Soft brush!!
Tried this new brush from Rebecca Stella and think it has a super nice design! Love the color and the size of the brush itself!🌸 It matched very well with their newly released palettes and applied nicely! A brush that picks up product right away, which is appreciated!! Personally, I prefer firmer brushes/shorter bristles, which is a matter of taste. So this one was almost a bit too soft as I feel like I don’t quite have control over it. Such a beautiful shimmer!
Tried these new blush highlighters and do you see what a beautiful shimmer they gave 🥹 So practical that it’s blush and highlighter in one, they blended perfectly together 🙂↕️ Overall super nice packaging that feels luxurious and so nice with mirrors in them!! Even the outside is like a mirror 🤩 If you compare the two palettes available, I liked the one with pink playin and dusty dazzle the most since I love light pink blush and some lighter shades 🌸 The only downside is that it easily rubs off when you touch your face, though not so much that it leaves a stain on the skin, but you get shimmer on your hand if you touch your face. However, it feels like all blush and highlighter with similar formulas don’t fully stick to the skin, so that was a bit expected already.. Otherwise very nice palettes! A basic good brush
#rebeccastella The Blushlighter Brush has long bristles, which made it feel a bit flimsy. Also, I usually prefer a bigger brush for applying blush, while I use a smaller one for highlighter. Despite the size and bristles, the brush picked up the product well and felt soft and pleasant on the skin. Rebecca Stella Plush Melt Blushlighter in the colors Rusty Rebel & Hunny Hazee is a nice product that gives a natural and beautiful glow to the skin. I especially like the creamy texture, which is easy to blend and gives a fresh result without feeling heavy. The colors are also very nice and suit a makeup look with a little extra glow. The only thing I deduct a bit for is that I wish the product was a bit more pigmented and lasted even better throughout the day. Gorgeous Glow!
I got this blush/highlighter in the shade Pink Playin’ & Dusty Dazzle from Lyko to test. It’s a handy combination of blush and highlighter in one. The packaging is really stylish and luxurious with mirror surfaces. The shade is really nice, but for my taste, I would have liked a bit more pigment. However, the product works really well on top of regular blush to add extra glow – and it’s also fantastic as an eyeshadow! 😍 The result is a nice, subtle, and beautiful shimmer that doesn’t go overboard at all. The brush is light, comfortable to hold, and makes it very easy to apply the product with good precision. It works excellently as a highlighter brush on the highest points of the face. However, if you want to use it as a pure blush brush, it becomes a bit too narrow, and the bristles are also a bit too soft to build and spread the blush optimally over a larger area. I also got to try this brush as a #lykoinflutester together with their new blushlighter from #rebeccastella. At first, I thought it was a bit small, but I definitely found it just right when I tested the brush with the product. Very soft and pleasant on the face. Picks up the product well and it's easy to build up how much product you want on the brush. Nice design and feels like good quality on the brush⭐️ So nope, nothing to complain about here either. I have, as #lykoinflutester, this time gotten to try #rebeccastella new blushlighter. Blush and highlighter combined🤝🏼 Fun to try something completely new at Lyko🥳 Now to the product itself. I chose to review the shade “pink playing/dusty dazzle” because I thought it was a shade I usually like to use as blush. I’m someone who doesn’t like to wear too much blush or generally wears makeup quite naturally and lightly. But this blushlighter was really buildable as you wish. It gives a very natural and nice glow, absolutely nothing that looks too glittery✨ The product melts really nicely into the skin and becomes so even and glowing. If I want a bit more visible rosy cheeks, I can use the other shade I got home because it is a bit more pigmented and darker. It’s called “rusty rebel/hunny hazee”. The packaging is luxurious and beautiful. However, a bit impractical in the way that all fingerprints show on it, but nothing that disturbs the use or lowers the rating for me at least 🤗 Good that there is a mirror in the lid so you can check yourself when you want to touch up your makeup. I have nothing negative to comment on this lovely product. Works well, but quite pricey
The brush is excellent for applying Rebecca Stellan's Blushlighter blush-highlighter. With it, I was able to spread the product evenly on the skin and blend it beautifully, so I especially recommend the brush for this product. However, in my opinion, the brush is quite expensive as it doesn't feel qualitatively more special than an ordinary makeup brush. The blush's texture is wonderfully soft, and the pigment applies beautifully and evenly on the skin. The stunning shades are easy to blend and build up. The product also works really well as an eyeshadow, making it a versatile addition to the makeup bag. The mirror in the packaging makes applying makeup easier, but unfortunately, the packaging itself doesn't feel very high quality and easily shows fingerprints on the surface. Nice shimmer with a shy color
I've been testing this blushlighter in the color Pink Playin'/Dusty Dazzle for a couple of weeks now and think it does what it should, but could give a bit more🩷 The product comes in a paper packaging that I think is cute, I like that the colors are clearly shown on the outside of the packaging. Inside is the product itself, which is silver, which of course is super nice BUT it also easily gets greasy fingerprints from fingers on it. I think the colors are super nice, one is a bit cooler and one is a bit warmer. When I applied the product for the first time, I thought it gave a nice shimmer but no color. After a few uses, it has gotten better, and it can be built up quite a bit. However, I still think it is a bit too subtle in color, since it is described as a BLUSHlighter. Incredibly beautiful glow!!
Very stylish packaging with a luxurious weight. When I open the palette, there is a large mirror, and you see the color of the blush exactly as it will sit on my skin, which is light (right now a bit sun-kissed) with a yellow undertone. The blush is easily picked up on the brush without being too much, and gives a buildable color with the perfect shimmer without being glittery. I don’t find that it dries out my skin even though I have dry and sensitive skin. The glow enhances the beautiful cool tone in the blush, and I feel super pretty when I wear the rouge. I am positively surprised by the result and will always want to have this product in my makeup bag! I had the honor of testing this Plush Melt Blushlighter 🩷My first impression of the product was that it felt nice and luxurious. The packaging is very sleek and also has a mirror, which makes it very convenient to carry with you. The product was very easy to use and gave a natural and beautiful result. One thing I noticed was that the product didn’t crumble when I applied it, which is of course appreciated. The blush isn’t very strongly pigmented, which makes it possible to build up the color and also touch it up during the day without it becoming too much. Blush is a product that is always part of my makeup routine, while I use highlighter more rarely because I forget to use it 🙈 I have previously only used regular blush and highlighter separately and therefore haven’t tried such a combo product before! The result was nice and natural, which I really like. I think the product feels very light, especially since you get both blush and highlighter in the same packaging. I will definitely continue to use the product because I like the result and how easy it is to carry with me. I got to test this new blushlighter among the first, and I fell in love with it😍 #lykoinflutester #rebeccastella Such a beautiful shade and amazing packaging. The mirror was a pleasant surprise when I opened the package for the first time! The packaging feels high quality and opens and closes easily but also firmly. I would dare to put this in my bag without fear that it would explode at the bottom of the bag. When applying to the cheeks, the product didn’t fall off but spread very beautifully and gave a really natural yet stunning finish! Application was very effortless and even with a small amount, you could get a noticeable result. The pigment seemed to transfer weakly to the cheeks, but when using this, for example, as eyeshadow, the pink came out very beautifully and looked like a stunning shade🩷 I recommend putting liquid blush underneath if you want more color on the cheeks. As a highlighter, this is definitely one of the best products I’ve ever tried! The result blends into the face and doesn’t leave awkward lines. I have, as #lykoinflutester, gotten to try this brush from #rebeccastella 🎀 This is a brush that works well with their blushlighter!🩷 The brush doesn't hold that much product, so for the blush you have to keep loading it quite a while for it to pick up the powder ☺️ But just like the description says, this brush works really well for highlighter on the cupid's bow, the tip of the nose, and the cheekbones ✨️ Personally, I found it a liiittle hard to blend with though. This is a nice and soft brush that works very well for highlighter. It’s soft on the skin and makes it easy to apply highlighter, especially when you want a light and even glow✨It didn’t pick up too much product at once, which is a plus when using highlighter. Fantastic highlighter but a bit weak blush
The texture is so nice and the particles are very small, which gives you a really #fresh and #glittery finish, without it looking like big glitter pieces on the skin, and I love that! Even though the blush is #buildable, I still think it’s weak, especially if you already have #rosa on your cheeks from before. I will continue to use the product, but only as a #highlighter.
