I have had the pleasure of trying Burberry Her, and my first impression is that it is an incredibly sweet and quite special scent. It smells like cotton candy and hairspray/hair products and borders on artificial. At the same time, I don't think it smells disgusting or unpleasant. It almost feels like your teeth tingle from the scent. Personally, I would have liked the scent to be a bit more balanced; it is very monotonous. Still, I find it interesting and absolutely understand why someone would like it. I am a perfume lover myself and have around 20 perfumes. For me, however, it won't be an obvious favorite. Luxurious
I have had the pleasure of trying this perfume from NUDE, the perfume is called Courage. The bottle is very sleek. It has a nice, slightly golden shimmer and the perfume itself is a bit yellowish in color, which I think fits very well with the whole feeling. And the spray, really good stream. It comes out properly and with a good spread, which I always appreciate. The first time I smell it, I immediately think: this feels luxurious and unusual. But also very familiar. It actually reminds me a lot of a perfume I already have, Sweet Escape from Sunnamusk. I would say it’s almost a copy, but it still has its own little thing. It’s somewhat more delicate. What I really sense is saffron, then the vanilla comes more in the background. And I really like the combination, because the saffron gives a somewhat warmer and more luxurious feeling, while the vanilla makes it softer and rounder. It has a nice greenness to it, a bit like a stem on a rose. And a slight bitterness, but it still has roundness. I also think it feels very warm and sensual. It’s the kind of scent I think feels feminine without being too much. At the same time, there is a freshness in it as well. So it’s not just warm and sweet, but still has something that makes it feel light and fresh on the skin. Right now, as a first impression just after spraying it on, I actually think it’s very pleasant. This was my first impression of it. Really top class. I have now used the perfume frequently and I think it holds up, it might not smell all day but at least 4-6 hours. And it lasts even longer if I spray it in my hair or on clothes. And it doesn’t leave any stains. I have also tested it together with other perfumes and it can really be combined with other perfumes for a more dynamic scent. Right now my favorite is to take Nude Courage together with YSL Libre Intense, these scents marry fantastically with each other. It’s also my husband’s favorite right now. I love this perfume and the price means I don’t have to skimp. This is a perfume I will buy again and again. Just want to finish by saying this perfume might not be everyone’s favorite. I really like deep, spicy scents. But I think you should try this, especially if you like to combine with other perfumes. It lifts other scents in a very nice way. 🧡 I really like this perfume. It mostly smells like vanilla mixed with yellow florals, with a little bit of powdery and woody/spicy notes in the background. I have had the chance to smell #rabanne Millon Gold For Her, edp for a month and I love the intensity and depth it has. 🤩 When I look for new perfumes, jasmine is often a mandatory ingredient, which we find in the heart notes. I would say it is deep and spicy and not so floral despite the description “magnificent floral perfume,” but I think it is more sensual and deep than what I would classify as a floral perfume. Not quite sure how to describe the scent other than that I love it. ✨ To give a little profile/reference of me, I thought I’d list perfumes I’ve used over the years: 🖤YSL Black Opium (similar deep and sensual scent), 🕊️YSL Libre (reminds a bit of this one), 🌼Gucci Bloom Profumo Di Fiori (this one is more floral and not as deep as Rabanne). 🌺Armani Power of You, where the vanilla scent takes a bigger place and has a warmer/sweeter scent than Rabanne. I got to try #rabanne million gold for her as #lykoinflutester, and unfortunately, it's not my type of scent. However, I still want to say that I think it smells good as it has a lovely depth that is still fresh, and I sense a little sweetness. It doesn't feel too heavy, in other words. This lip balm has actually become a favorite of mine! It has a very lovely and sweet scent that feels luxurious. The texture is nice and melts beautifully on the lips. It moisturizes well and leaves the lips soft while giving a nice glossy glow. Wonderful scent 🌸
I like the texture of this face cream, it’s light, absorbs quickly into the skin, and feels moisturizing without being sticky. The skin feels soft and gets a nice glow after application, which I really appreciate. However, it smells very strongly, floral and nice, but for me it contains way too much perfume for me to want to use it on my face. I have actually never tried a face cream that smells this strong before. Instead, I have used it on my body, where I think it works much better. The light formula absorbs quickly, moisturizes well, and leaves the skin with a nice glow that smells wonderful. I had high expectations for this serum, but unfortunately it didn’t become a favorite for me. The first thing I noticed was the scent; it’s very floral and smells wonderful, but I find it so heavily perfumed that I don’t feel comfortable using it on my face. I’ve actually never tried a facial skincare product that smells so strongly of perfume before. Instead, I’ve been using the serum on my body, where I think it fits much better. It gives a nice glow, feels moisturizing, and the lovely scent is actually a plus. The texture is light and gel-like, absorbs quickly into the skin, and doesn’t feel sticky. If you prefer a richer and more nourishing product, this one might feel a bit too light. A wonderful scent that suits everything!
This is an absolutely fantastic scent that is completely timeless and really suits everything! If there’s one perfume to go for, I would say this one! It has an incredibly soft, inviting, and fresh scent that just blends with the body and almost feels natural, like it belongs to you. Since the scent isn’t very intense, it works both for everyday and for parties, for lunch in town or a lovely date. It also allows you to easily control how intense the scent is depending on how many sprays you use, kind of like building layers! Maybe it doesn’t last from morning to night without needing a touch-up, but I still think it lasts well enough that it doesn’t lower the rating! I really think the description of the scent is spot on, and the bottle itself is incredibly beautiful and feels so luxurious! The balance between fresh, slightly sweet, and feminine makes me believe this suits many. An elegant and sophisticated fragrance
I was really happy when I, as #lykoinflutester, got the chance to try this perfume from #burberry. I had high expectations since I’ve heard a lot of positive things about “her” fragrances, and vanilla is one of my absolute favorite notes, cherry is also high on the list. My first impression was that the scent felt quite mature. To me, it seems relatively intense at first, with a clear alcohol note in the first few minutes. As it settles on the skin, the cherry notes come forward more, and the scent becomes softer and a bit sweeter 🍒 Yet it retains a sophisticated and feminine character. An elegant fragrance, perfect for festive occasions or evenings when you want a more elegant scent. I had hoped for more vanilla, as that was the note I was most looking forward to. On my skin, it doesn’t come through very clearly, which was a bit disappointing. The scent is also deeper and heavier than what I usually choose, but it grows on me more and more. It has also been really fun to try something different from my usual favorites. The longevity is very good, and I find the scent becomes more pleasant the longer it stays on the skin. As with all perfumes, I recommend testing it on your own skin before buying. Both my sister, my mother, and I had slightly different experiences of the scent, so it’s definitely one of those perfumes that develops differently from person to person. For me, this fragrance lands somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Mature Vanilla
I got to test Goddess Eau de Parfum from Burberry. The first impression is an elegant bottle with golden details that gives a feeling of luxury and matches the scent very well. The initial scent is a bit warm and intense, spicy vanilla with a darkness to it. But when it hits the skin and gets to mature a bit, it becomes a milder, yet warm and mature vanilla scent that isn’t too sweet. It’s feminine and sensual without being too much. As a 36-year-old, I like vanilla scents, but often find them too girly and sugary sweet, but this one suits me well. I don’t really get a wow feeling of something very unique with this, plus it doesn’t have the longest longevity on the skin and needs refreshing throughout the day, so it doesn’t get full marks. I happened to get a test from Lyko of Burberry's Goddess perfume, which was a funny coincidence because I've already been using this perfume for 1.5 years. I love vanilla sweet dessert-like scents, and Burberry Goddess is in my TOP 5 perfumes specifically in this category. The scent is fresh and sweet at the same time, and it suits many different wearers. I also love how this perfume always smells a little different depending on the user's skin pH, so it doesn't feel like "oh, everyone has this," but you still have to ask the wearer what perfume they have because it might smell a bit different on someone else, but always good. This is also an excellent perfume to layer with another fragrance if you want to add vanilla to another scent because it works really well combined with other fragrances. The bottle is beautifully classic and luxurious, and you gladly take it with you in your bag. I don't think anyone can hate this scent, and that's why, even though perfumes are often intimate and individual to their wearer, I dare to recommend this also as a gift! I don't think any vanilla lover would be upset to receive this delicious scent as a gift. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give this a 10, gourmand perfumes. I will buy this again and again. I have, as #lykoinflutester, had the chance to test this perfume from #burberry ✨️ A very beautiful glass bottle with gold details that matches the scent as well as its name, is the first impression 💛 It is a feminine type of vanilla scent with a light woodiness. Somewhere between powdery and fresh. Warm and sweet with a hint of heat. The sweetness is there in a mature way without becoming, what many would call, cloying. My boyfriend thinks it’s a nice but "ordinary girl scent." A girl friend thought it was "very vanilla," in a positive way.
