New from Dashl
Yesterday was an extremely heavy day, as we were at the funeral for a close relative. The whole day felt like a fog of sorrow, but today feels a bit better after we got to say goodbye. One positive thing is that I had Lenoites mascara on during the funeral, and despite a lot of tears, it stayed put like a rock without smudging. I was afraid of looking like a panda, but not even a flake came off. Really good mascara that can handle everything π This morning I had a package in the mailbox π I bought a favorite from before from Dashl, their brow pencil that I tried last summer and loved, itβs already finished so I bought a new one. Dashl released Itβs A Vibe Kajal Liner in four colors on Wednesday, all of them look super pretty. But I got hooked on the green one called Emerald Envy and clicked it home. Very nice lip serum π
I am very satisfied with this tinted lip serum that truly lives up to expectations! The color is just perfect for me β natural, yet still visible, and it gives a fantastic dewy and hydrated result. It works both as a light tinted lipstick and a nourishing lip balm. My lips feel soft and hydrated thanks to ingredients like jojoba oil and cocoa butter, and they get a nice, natural shine. I appreciate that the color is buildable, which makes it easy to customize the look depending on the occasion. When I want a more intense color, I combine it with a lip pencil, which gives a more defined and vibrant result. The pencil's jumbo-twist feature also makes it very easy to use and carry around. Huge thanks #Dashl & #Lyko for the opportunity to test Lip Fusion Serum! I've used the color Mulberry Crush. Such a pretty color! I am incredibly satisfied with the product! I have only positive things to say π The serum is very pleasant to use. It holds well even though you have to reapply during the day for the color's sake. Softer, smooth consistency. Pigmented. Nice packaging! I like that you can easily twist up the tip. My lips often get dry. Especially now during fall & winter. Therefore, I use a lot of lip balm & similar products. This serum is a great mix of lipstick & moisturizing lip balm. It moisturizes the lips even after use. I apply it like a lipstick. Glides easily on the lips. Leaves the lips really soft with a beautiful glow. Super nice result! One layer is enough, but the color is easy to build up. Suitable for both parties & everyday use. Lovely serum!
I had the opportunity to test the Lip Fusion Serum from Dashl in the color Gardenia Pink - A thousand thanks Dashl! The serum is supposed to be nourishing and moisturizing, perfect now that itβs starting to get drier and colder outside. This lip serum fits me like a glove I donβt like to have too bright colors on my lips, but prefer a more natural look, exactly what this serum provides. The lips feel moisturized and become soft without getting that excessive shine or feeling sticky, which can often be the result with traditional gloss or other moisturizing lip products. As some others have written, the longevity of the color is not the best. I have to reapply after just an hour, but I donβt think thatβs the end of the world. Longevity gets better with lip liner, and then the color also becomes more intense (picture 3). The lips feel moisturized all day, though. A total hit π
For me, this is a real total hit π my lips are sensitive and get dry easily, so I need to take good care of them π I use lipstick, gloss, and similar every day, and I have to say that I think this is really good. The lips feel soft and smooth, and it feels like the serum really does its job, while also giving a nice color to the lips. How good? ππ The color is buildable, and one layer I think is just right for work, in the first picture I have one layer. You look like your best self on the lips, but it still makes a nice impression. I got to be a test pilot and try the Lip Fusion serum in the color Gardenia Pink! π This lip serum is incredibly moisturizing and leaves a soft and pleasant feeling on the lips for a longer time. Gardenia Pink is a nice, cool pink shade that is very similar to my own lip color. The lip serum is low-pigmented but can be excellently built up with two to three layers. π It also looks very nice with a bit of lip oil on top for extra shine. β¨ I generally have dry lips, but I haven't needed to use lip balm since the lip serum is so moisturizing. The color fades a bit when you eat and drink, but the soft feeling lasts a long time throughout the day. I have tested the color Biscotti Blush for the past week. It is a tinted lip serum with nourishing properties. I have dry skin that is also sensitive, and like the rest of my face, my lips are always dry, even though I am a heavy user of lip masks, balms, and the like. Dashl's lip serum feels nice on the lips, it leaves a soft and slightly creamy feeling without feeling sticky. With many products, my lips feel even drier after having the product on, but that is not the case with this one. The lips feel, on the contrary, moisturized and with a pleasant feeling. I also don't get the slightest reaction from it, which is super good! There is low pigmentation in the lip serum, and the color with two layers on is about the same as my own color, just a little enhanced. It is nice when you want to be a little natural. The longevity is not that long, so I have to reapply as soon as I have drunk or eaten. However, it sits much better if I use Dashl's lip pencil Toffeelicious under the lip serum. The color also gets a little darker then. I really like this one, and if the longevity had just been a little better, it would have gotten full marks. I was lucky enough to be a test pilot for Dashl's new Lip Fusion serum, and I chose the color Gardenia Pink. Here are my honest thoughts: π I think it's easy to apply, even without a mirror, just like a lip gloss. π The color is quite sheer on the first application, but if I layer it on, the color becomes clearer and also glossier. π The gloss fades relatively quickly, and I would say the color lasts a bit longer but needs to be touched up at regular intervals. I had the pleasure of testing this lip serum from Dashl in the color Gardenia Pink. π§·ππ The product is described as a mix of lipstick and lip balm, which I think is a good description! The product moisturizes my lips, the color is sheer but also buildable. π€ The color Gardenia Pink is a beautiful color. I perceive it as a sheer and cool pink shade, while also hinting at soft purple tones. Perfect for this fall. It looks beautiful and nice on the lips, slightly glossy and it definitely gives a so-called my-lips-but-better look. π€ However, I do find that it disappears a bit when I eat and that it transfers onto the glass when I drink, but thatβs usually the case with lip products. Even when I eat and drink, thereβs still plenty of product left on my lips! Good longevity in terms of how long my lips feel moisturized. However, I have such dry lips that this works best when I use something else moisturizing on my lips before applying this. I first brush the eyebrows upward. Then fill in where itβs lacking for fuller brows. Since my brows are darker, I prefer to use darker products on my eyebrows. Very slim, softer tip, which I like. Easy to fill in because. The eyebrows become smoother & natural. Holds the pencil easily in hand. I like that it doesnβt show if you accidentally paint "wrong". Thereβs a handy brush on the other side of the pencil. The strokes become hair-like. You simply twist up the tip. Slim, simple pencil. Draw short strokes upward, in the direction of the hair. The color stays even when you drink, for example. Easy to apply, outline the lips & apply more as needed. Gently smudge the color with your finger a bit. Doesn't smudge at all. The result is super pretty! The lips look full. The pencil frames the lips nicely. I also use it on the whole lips. Softer, creamy tip. The lips feel smooth. Even afterwards. The Lip Pencil Toffeelicious from Dashl πΈ
I had the pleasure of being a test pilot and trying this lip pencil from Dashl! πΈππ€© Iβm not particularly used to using lip pencils, I mostly use gloss, lip oil, lip balm, or lipstick. So I really donβt have any experience with lip pencils. π€ In any case; nice design, pretty pink color on the pencil itself. The cap fits really well, neither too loose nor too tight. This color, Toffeelicious, I perceive as a chocolatey brown-beige color with a cool rosy-red tone in it. The product is soft, easy to apply, feels lovely and moisturizing! Pleasant on the lips and it has good longevity. It contains moisturizing jojoba oil and vegetable silicone. However; when I first applied the lip pencil, the product made my lips look extremely (!) dry, despite moisturized lips, and that obviously didnβt feel good. But; I wiped everything off, applied βlip prepβ on my lips, and then applied this lip pencil again. What a difference! Then it turned out to be a very nice result. Fun! π©βπ¦°π€ππΈπ Nice and matte finish, and it also looks nice with a clear gloss on top. The color becomes lighter and more towards the warmer brown-pink side on my lips, compared to the color in the product images - which is a darker color and cooler in tone. A bit of a shame, as I like cool tones on my lips. But still nice! In the picture, you can see the product on the back of my hand. On the left, I applied more product, on the right, I only applied a little. On my lips, however, it looks lighter than the color on the left, even if I apply several layers. πΈππ€© I give it four stars ππππ! It gets high points because it has good longevity, is moisturizing and richly pigmented, and I think it looks very nice (though itβs important to have lip prep as a base for this product for me!) as it is and also nice with a bit of gloss or lip balm. Simple, Durable & Gives a Beautiful Result!
I have the honor of testing the High Climax Waterproof Eyeliner! π Which I am very happy about as it is both smooth, pretty & top in so many ways! β¨ I can sometimes be a bit sensitive to eyeliner, it stings a little from the color. Especially at the edge of the eye, but I feel nothing from this! I am also pollen allergic & this suits me perfectly! πΈ The pencil is super easy to use, even for me who is not the best at eyeliner! The matte surface makes it smooth to grip the pencil. Itβs also great that itβs just a pencil so you can apply & reach much easier. The long narrow felt tip makes it easy to apply along the lash line & fill in if needed. The tip gets narrower towards the top. Perfect to use this to get nice thin lines & fill in if you want thicker. Also easy to lay it down a little lightly at the edge of the eye to get a nice wing. Super pretty & durable black color! Love that you donβt need to fill in with more color! Weighs almost nothing & is perfect when you want to create beautiful artworks around the eyes! Fantastic also that it comes with the perfect amount of color every time! I have tested & it is definitely waterproof as it has dried! π¦ If you make a mistake, itβs very easy to take a cotton swab, wet it & wipe away & redo or improve. Dries quickly. Doesnβt smudge or smear. Fragrance-free. Easy to wash off with makeup remover! The product delivers what it promises! Matches very well with the description. The pencil is super cute!
