I made curls section by section. First about 10 seconds of warm air, a few seconds of cooler air, and then a clip so the curl can cool in the same shape. Since the airwrap needs some moisture in the hair to grip, I spray each level with a little water and then heat protection. Just a wet heat protectant would have worked too. I put the "bangs" on rollers because I want more volume there. I could have rolled all on rollers but now I wanted to try "pinning" the curls directly from the airwrap. When I'm done, I spray with a little texture and finish spray. Then I went and did my makeup while the curls cool down. I want both! 😅 Anyone else find it annoying that you can’t have it all at once?! 😅 Honestly. I often want my hair down... but I also want it up... at the same time. I want EVERYTHING 😅 I don’t want to choose. Imagine if you could be sweet, sexy, rock, natural, glamorous, colorful, proper, casual... Sometimes you can combine a few, but I want to be everything at once! Sometimes I don’t want to choose. That’s where the problem lies... I want it all and don’t want to have to choose. At least sometimes. Some days it’s easy, but often I wish I could be everything at once. The downside is you might also seem like a crazy person, or alternatively a person with no personality... It’s been a long time since I used these (vacation), and this is the first time I’m trying them with mousse during the pre-blow dry. The fiber mousse makes my hair EVEN thicker, so a third roller would definitely have been great to get more curls and not just volume, but it’s easier to sleep with two than three on my head since I sleep both on my side and back. If you have thinner hair or fewer strands, two is definitely enough.
