A wonderful scent that suits everything!
This is an absolutely fantastic scent that is completely timeless and really suits everything! If there’s one perfume to go for, I would say this one! It has an incredibly soft, inviting, and fresh scent that just blends with the body and almost feels natural, like it belongs to you. Since the scent isn’t very intense, it works both for everyday and for parties, for lunch in town or a lovely date. It also allows you to easily control how intense the scent is depending on how many sprays you use, kind of like building layers! Maybe it doesn’t last from morning to night without needing a touch-up, but I still think it lasts well enough that it doesn’t lower the rating! I really think the description of the scent is spot on, and the bottle itself is incredibly beautiful and feels so luxurious! The balance between fresh, slightly sweet, and feminine makes me believe this suits many. It’s not youthful but not too “grown-up” either, somewhere in the middle, making it suitable for everyone if you like the scent, of course. An elegant and sophisticated fragrance
I was really happy when I, as #lykoinflutester, got the chance to try this perfume from #burberry. I had high expectations since I’ve heard a lot of positive things about “her” fragrances, and vanilla is one of my absolute favorite notes, cherry is also high on the list. My first impression was that the scent felt quite mature. To me, it seems relatively intense at first, with a clear alcohol note in the first few minutes. As it settles on the skin, the cherry notes come forward more, and the scent becomes softer and a bit sweeter 🍒 Yet it retains a sophisticated and feminine character. An elegant fragrance, perfect for festive occasions or evenings when you want a more elegant scent. I had hoped for more vanilla, as that was the note I was most looking forward to. On my skin, it doesn’t come through very clearly, which was a bit disappointing. The scent is also deeper and heavier than what I usually choose, but it grows on me more and more. It has also been really fun to try something different from my usual favorites. The longevity is very good, and I find the scent becomes more pleasant the longer it stays on the skin. As with all perfumes, I recommend testing it on your own skin before buying. Both my sister, my mother, and I had slightly different experiences of the scent, so it’s definitely one of those perfumes that develops differently from person to person. For me, this fragrance lands somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Burberry Her is a scent that has truly impressed me. From the first spray, it felt so soft, powdery, and incredibly delicious. Exactly the kind of perfume I love to wear. Mature Vanilla
I got to test Goddess Eau de Parfum from Burberry. The first impression is an elegant bottle with golden details that gives a feeling of luxury and matches the scent very well. The initial scent is a bit warm and intense, spicy vanilla with a darkness to it. But when it hits the skin and gets to mature a bit, it becomes a milder, yet warm and mature vanilla scent that isn’t too sweet. It’s feminine and sensual without being too much. As a 36-year-old, I like vanilla scents, but often find them too girly and sugary sweet, but this one suits me well. I don’t really get a wow feeling of something very unique with this, plus it doesn’t have the longest longevity on the skin and needs refreshing throughout the day, so it doesn’t get full marks. I happened to get a test from Lyko of Burberry's Goddess perfume, which was a funny coincidence because I've already been using this perfume for 1.5 years. I love vanilla sweet dessert-like scents, and Burberry Goddess is in my TOP 5 perfumes specifically in this category. The scent is fresh and sweet at the same time, and it suits many different wearers. I also love how this perfume always smells a little different depending on the user's skin pH, so it doesn't feel like "oh, everyone has this," but you still have to ask the wearer what perfume they have because it might smell a bit different on someone else, but always good. This is also an excellent perfume to layer with another fragrance if you want to add vanilla to another scent because it works really well combined with other fragrances. The bottle is beautifully classic and luxurious, and you gladly take it with you in your bag. I don't think anyone can hate this scent, and that's why, even though perfumes are often intimate and individual to their wearer, I dare to recommend this also as a gift! I don't think any vanilla lover would be upset to receive this delicious scent as a gift. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give this a 10, gourmand perfumes. I will buy this again and again. I have, as #lykoinflutester, had the chance to test this perfume from #burberry ✨️ A very beautiful glass bottle with gold details that matches the scent as well as its name, is the first impression 💛 It is a feminine type of vanilla scent with a light woodiness. Somewhere between powdery and fresh. Warm and sweet with a hint of heat. The sweetness is there in a mature way without becoming, what many would call, cloying. My boyfriend thinks it’s a nice but "ordinary girl scent." A girl friend thought it was "very vanilla," in a positive way. I personally think it’s wonderful 💛 the longevity on the skin is okay, but not optimal. It fades within about 6 hours. I am a big fan of Burberry's Her series, so I was excited to try what I thought of Her Parfum! I usually use light scents and can get headaches from strong perfumes. This scent is already borderline for me. In the top notes, I smell a strong cherry essence that somewhat reminds me of a liqueur.. 😅 however, the scent softens quickly on the skin, and I see this fitting well for the upcoming autumn and winter. As a Lyko influencer tester, I have had the chance to try Her Parfum 50 ml from Burberry over the past few weeks 👃 🍒 ❄️ My first impression of the perfume is that it smells very feminine, nice, and soft! I think it’s a bit fruity but also a bit floral, with a lot of vanilla coming through! I read before receiving the perfume that it was supposed to smell like cherry, which is my favorite scent. I can sense a little cherry in the fragrance but much more vanilla (which usually isn’t a favorite of mine), but the blend is really nice, I must say! 😍 Playful, warm, yet still a soft elegant blend is how I would describe the scent. It’s feminine but not “old-fashioned” and smells really good. The scent also lasts very well! Nice packaging and good scent
I've been testing this together with the serum from the same brand for a while now, and it fits perfectly with my "mom-glowup" after recently giving birth to boy number 2. I haven't had any negative reaction on my skin at all, and I feel moisturized and generally good in my skin😍 Smells really good! Suitable for a younger person who has just started with skincare as well as for adults. When I received the perfume from #burberry as #lykoinflutester, I was a bit unsure if I would actually like it. Good to know is that I have a very hard time finding a perfume that suits me as it easily becomes an "old lady scent," it can really smell completely different on me than on others. Looks good on but ouch in the makeup bag
3 weeks postpartum who? Joking aside, I really felt this was needed for my glowup! I've been testing this for a few days now and unfortunately, it was already a bit crumbly when I received it – probably took a little hit during delivery.. I did half my face with the products I usually use at home and the other half with this one plus blush from by Lyko. You can hardly see any difference between the sides at all 😍 Both sides also look the same after a whole day, which is a plus! The price for the product is really good, I would say! The downside though is that it crumbles a lot and already looks well-used. A bit risky if you want to take it with you in your makeup bag. Having a brown makeup bag and all the products crumbly is something I've experienced before and definitely not something you want again.. MAYBE this would be better in a loose powder jar? Because on the skin, it really does what it’s supposed to! I have loved Burberry HER perfume for years, so when I got to try this one, it was full celebration 🙌🏼 If you like Burberry HER, you will love this! It’s a mild, fresh, and clean perfume that lasts all day without being too intense. The scent is "with you" and doesn’t reveal which room you’ve been in like stronger perfumes often do. I’ve used this as an everyday perfume because it feels so clean and fresh. At the same time classy. An overdose of vanilla
As a #lykoinflutester, I have had the opportunity to be a test pilot for #burberry Goddess EdP. I usually have a hard time with vanilla-scented perfumes and always avoid them when buying perfume. They don’t smell good on my skin, but rather clumsy and cheap. To some extent, I have changed my attitude because this scent feels like an exception. It kind of plays in its own league among vanilla scents. The bottle is completely to my taste. Classic, heavy, solid, minimalistic, and elegant. The cap is easy to handle, just pull it off and press it back on. I have severe hand osteoarthritis, so it’s a relief not to fumble with a hard-to-open bottle cap. The spray is light and precise, the perfume lands exactly where you want it. The first scent impression is positive. Lavender together with vanilla makes the scent feel fresh and crisp. Unfortunately, the lavender scent disappears quickly, and then it’s just vanilla that matters. Admittedly, luxurious quality vanilla with many nuances, but for me, the scent feels too sweet and heavy. However, it is absolutely the best vanilla perfume I have tested. Intense and wonderful
I usually am a bit cautious with perfume as I easily get headaches from too much scent, but this one is one of my favorites. Fresh berry scents mixed with violet and jasmine along with a deeper base of musk and amber make it interesting and it smells incredibly long-lasting. Even though the scent is so intense, it is just lovely and not heavy or headache-inducing. But it’s probably not a scent that suits everyone, so do try it before you buy! The bottle is very sleek and has a beautiful color that fits nicely both on the shelf at home and is practical to take in the toiletry bag.
