I love these shadows! They are SO ridiculously affordable! I’ve tried to add ALL the products in the look, but after two attempts where the app crashes, I give up 😄 you just get the shadows 😊 the rest is Isa dora glow primer and isadora Cc-cream light and medium, NYX brow pencil in taupe, it cosmetics Bye bye under eye and waterproof mascara from Maybelline that isn’t sold in Sweden. I finally got my new products and I'm very happy with all of them! Isadora contour stick: I use this both as contour and bronzer and think the color is perfect for me as I am lighter and a bit cooler in skin tone! It blends out very easily and gives a natural glow! Top!! Hickap blush stick: I love this new cooler color! I have found it hard to find a nice blush that isn't too coral-colored or warm, especially in cream blush. This one is very easy to blend out, both by applying directly to the skin or with a brush. The color is also very nice on the lips. I'm very satisfied! Nyx serum concealer: This is my second pack and I'm just as happy as before. I like how light it is on the skin and how natural it looks!! #lykoreview #nyx #isadora #bylyko #hickap

There are maaaany different lenses to pimp up your costume with. I’ve previously had a pair that are completely red, with a hole for the pupil, and they are cool but look pretty hysterical. My tip, if you want a pair with color but that doesn’t look REALLY that crazy, is to look for a pair with dark edges and a little pattern, like the ones I have on here. It becomes more toned down but still with color. There’s a bit of charm in noticing first up close that “wait, there’s something off about those eyes.” Besides red, I’ve seen yellow and green. Me in the middle of October: “I’m not going to engage that much in Halloween this year” Also me, but on Halloween: …👻😅 This year it turned into some kind of medusa/snake hybrid, and it was definitely great to nerd out on things for it too! 😁 FACE I started by applying eyeshadow primer #urbandecay on the areas I wanted to paint “scales.” Then I took a pair of fishnet tights and pulled them over my head and dabbed eyeshadow on the areas I wanted scales on. I was lucky to find the last green palette from #elf (one shadow was broken so that was probably the reason it was left) and it was PERFECT for this. After I took off the tights, I powdered with #nyx HD powder, which goes on translucent, and then settingspray #urbandecay. Then I went in with #isadora matte primer and #lumene blur foundation where it was missing. Another round with nyx hd powder and settingspray. EYES The eyes got the same base with eye primer and the shadows from elf. A black shadow from #thebalm added some depth and smoke. I used gray kajal #loreal both around the lash lines and brows. A trick I came up with when I forgot kajal once was to use the mascara, take a bit of it on a brush, or the back of a knife, which was the solution back then 😅 and paint/stamp. Since the #bbia mascara is the most waterproof I know, I also drew a line of it along each lash line and used it with the mascara brush for the lashes. A couple of red lenses from a local store. HAIR I prepped my hair with mousse and put it up in a ponytail with parts of my hair on top of my head. Then I wrapped strands around the snakes and secured the strands with pins. I sprayed everything with #rco finish spray. The snakes were black but painted with nail polish and acrylic paint. NAILS I painted a black base and painted the threads on plackers and “stamped” the other colors a bit here and there. I used some random brands. The top coat is from #sechevite. FRAGRANCE #ysl Opium Nice and tidy at home after the “extra everything makeup” 😅 Last photo with white over the eyes (I spare you my eyes that are red from both lenses and the fact that it’s around 5 AM. Do you see what insane durability the makeup had?! 12 hours of makeup, five of which were at a party and five at the bar. It was definitely a good idea to use the eyeshadow primer even under the pattern. The pattern can’t really be improved once it’s set, so I’m pleasantly surprised. 🤗 #halloween24

I've seen a lot of videos and heard that it's really pigmented, and it really is!!! You have to be very careful when taking it on the brush so that you don't get too much, as I don't like too noticeable red on myself. Some have also admired the scent, but I think there's nothing special about the scent. Not delicious, not bad. This blush will last a long time in my use, and maybe I can try it on my eyelids someday too. #nyx #lykoreview #buttermelt

You know that feeling when you nail your makeup and feel extra pretty 😄 I bought the #nyx primer a couple of weeks ago and wow💖 You really get glowy and plump, don’t you think? 😊 On top of that, I have the #lumene glow fluid, which also gives glow, of course ✨ But mainly, I want to highlight the #dashl lip liner that lasts long! And the #decubal dry lip&spot balm, which is a real lifesaver for dry, flaky lips 💋

My hair feels fresh. My thick hair feels thick without going flat. I can't really wish for more. I washed my hair yesterday with Waterclouds motion care shampoo and conditioner, which I have on trial at home. So far, I’ve found these to be too weak for my hair, so it’s not their fault that my hair feels the way it does. Honestly, it felt different already when the mask seemed to be different. Hard to explain, but the consistency of the hair and the mask kind of meld together and was completely smooth. You can tell that the scent is not an ICA scent. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean I like it 😋, but the scent fades afterward. Yes, I wrote a bit yesterday about being quite surprised after blow-drying. I used Lyko’s “beat the heat” as heat protection. It makes the hair softer otherwise too, but not at this level. I slept with my hair in a loose bun on my head and brushed it out today. No oil, nothing extra. It’s going to be super interesting to: 1: see if the hair holds up during styling (curls, etc.) or if it’s so “relaxed” that it goes straight again 2: see how it works if I go for my natural curls/waves. Could be super good or super heavy 3: I had a bit of the same experience the first time I tried Olaplex No. 3 (ALMOST, must be emphasized) but not since then… Will it be the same here? I’ll probably use this for my next wash too, but then it will get a break. I think it will be too much and unnecessary to use every time… but that’s what I THINK. Finally got my package!!! 🎥Video of my entire haul will come in the coming days🎥 I was so curious about this plumper from #Nyx among others because there are so few reviews, and the ones that exist have no pictures of how it actually looks 🤖 So I thought I’d do you and myself a favor and explore for a #LykoReview 🤣 This little, thick container is orange because it contains ginger, the herb that is supposed to contribute to the plumping effect 🤖 The applicator is a bit too big for me, at least if you’re going for one of the darker shades. 🤔 The product is vegan, fragrance-free, and can we talk about saturation!? 😱 So many of these have some color, but more of a gloss with color I, here we’re talking color AND gloss, so I can only imagine how the other tones look! 🙌🏻 Upon first application, I felt a little tingling from the ginger, nothing extreme. And what didn’t surprise me at all - no plumping effect whatsoever. That says nothing about Nyx, just another one that does nothing for my lips, none have ever worked. 🤷‍♀️ Unfortunately, it can stain teeth, like a lipstick - at least when it comes to these darker colors, but it’s not hard to remove. Its longevity is pretty okay, it’s still a gloss, they tend to hold worse than lipstick, and I find it to be long-lasting. 🤖Summary🤖 ➕ Saturation ➕ Gloss ➕ Fragrance-free ➕ Vegan ➖ No plump (though nothing has ever worked for me) ➖ A bit too big applicator for colors ➖ Can stain teeth The fact that it doesn’t plump is not a problem for me, since nothing ever has. That it’s long-lasting and has fantastic saturation is what wins for me! 🥰
