I got to test and review the CC Color Correcting Cream from Lumene, and I chose number 0.25, which is a neutral and very light shade. This foundation comes in a small and handy tube that easily fits in a makeup bag. The consistency is lightweight and runny, so keep that in mind when you’re dispensing the product. Since the foundation is long-lasting and you don’t need much product, it’s good to keep this in mind. I myself have a light complexion and still have a bit of color from the summer. I thought the shade I chose was a bit too light for me. But it’s always better to have a shade that’s a bit too light than too dark, so it works quite well for me. In the picture, I have applied foundation on half of my face, and you can clearly see how it evens out my skin. CONCLUSION I really like this foundation; it’s long-lasting, easy to apply, and covers just the right amount to even out the skin. And best of all, the skin becomes silky smooth, hydrated, and so even and nice. This is one of the best foundations I have tested over the years. I can highly recommend it. As a Lyko influencer, I had the opportunity to test the Color Correcting Cream SPF20 from Lumene. I usually wear very little makeup, so this is a new product for me. However, it left a positive impression. For one, it came in a very handy packaging that made applying the product easier, and it dispensed just the right amount of product. Additionally, it made a difference and provided a good result without feeling sticky after application and held up well throughout the day. I have, like #lykoinflutester, gotten to try this cc-cream from #lumene! I really liked it! I want my foundation "not to be visible, but still give a little boost", if you understand what I mean! I have reactive skin that often reddens and flares up from foundations, but this felt heeelt okay to wear. I also have superficial blood vessels on my cheeks, which this has been great to "dab on" to tone down the red color. However, it couldn't hide the brown pigmentation I have on my face, but it's nothing that bothers me that much anyway. I have them - they are me 😄 I think it's great for evening out the red in my skin tone, without looking made up. Less Is More, I think! I especially like mixing it with my day cream 🥰 I got a natural and nice result from this. Super good base with a natural result!
I have as #lykoinflutester been able to try this CC cream from #lumene for a while. About me: 43 years young. Normal skin with a bit oilier areas (T-zone). Not many signs of aging, more than a few fine lines on my forehead, and small crow's feet around my eyes when I laugh. Have a bit of light redness/superficial blood vessels on my cheeks and around my nose. My review of the product: ➕️ Gives an even and nice result ➕️ Feels moisturizing ➕️ Even though I am more of a "full cover girl", I like that this has medium coverage, on days when I don't want to look so made up. ➕️ Feels gentle on the skin ➕️ Easy to apply ➕️ Stays well for most of the day. I usually just touch up with a bit of powder when I get shiny after a couple of hours. But the product itself holds well, even during a sweaty workout 😊 ➕️ Affordable ➖️ I think you get quite a bit of product to achieve a good result. I apply in two layers until I think it looks even and nice (see my video). ➖️ Feels quite sticky when it's on. And even though it's "glowy" for some, it looks greasy on me 😁 In the video, I use a damp sponge, but then it gets TOO shiny. So I've switched to a dry sponge, even though it absorbs more of the product compared to a damp one. Then it takes quite a bit of mattifying powder before I'm satisfied 😊 Overall, I am satisfied with this CC color correcting cream. So wow 😍 I had heard a lot of good things about this before, but I really get the hype now! I have tested Lumene CC Cream for a few days and it is so nice on the skin. It evens out the skin tone immediately but still feels super light - almost like a moisturizing day cream with a little extra magic in it 🪄 I love that the result is natural and fresh, kind of a "no-makeup-makeup" feel but still a little glow ✨ Perfect for everyday when you don’t want a heavy foundation. I have combination skin, usually more dry in the winter, but it looks really nice all day. No cakey or patchy, just an even and soft finish. When it comes to makeup (I love makeup, so understand me right) I’m the type "the less, the better". This CC cream is just that. First, let’s talk about the packaging, a small nice, travel-friendly tube with easy dosing. Just as it should be! I also like Lumene’s color choices, it just feels right. I don’t experience the product having any special scent that I saw someone reacted to. I don’t use much foundation, so this is just the right product for me. It’s incredibly easy to apply in any way, I prefer my fingers. It melts into my skin without leaving any edges or unevenness. It gives my skin a light filter without making me feel caked on. It works great on its own if you just want to even out a bit, or just with a little mascara. You don’t need to go all in with full makeup, this little gem holds up nicely and gives a natural look and feel! Amazing finish!
I got to test this product from #lumene as an influencer. I am 40 years old, have oily skin that is starting to get a bit mature, and have some large pores in the t-zone. This cc cream really impressed me! I have found that many other cc creams do not suit my skin type at all, but this one was really great! ❤️ The consistency is really perfect. Quite thick but feels very light once it's on the skin. It feels a bit like a moisturizer. ❤️ The finish is wonderful! So glowy, medium coverage, and it doesn't settle into pores or lines. Evens out the skin super nicely! ❤️ The longevity is also beyond expectations for a glowy product on my oily skin. You get shiny pretty quickly, but it doesn't break up or flake off. 🙁 What lowers the rating, however, is that it pulls very yellow/peach in the cool shade I tested. It's clearly visible on film, but gets better with concealer and powder. Got this home from Lyko to test. First impression, convenient packaging (I hate pumps when it comes to foundation/bb/cc) and it smells a little but nothing that bothers me at least. Then I thought I had chosen the wrong shade even though I was in the store and tested 🙈😂. It felt a tad too dark and a bit yellow at first. But on me with mature and dry skin, it melts in so nicely that it doesn't show. I usually use my fingers first and then go over with a sponge, I think the result is best that way. That thing with the perfect base, you hear... Aren't we always on the hunt for it? At least I can stop looking now, because this 🌟 from #lumene gave me exactly the result I wanted. I chose shade 0, which was the perfect choice for my pale skin. The consistency is creamy. It's very easy to work with, it's practically impossible to go wrong. You can have light coverage or medium, as it's buildable. Perfect for those who want a pretty natural result, “the no make look”. Even though my skin is dry, it lays incredibly well, but I also don't slack on my skincare on the other side. I really have no complaints! The product has SPF 20, but this should be supplemented on sunny days (I'm for as high a sun protection factor as possible, preferably 50) but plus that there is SPF at all. Better than expected
I rarely expect Nordic products to work well for me and my skin, but here I was pleasantly surprised. The cream evened out my skin tone nicely and is perfect for those who just want a smooth look without covering too much. The cream also feels light on the skin and is easy to work with. However, I think I chose a shade that was a bit too dark for me, but that's not the end of the world since I can adjust it with other products. The makeup also held up all day, so I am very satisfied. I was out in the rain and walked around without anything getting ruined. However, it's not a full score for me here. I find that it stings a little on my cheeks when I just apply the product, possibly due to the acids in the cream. And I'm not so fond of the scent! It doesn't smell very pleasant. But overall, I am satisfied and will definitely use the rest of the tube's contents! As a Lykoinfluencer, I had the chance to test Lumene CC SPF 20 in shade 1.5 Fair, which is a medium coverage foundation, and I absolutely agree that I feel hydrated all day when I use Lumene CC.💦 This is a lovely and nice foundation that stays nice all day without settling into my fine lines around the eyes (I am 51 years old and have mature skin.) It gives a healthy glow, I don’t need much product to achieve a nice result. I have tried Lumene CC cream in the shade medium. It is a light to medium coverage foundation with SPF 20, which is supposed to suit all skin types. (Don't forget to apply your regular SPF underneath as this is just a bonus to your sun protection)☀️ A nice and practical tube. It is very easy to get the right amount of product out. The consistency is lightweight and it has a subtle but floral scent🌸 I, who am testing, am 49 years old and have normal/combination skin with various wrinkles and pigmentation spots😆 Tends to get a bit drier in the fall and winter months. I apply it easiest with a sponge. But that is a personal preference. It is incredibly easy to work with and gives a natural and radiant finish. If you want, you can build it up to a higher coverage. It is moisturizing and sits nicely on the skin all day. Worth mentioning is that it is vegan. Wow! The result is beyond all expectations. I have found a new favorite. It has pushed Lumene's Natural Glow foundation down from the top spot💓 This one suits me perfectly. Am not 20 anymore (53 years filled) & every foundation I've tested in recent years has settled into my fine lines & wrinkles! And they have caked up after a while! But Lumene Cc Cream has really saved me! And today I can't even understand how I could use foundation! I love that it comes in so many shades that it's easy to find your own! I use 0.5 in fall/winter & 1.5 in spring/summer! It's very light in consistency and glides on when you apply it! It works just as well to use a makeup brush as it does with fingers. It covers lightly, just how I prefer, so my freckles show 🐞 And it looks very natural on. It evens out the skin tone & gives it a little glow; like my own skin but a bit fresher & with a little glow. 🤩 When my cheeks are a little extra red, I just take Erborian cc red under Lumene & it works great. It's a very affordable cream & one tube lasts a long time! I got the fun opportunity as #lykoinflutester to test the #lumene CC Color Correcting Cream, and here is my honest review! I, who have tested, have an uneven skin texture, mainly from acne scars. I have used shade 4.5, and it was a really good match, especially now during the colder months. This is a perfect everyday base! It has a creamy consistency and is incredibly easy to work with. Even though it has a semi-coverage finish, which is exactly the type of look I prefer for everyday, it does a really good job of evening out my uneven skin texture. It feels light on the skin, but still reduces redness and gives a nice, even result. Easy to apply either with a foundation brush or a sponge, finished with fit me foundation for a more matte look & setting spray for a really long-lasting base. ✨️ I really like that it feels so light on the skin and holds up well throughout the day. A big plus is that it is moisturizing, which is necessary for me as I get quite dry in winter. Additionally, it protects against the sun's rays with SPF 20, which feels safe. I got this home and tested it as #lykoinflutester Lumene Color Correcting Cream SPF20 and I have the shade "0.5 Light" and it was perfect for me. You don't need much of it and I think it covers well, I want to get rid of my redness and if I have a pimple, I feel like I get that result with this and a more even skin. Thinking a bit medium coverage so it doesn't feel too much either, but just right in my opinion, and it really is so nice on the skin, easy to apply with a sponge and really lasts all day. As #influtester, I had the honor of trying the CC Color Correcting Cream from #lumene Now I have had the chance to try this little gem for a few weeks, so what do I think? 🤔🧐 At my 37 years, it's less is more when it comes to makeup. I have dark circles and bags under my eyes, fine lines, dry areas (oily zone), and a pigment spot. 🥴 If I layer on too much like in my youth, it will just look like a cake party🍪🥳 I have tried Lumene's Blur foundation before, and it turned into just such a cake fest on my face, so my expectations were not that high. But this delivers in a completely different way!😁🌟 It claims that Nordic lingonberry and water will keep the skin hydrated,💧 I don't know what I think about that, but it really feels moisturizing on the skin. At the same time, I think it mattifies nicely in the T-zone. Medium coverage is more than enough for both redness and pigment spots. 😁🤌 I chose shade 1.5. I think I could have gone a shade lighter, but the color blends in so well with the skin that it doesn't need to match perfectly. It contains SPF 20🌞, which I assume can be good, but what I've learned is that you should still use sunscreen in the summer, so that protection might be more of an unnecessary addition to the product.🤔🧐 After 8 hours, a good amount of product has worn off from my nose,👃 but I have a runny nose that I blow a lot, so I don't think even bear glue🐻 would have stayed on my face right there! I wouldn't say it holds the coverage in the rest of the face for 8 hours, but the positive is that it doesn't settle into fine lines, roll off the skin, or give the cake effect either. 😁🌸 It's a nice evening product that lets your own skin shine through gradually more and more throughout the day, which I think feels better than products that don't let the skin breathe. And I think it shows on my skin afterwards. Gentle on the skin
I have been testing this CC cream from #lumene for a while now, which #lykoinflutester ✨️ The first impression is a simple, yet nice and practical plastic tube and a product that is easy to spread over the skin. I have skin that tends to be on the dry side and can sometimes be a bit sensitive/reactive, but nothing extreme. I feel like some fine lines have started to appear, and I also get the occasional pimple or "tiny pimples". I've wanted to try this CC cream for a long time since many of my friends use it. When Lyko gave me the opportunity to test this little gem, I had actually already bought the medium shade. Therefore, I chose to try tan, which will suit me nicely in the summer. This means I've been using the cream for a few months already. About my skin type: I have rosacea, and therefore I've needed to test which foundation is gentle and covering. This is one of my absolute favorites. With a thin layer, you can create a nice natural base that slowly disappears throughout the day. I apply it with my fingers; this way, it melts nicely into the skin, and you avoid washing brushes every night. When I want to feel a bit more made up, it’s about priming with a lot of moisture and taking more than one layer of the CC cream. Then it sits really well and looks natural even at the end of the day when it starts to fade. It gives a glow but still doesn’t feel sticky, unlike my regular CC cream. ➕Affordable, especially right now so watch out! ➕Glow, without feeling sticky ➕Coverage, with an extra layer you can get really good but still natural coverage. ➕Sits well and "Wears nicely" ➕Small practical tube, also easy to take on trips. Quick test and display of these two in the shades Doré (Ereborian) and Medium (Lumene). Ereborian's Doré is a bit too warm for me right now, but it is definitely a nice CC cream! Perfect for summer! It has a little less glow than Lumene, which is totally okay with me. I prefer a little less glow and skip powder, especially in the summer. Ereborian is a bit more economical than Lumene, but Lumene is a bit more covering, so for the same coverage level, it comes out even.
