Evening look/ testing the Shiseido Skin Radiant lifting
I tried an evening look tonight and I’m honestly so happy with how the base turned out ✨ I don’t have false lashes or a good mascara yet, but the skin is stunning. Prep: I did some preparation (not a lot bcz it was very spontaneous). I used the glow serum and cream from LUMENE and started putting foundation on humid skin! As you can see the result is very #glowy and #shiny 😁 Base: I used the shiseido skin Radiant Lifting Foundation with the NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP 3C Conceal Correct and wow… I can’t describe my happiness of the result. I have dry skin and it sat perfectly, smooth, glowy, and super comfortable 💫 Good coverage for my dark under-eye circles and the veins around my nose so well while still looking natural. It blended with the correctors from Nyx without problem. It’s amazingly buildable and never went cakey, even after setting the layers with the correctors, concealer and later the #elf #bronzer. #shiseido #skin #radiant #lifting is a dream foundation for dry skin 🌸 it gives a radiant glow as promised and I set it with the LHcosmetics setting powder, which is light as feather, penetrates the skin pores and gives you a real-life filter on your face. For the blush, i used Makeup Revolution’s compact countouring in Fair. Eyeshadow: #hudabeauty Desert Dusk And the final touch: the setting spray from #lumene, which gives you a satin amazing finish. I want to mention that the pictures are not edited at all! There is No filter at all (you can see my forehead wrinkles). Lumene CC CC All-Over Concealer 0.5 Light
I have been using the Lumene CC Concealer for a long time and I love it! I like the buildable coverage and the light finish. It builds up easily without getting cakey. It’s great for anyone who wants to brighten up under the eyes or cover small blemishes. I use it together with Lumene's CC cream.🤍 The consistency is medium thick, not as thin as a liquid concealer but still easy to work with. I really love this collagen serum. It absorbs quickly into the skin, and with this serum, you get a beautiful glow on your face. The consistency is gel-like. I prefer more gel-like serums because I think they spread much better. The scent is not strong, which is a plus. Good result, a bit too strong scent
I have been testing the Nordic-C Feel Good Glow set for a while now, and here is my honest opinion about the products. My skin is dry, and I have previously struggled with acne. I actually have quite sensitive skin and react easily to products. I haven't noticed any negative reaction to this product yet. First impression and packaging The first thing that met me was the incredibly delicate packaging. The set looks very exclusive and immediately gives a feeling of well-being – perfect as a gift for yourself or others. The bottles and jars feel solid and look super nice on the bathroom shelf. Consistency and feel on the skin This is perhaps what I like best! The products have a lovely consistency that melts into the skin. They feel neither sticky nor heavy, but rather give a fresh and well-hydrated feeling. The skin is left soft and gets a really nice, natural glow (the "glow" they promise is absolutely true!). Result I notice a big difference in skin texture and glow since I started using this set. My skin looks more awake and vital, which is perfect for tired winter skin. The only downside: The scent Even though I love the effect of the products, I must mention that they have a very strong scent. For me, the perfume smell was a bit too dominant. It smells fresh of citrus, but it lingers a bit too long after application. If you are sensitive to strong scents, this might be something to be aware of. Conclusion: This is skincare that actually delivers on its promises when it comes to hydration and glow. If the scent had been a bit more subtle, this would have been a clear six on the dice. I will use up the set because of the good results, but I hope Lumene considers a milder version in the future. Lumene Dewy Glow Setting Spray
I had been searching for a new setting spray for a long time. I read a lot of reviews on different products and ended up with this Lumene one. Right after the first use, I noticed how good this actually is. It leaves a beautiful glow on the skin and holds the makeup very well. Many mentioned in the reviews that they didn't like the spray from the bottle. I haven't noticed any issues with this one. This makeup is (for me) a bit lighter makeup that I use when I don't have much time or just need to run a quick errand in everyday life, But I use some of my absolute favorite products that I always buy, and I thought I would recommend them to you! Doubtful
This is probably the first time that I, as a Lyko influencer, cannot give a good rating. The Lumene Nordic C Feel Good Glow set sounds promising on paper, but in practice, it became one of the most frustrating product experiences I've had. The first thing that struck me was the perfume – it is extremely strong. Not just "a little scent", but a really intense, almost overwhelming perfume. And the fact that it explicitly states on the packaging to avoid the eye area says a lot. I understand why. The products burn and sting on the skin, and it’s not that "active tingling" that some vitamin C products have, but pure discomfort. The second major problem is how poorly the serum and cream work together. One expects a kit to be formulated so that the products complement each other – that’s the whole point of selling them together. But no. If you use the serum first and then the cream, everything starts to pill. The products flake off on the face and leave the skin with an uneven, gritty surface that looks really unfresh. And I hate pilling; it’s one of the things I absolutely do not tolerate in skincare. It’s a shame because if you overlook the scent and pilling issue, the products actually feel moisturizing and a bit firming in themselves. Therefore, I will use them up, but separately and probably not on my face – rather on my neck and décolletage where the skin is less sensitive and I don’t risk looking like I tried to apply makeup with an eraser. In the end: good feeling of moisture, but formulation, perfume, and user experience unfortunately fall completely short. An affordable and uplifting duo that works with your GLOW. The scent is fresh and fruity from citrus 🍊 and the price is very good for this type of skincare. The set contains two full-sized products from the Lumene Nordic-C line: a serum + a moisturizer  🍊 The products are enriched with vitamin C and Nordic cloudberries (arctic cloudberry), ingredients known for their antioxidant effect and for providing radiance.  🍊 The moisturizer combines vitamin C with hyaluronic acid and polyglutamic acid — which is supposed to give the skin intense hydration, help even out skin tone, and make the skin softer, plumper, and more “glowy.”  🍊 The formula is vegan, and according to the manufacturer, the packaging is recyclable — so a plus for environmental thinking.  I like to use the serum as a primer under my foundation for that little extra glow that you miss in the winter months. I think vitamin C brightens up most skin types, but you don’t need to spend your entire monthly salary on such a product. Gives a nice glow
My boyfriend has been trying the Lumene Nordic-C Feel Good Glow Gift Set for a month now, as I couldn't use it myself (I don't tolerate skincare with vitamin C very well). My boyfriend has normal skin, with few issues regarding acne, texture, etc. However, he struggles quite a bit with wrinkles on his forehead and lacks some glow in his skin. He usually doesn't use any skincare products, which makes his skin quite tired and dehydrated. The products are supposed to help with texture and unevenness, as well as give the skin more glow. So, there is no mention of improvement of wrinkles, even though products with vitamin C usually do that. My boyfriend has used the products on and off for a month, so not every day. He mentions that the products are comfortable on the skin and feel a bit exclusive. The result is so-so, as it hasn't made a big difference. Still, the products do moisturize the skin more, which automatically gives better hydration and less texture. You can also see that the skin has gotten more life and glow, which is very positive. Overall, it's a nice package of products, as it feels very exclusive and provides good moisture to the skin. Whether it has an effect on pigmentation and fine lines is somewhat difficult to assess based on my boyfriend's results. I love this series 🧡 The serum has a light flowing consistency that is quickly absorbed by the skin, and the cream has a very lovely soft, thicker consistency. As with many products, I need to wait a while before applying the cream to avoid it starting to "roll". After using these together, my skin feels hydrated and especially more awake with a really nice glow. Both also smell really good!
