Isadora eyeshadow sticks for under 100 kr!!!
I've been experimenting a bit with these eyeshadow sticks from Isadora. I like the shimmery ones more than the matte ones. All the colors have incredible pigment though, and the price is really good! They currently cost 58 kr at Apoteket Hjärtat. Otherwise, they cost around a hundred! Insanely good price 💸 I prefer to apply them with an eyeshadow brush, preferably a bit fluffier. Swipe a few times on the tip of the eyeshadow stick and then a little on the back of your hand to remove excess, then apply on the eyelid. I've been using this for a few weeks now, and it has become a product I keep coming back to. My nails have never been the strongest. They chip easily, break when they finally start to get some length, and can look a bit dry and worn out. So I was curious if this would actually make a difference. I always repurchase this eyebrow pencil from #isadora ✨ What I love most about it is the texture – it’s firm and just the right hardness. I don’t like it when eyebrow pencils or eyeliners get too soft and “blendy,” but want to be able to get thin and defined strokes without the product smudging. The color is also a perfect match for my brows, which can otherwise be hard to find. Many shades are either too warm or too dark on me, but this one really feels just right. Spring with Essence and the gang
I love doing my makeup when I've got a bit of color! Today I used Nyx glue face primer, Isadora CC cream and brow pencil, W7 tandrops, a bit of Male up store wonder powder for some glow (I use it quite often as a highlighter since it's super glowy), blush from The balm and Essence I tried the two matte shadows from Essence and I just say WOW. Such good shadows for such a good price (30 SEK each) is almost ridiculous. They are at least as good as the shadows in their nude palette and the brown is the perfect shade to have in the crease to build subtle depth! Decubal on the lips and the tubing mascara from Essence. The medium color is a neutral/cool tone (which suits me as I don’t want to turn orange). The formula melts into the skin, so you don’t have to spend a long time blending it out. An important detail is that the formula is buildable. You can start light and then add more. This makes it safe to use even if you’re new. The application This is where the product really shines. You can use: * brush * sponge * fingers You can get a good result with all three methods, which is quite unusual for a bronzer. But the best result comes from a brush + setting spray. Here’s how I do it: * pick up bronzer with a denser brush * apply it to the areas where you want your bronzer * spray some setting spray on a less dense brush * work the product into the skin with the less dense brush It makes a big difference, both in application and in longevity.
