My go-to has been Lumene's CC cream for many years now, so I was mildly ecstatic to try this foundation with a bit more coverage! ✨ I think it has an incredibly nice coverage, a bit more than the CC cream, but still not too heavy. It also blends beautifully on the skin! I picked a shade that is a bit too dark for me right now (winter pale☃️), but this will be perfect for me after a round of self-tan or closer to spring! The product is very easy to distribute and get even, with a brush it’s really a breeze! The skin tone evens out and I get a nice glow. It doesn’t interfere with my skincare routine either. New favorite for me 😍 The only downside for me is the packaging. The tube is impractical, and when it starts to run out, I can imagine losing a lot of product inside the hard packaging. I've tested this foundation a few times now, and I'm positively surprised! I've tried applying it with both a brush and a beautyblender, but I probably prefer the beautyblender💓 I have combination skin, which is a bit extra dry in some places now in winter. With application using a brush, I felt that the foundation highlighted the dry areas. I would say the coverage is quite high when applied with a brush, but it can also be built up with a sponge! I've tried a color that was supposed to be neutral, but I think the foundation looked a bit yellow on my hand... But after application and blending, I don't think the result turned out as yellow as I feared💓 The longevity is very good! A good foundation. It gave me coverage, held up pretty well throughout the day & didn’t “cake” on me. Can be a bit drier in certain areas now during winter, and it “highlighted” this foundation. But I moisturized a bit extra, so it worked fine. Got a bit shiny, but that often happens when I use foundations with high coverage. Worked best to apply first on my hand and then with a “makeup sponge” on my face. Blurring and covering, but not dry skin friendly
I received this LUMENE Blur Even Cover foundation for testing from Lyko and chose the shade 1.75 ✨ I am 37 years old, so my skin is already aging, and I especially have sometimes even atopic dry skin in winter. I generally prefer light and moisturizing foundations. Skincare is the most important step in makeup, so I moisturized my skin before the test and let the skincare absorb properly. 💧 I like to apply foundation with a makeup sponge. However, for the test, I first applied the cream with a brush, and my intention was to even it out with the sponge afterwards, but after application, I found that the foundation didn't need it. At first, I was afraid that the shade I chose was too light, but the foundation oxidized a bit on my face, and in the end, it felt maybe even a tad too dark. With concealer and in summer, the updated shade will definitely work for me. I didn't use concealer or other base products now, so I can see how the foundation looks and behaves on its own. Normally, I powder my skin after creamy products, but this one feels dry enough and also durable enough that I don't feel the need for powder. I do have a dry skin type, and unfortunately, the foundation clung a bit to dry patches (I don't know if I captured that in the pictures). ☹️ Additionally, the foundation initially sat "on top" of the skin, but after a while, it actually looks really beautiful! The foundation, as the name suggests, blurs the skin and nicely evens out, for example, the redness of a pimple on the forehead. I forgot to put another pimple patch on my chin, but that was also tested - the foundation adhered well to it. 😄 The skin feels like it has makeup on, but not in any heavy way. Somehow, the foundation manages to be very skin-like despite its coverage, so it doesn't look heavy or cakey in my opinion. 👍🏼 This foundation will definitely be my go-to product for summer parties where I want more coverage and long-lasting wear. 🌞 We with dry skin just need to do good skincare underneath, and it certainly won't hurt to throw a hydrating makeup setting spray in the bag. 😉 #lykoinflutester #lumene

Home Run!
I got to test this foundation from Lyko and I always struggle to find one I like, so I was very excited!🫣 … and I was positively surprised! This little bottle was a home run for me. I have combination skin and this manages to cover and stay on both the areas where I get dry and where I tend to get oily. As with all foundations, skin prep is important, so it’s definitely important to hydrate the skin well before application 💅 I chose the color online, a bit tricky, but this one hits quite well even though it’s a bit light. It looks perfect once blended in and with a bit of bronzer and blush on top. The foundation melts nicely into the skin and is very easy to work with. I eeels love the bottle, which makes it easy to control how much product comes out. Personally, I hate using brushes, as I find it gets streaky, so I use my hands and then a damp makeup blender. I thought this worked well with this foundation! 🥰 The foundation sits well and lasts all day, giving a natural finish. I’m sorry but I hate this😭 I tried everything to get this to work! With primer and without, with different moisturizers and products, and with all of them I always have the same problem: The foundation moves and doesn’t stick. At first, this foundation seemed quite good, a light coverage consistency that gives a velvety finish. Sounds good to me. I also liked this bottle, I can imagine that you can squeeze out the last drops when the time comes. The shade was darker than expected, but on the face, the color difference thankfully wasn’t as radical as in the example video. I could have definitely chosen a lighter shade. When applying the foundation, you can already notice how the base doesn’t adhere to the face but moves and brings out everything that you just covered well. Also, no other makeup product on top seemed to stay in place. Even powder didn’t seem to have any effect. All impurities/acne scars shine through, and the makeup looks messy and cheap. If a collar or something touches the face, all the makeup has wiped off that area. Also, the oiliness of the face was maximal even though this cream was supposed to control it😮 By the end of the day, the foundation had also settled into the lines and around the nose. I have been able to test this foundation for a while now, and I really like it. Personally, I am not a fan of foundation because I prefer a natural look. Therefore, I was a bit skeptical about whether this would suit my taste, due to the high coverage this product has. So far, I really like it, it lasts long on the skin, and the result looks natural💓 I have only applied a thin layer to keep the result natural. You can easily apply more layers if you want, which means I will use it both for everyday and for special occasions when I can just apply more layers of it. Nice glow and coverage
I had the pleasure of testing this, and I am very satisfied! It has a thin, fluid consistency that makes it easy to work with, and it blends nicely into the skin. The result looks natural and light, which I appreciate since I don't like foundations that feel thick or heavy on the skin💛 I've had a few blemishes lately, and I think this provides good coverage without looking "made up," if that makes sense😄 It evens out the skin nicely while allowing it to look like skin. It also gives a nice glow without tipping over into shiny✨ When it comes to longevity, it holds up well throughout the day, but I wouldn't say it looks completely flawless from morning to night. It fades a bit gradually, especially where I'm most active on my face. Still, it does so in a pretty natural way. I think it reminds me of the CC Cream from Lumene, but this one is a bit more fluid in consistency and provides slightly better coverage. I have been so lucky to get the chance to test this new product from Lumene💕 A little about me: 💁🏽♀️ I have combination skin and tend to get acne breakouts, and therefore I also have some dark pigment spots from this. I can often get oily skin throughout the day with makeup on. I had the chance to test the Lumene Blur Even Cover Foundation via Lyko Influtesters and I am actually very satisfied! It has really good coverage but still feels light on the skin and looks natural. They have many different shades, and I found it easy to find one that suited me well. The finish is nice, the skin looks even and fresh, I can experience that you get a bit shiny during the day. I have super acne-prone skin and as you can see, I have a big breakout now that I would like to cover over, I thought this product did a good job covering over! So far, I haven't thought that it has given me new pimples, which is always good! It is easy to apply and blend with a brush, and it is easy to build up more coverage where needed. It is definitely a plus that it contains niacinamide, getting a little extra skincare in makeup is always fun! The only thing that makes it not get a full score is that it can feel a bit dry on drier areas if you don't moisturize properly beforehand. I also think that for the price point, it could have a nicer packaging! Today I tested the purple sponge for my skintint. Very soft and blends like a dream. The powder puff wasn’t really to my taste. Too big and a bit hard on the edges. Casual Friday! I've gotten ready to head out and get new nails and shape and color my brows. I have 2 products that I aim to use up over the year, like Loreal Glotion, Madaras foundation, and Rose Inc Bronzer. I start by prepping the base with Glotion, which works as a luminous primer, giving an even surface and a refreshing glow without overdoing it. Then I warm up Madaras foundation with my fingers and pat it onto the skin, it goes quickly and gives an even result. Next, I apply Rose Inc Bronzer with a brush to add a bit of warmth to the base, but just a little. I take the Lyko puff to powder on with Emite makeup powder, which is light on the skin and pleasant, giving a nice result. Makeup that I'm getting rid of because it doesn't work or is old. 🤢Glow hub cream blush, is a nice color and easy to blend out, but it feels like you have something sticky and gooey on your cheeks which is unpleasant to feel. And it smells like an old factory, it might be old... 😵💫By Terry powder, I've mentioned it before, but it hurts me... 🙂Lumene instant Glow fresh skin tint, has something of its age😥 and they are no longer available, I've had them as a color corrector and it works well. 🤔😩Sweed foundation, it's a skin tint, it's light but I don't like the finish. I can't quite put my finger on what's wrong with it. Unfortunately, I didn't like this product. Usually, Lumene products are my favorites, but this was a bit of a disappointment. It's not very economical, as I had to spray this quite a bit to feel like I was getting any moisture on my face. From a face mist, I expect good moisture that lasts a long time.
