Cleanses well
This is an incredibly long-lasting gel cleanser with a fresh scent! My skin is neither sensitive nor dry and rarely reacts to new products, not even this one. However, I felt a bit dry after washing my face, which I usually never do, but it might be because it cleanses extremely well. My usual routine consists of two different cleansers, so one round with this was enough, just had to work it a bit more. It's important to work it properly in your hands with water before applying it to a damp face, otherwise it tends to just slide around since the gel is very thick, which happened to me the first few times and I didn’t like it at all. I also haven’t fully appreciated using it in the morning as it feels a bit too cleansing and drying on my skin, but with sunscreen and makeup it has worked well and saved both products and time. As said, an incredibly long-lasting product that will last a long time and dissolves sunscreen and makeup but requires quite a bit of moisturizing afterward. Tested this cleanser for a few weeks for #Lyko! Here is my honest feedback; The cleanser itself has a flip cap with a strip that must be removed before use. A seal – very positive! The cleanser has a thick and clear consistency and foams little. Many good ingredients like niacinamide, allantoin, grape seed oil, and green tea. Light, pleasant, and clean scent. The skin feels clean, soft, and soothed afterward. I have used it like this: rinse the face beforehand with water and lightly pat dry. Then rub the cleanser in damp palms until it gets a thick and white consistency. Then spread the cleanser over the face + neck. I have also used it with a small rubber scrubber. Then rinse off with lukewarm water or a damp cloth. The product is recommended for dry and normal skin: I am 37 years old and have very dry skin (due to illness) with an oily T-zone and have not experienced that this has dried out my skin more than other cleansers I use, such as those with salicylic acid for acne breakouts and blackheads. But soap is soap anyway, so moisture after cleansing is a must. In summary, I have enjoyed the cleanser and used it morning/evening. It simply gives a little spa experience at home when I use it. This product is neither a hit nor a miss for me. It does its job, but I wasn’t completely sold. Unfortunately, the scent was not a hit – it doesn’t smell like classic sunscreen, but has a special scent that I personally didn’t really like. However, it has been perfect for my hands where I have atopic eczema. A good cleanser
I have been assigned as a #lykoinflutester to test this cleansing gel. It really came at the right time since I was a bit bothered by the cleansing gel I had at home because it didn’t quite remove all the makeup. I think this one works well on my skin. It can feel a bit tight afterwards, but that happens with all cleansers, and I always apply serum and moisturizer right after, so it doesn’t bother me. It also removed all the makeup, which I really like. It has a mild and pleasant scent and a soft, slightly foaming texture. Extra points for being made in Sweden. The tube is a bit boring though, and the price is somewhat high, but it’s very economical, so that might balance out in the long run. I have mainly used this sunscreen on my body, but it can also be used on the face. What I like most is that it feels very moisturizing on the skin. I have quite dry skin on my body and often find that sunscreens can feel tight after a few hours, but this one gave a soft and hydrated feeling all day. This stick is incredibly practical and easy to use, especially when you're short on time. It's small and fits perfectly in the bag, which makes it so easy to apply throughout the day. I have been testing this sunscreen for about two weeks, and the first thing I noticed was how light and thin the formula is. I usually have trouble with SPF on my face because many products feel greasy, roll off, or leave a white cast, but this one absorbs quickly and feels like a regular moisturizing cream. I’m really happy with this sunscreen! It feels on the skin just like applying a regular body lotion, and it’s not sticky at all, unlike many sunscreens unfortunately are. The jar is, in my opinion, a very traditional cream jar, but a small minus is that since the cream is quite liquid, you might get a bit too much at once, which can cause a mess. This sunscreen stays well on the skin despite its light texture, and I find it much more pleasant to use than thick, sticky creams. It also doesn’t smell like “traditional” sunscreen, as it’s fragrance-free, which is a good thing. On top of that, this product can be used on the face as well as the body. Thanks to the light texture, you barely feel it on your face. The best sunscreen for the face that I have tested! I definitely recommend buying this sunscreen if you’ve been looking for a good facial sunscreen product. I have never used this type of sunscreen product before, so it was interesting to get to try it out. I was not disappointed! The stick-like sunscreen is especially intended for the face, for example the nose or cheeks, as well as the lips. It was really easy to apply to these areas, and thanks to the stick shape, I didn’t have to get my hands dirty at all while applying it. In my opinion, this product works best to take along on a sunny day, for example to an amusement park. You can easily dab it on your face and lips throughout the day, even over makeup. However, I always use SPF 50 for him, which means I will use the rest of this on myself but on my body. But I saw that this comes in SPF 50, which I will definitely buy next time he needs sun protection. Absorbs quickly and doesn’t sting the eyes. No scent. Easy to apply since the formula doesn’t feel sticky, which also makes it easy to wash off after application. Doesn’t turn white but disappears more like a light glow. Not quite my type of sun product
I got to try three sun products from #cerave thanks to #lykoinflutester. I would definitely have only used this on my lips. It feels too greasy on the face and takes a long time to apply on the face, and it's also hard to reach all areas. To be honest, I usually don't use sun protection on my lips. But this still feels pleasant. Like a regular lip balm. Convenient to carry and I will definitely use it up, even though I will be a bit bothered by the strange taste. But despite being greasy, it becomes invisible on both skin and lips. I also tried it as a touch-up during the day over makeup and was pleasantly surprised that it didn't totally ruin the makeup. Of course, they are good, but the feeling is unfortunately still that it is too greasy for me to like having it on my face. I got to try three sun products from #cerave thanks to #lykoinflutester. This one was really really good!! I've used it every day since I got it and have NOTHING bad to say about it. The packaging is really good. Why? Because it's easy to get the formula out, which is a bit more liquid but not runny (see picture where it sits on the cheek like a heart). Not a single mess in the bottle. You actually have to press a bit on the packaging for it to come out. Which means you have full control over how much you take. Since it’s a bit more liquid, it’s easy to get an even result on the face and a positive is that you avoid the white cast. It absorbs quickly so you can put on makeup right after. It sits really well under makeup. It’s just as the name says, invisible. It neither gives glow nor mattifies. Which I appreciate. It should be there but I don’t want to look like I’ve been sweating in the sun for hours. I like that it’s fragrance-free and my skin, which is quite sensitive, hasn’t reacted to anything else either. I’ve now tested this sun stick for a while ☀️ I don’t have much prior experience with this type of product, but I have to say it’s very convenient! Nice to have with you for reapplication during the day without getting your hands messy ☺️ It’s easy to apply and I feel like the product doesn’t feel on the face but is very pleasant. Sunscreen is really such a tricky product when you have sensitive skin that easily gets irritated, red patches, and starts to sting from the wrong products. I've tried to find my way through that jungle of different brands because sunscreen is so important, especially now as we head into warmer times. But not a single product has worked without giving me eczema or irritation after a few days of use – until now!! I am so super impressed and above all so excited to finally have found a product that both properly protects the skin and is gentle on my skin. That said, this product was also very light in texture and absorbed quickly into the skin without any problems. I completely avoided that heavy and unpleasant sunscreen feeling, and the skin instead felt moisturized while the product actually does its job really well – protecting the skin! No sun damage at all after a whole day in the sun either, with reapplication of course, but that really applies to all sunscreens. Sunscreen has really been a bit of a tricky product for me because my sensitive skin so easily gets red, irritated, and starts to sting from the wrong products. I've tested so many brands now, especially since sunscreen is extra important before warmer times, but almost everything ended with irritation or eczema after a few days of use. Had the honor to test this lovely sunscreen ☀️ One thing I really like about the product is that you can use it both on the body and face. Super convenient to only have to bring one sunscreen 🤩 The consistency is quite runny and it’s easy to accidentally get a bit too much product out, so you have to be careful ☺️ It doesn’t have that classic “sunscreen smell” but is almost completely fragrance-free. You can sense a faint scent in the background, but it’s barely noticeable ✨ I can get pimples from some sunscreens but I haven’t gotten any from this one! My facial skin tolerates it and I haven’t noticed any reactions at all. A big plus in my book 💛 When you apply it, it can first feel like you have a slightly sticky layer, but after a while this disappears and you don’t feel like you have anything on your skin 🥰 The only downside I can find is that the packaging lets the cream run out a bit too easily, otherwise I really like this! I have had the chance to try products from #cerave for a while. I haven't tried their products before but I know the brand 😊 Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to try this sunstick as I mainly use sunstick on my eyelids and scars when I'm at the beach ⛱️ The feeling I've gotten is that the stick is quite sticky for most of the day, which makes me not want to have too much of it on my face, but also that dust and similar things stick to where I've applied it on my scars, on my legs. I have had the chance to try products from #cerave for a while. I haven't tried their products before but I know the brand 😊 I thought this face sunscreen was very easy to apply and you get the product exactly where you want it. You avoid a sticky lid that often happens when using a tube. I have used my sunscreen as a day cream since it is supposed to be moisturizing and I work a lot outdoors. I received some sunscreen to test and here is the last one!☀️💖 It smells like typical sunscreen but not too strong, thicker in consistency compared to the one for the face, and you can feel it a bit on the skin but it feels significantly less than many other sunscreens. Personally, I prefer to use this on the body and not the face, but it’s easy to apply, leaves no white residue, and you get a lot of product. Feels good on my dry skin, I prefer SPF 50 since I’m very sensitive to the sun (life as a ginger), like being pale, and want extra protection for my colorful tattoos, so I will probably buy the SPF50 version since I like this one!
