I tried this product for a couple of weeks along with other products from the same line and I am satisfied! My hair is coarse, thin, and wavy. In other words, it’s quite difficult to manage and achieve shine. In my opinion, this product works well as a nourishing spray. The bottle is high quality and the spray function works well. Additionally, the scent is pleasant and mild. I used it on towel-dried hair after showering and let my hair air dry, as I usually do. The best results show the next morning. I have now tried the hair mask once and was actually positively surprised! 😍 The hair became incredibly soft and shiny. I have previously written that the shampoo itself did not make much difference for my hair, while the conditioner gave a clear softness. But when I also added the hair mask, the result was even better. I also feel that the hair color is really well preserved. My hair looks more alive and gets a lovely shine, which I really appreciate since bleached and colored hair can easily feel tired and frizzy. What I like extra much is that the series suits my naturally curly hair well. It provides a lot of moisture, and my hair was not nearly as frizzy, but felt soft, moisturized, and nice. I was almost a bit doubtful whether I had rinsed out the hair mask properly because the hair became so incredibly soft – but without feeling heavy or oily. After using shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask together, I think that both the shine, feel, and hair color became much better. I have primarily used the spray to add moisture to my hair before styling, and I actually think it does its job well. It smells nice and helps reduce frizz while leaving the hair feeling soft and smooth. After using the entire series and finishing with the spray, I think the result is really nice. However, I haven't used the spray long enough yet to say if it gives a real wow effect, and so far I would say it's a good product that does what it should. A big plus is the heat protection – it protects hair up to a whole 230 °C 🔥. For me, who has bleached and colored hair and uses styling tools, that is truly an appreciated feature. So in summary: a good and moisturizing spray that reduces frizz, gives soft and smooth hair, and also provides heat protection. When I first shampooed my hair, I actually didn’t notice a huge difference and therefore didn’t have very high expectations. You can read more about my thoughts on the shampoo itself under the shampoo section, where you can also click to buy it. But my experience completely changed when I used the conditioner. The hair became much softer and the scent also felt significantly better. In my opinion, the shampoo had a very mild scent that didn’t last very long, but together with the conditioner, the result was much better. I have used the entire series and definitely think the products get even better when used together. But if you don’t want or can’t buy the whole series, I would say shampoo + conditioner is a good combination. ✨ My conclusion: The products make the hair soft, shiny, and pleasantly scented, but I wouldn’t say it gives a huge wow effect. The scent is lovely but unfortunately doesn’t last very long. The bottle itself is nice and luxurious with a sleek design. Great that it’s a pump bottle, it’s convenient and hygienic. The cream itself is a bit thick, I think, but smells light and nice. Would have preferred a fragrance-free product though! My skin is dry with an oily T-zone, has many pores and some acne. Used this after cleansing. It moisturizes but feels a bit greasy! Was a bit tricky to get into the skin, easier on the neck. A plus that it contains SPF. Mixed feelings about this cream. It moisturizes but makes the skin a bit greasy – wish it absorbed more easily. I prefer to use Emma S gel cream from the Bye Bye Pores series as a moisturizer. I’m 40 years old and would probably like to use this when I’m around 60. Will therefore give it to my mom, feels like I have too oily a T-zone for this product. So overall – a nice, luxurious, and quality product that adds moisture but feels too greasy. Probably a nice gift for someone a bit older, would recommend it to them! Assignment by #lykotestpilot #lykoinflutester! The packaging has the same design as the other products in the #byebyepores series, which feels sleek, and it's good that they have the gray color. I like the consistency of this product! I've used it as a face cream after the toner in the same series. You don't need to use much, a little dab goes a long way. It absorbs easily into the skin. The consistency feels a bit like a mix between gel and cream. Good that it is fragrance-free! Since I got acne from the toner in the same series, I haven't been able to see results from this one. But I don't think the pores have shrunk, though the product has felt soothing on the skin and a good final step in the cleansing routine. I will continue to use this without the toner beforehand, because the cream feels good for the skin, moisturizes, and feels kind of like cleansing. Cleans but greasy
Assignment through #lykotestpilot. The packaging feels sleek because it is simple and appealing. The gray color fits a series that says Bye Bye Pores! The product itself feels a bit thicker than a regular toner. Not watery but not oily either. Used it after cleansing on a pad, swiped the product over the face. You can see on the pad that it removed a lot of dirt! So, it definitely removes a lot of gunk and cleans well, but afterwards it leaves a greasy/oily/shiny film on the face, which I don’t like! I wiped my face with a towel after using the product. Used it first 2 times a week and then 3 times a week. Unfortunately, I got more breakouts (acne) from it. No big pimples but small, annoying breakouts. 🌋 Overall, I like the product considering you can see it removes impurities. But since I got acne and kept getting it from use, and the product feels oily, I don’t really like it. I also see no difference in the pores, they remain and maybe have even become more/larger. This mist is supposed to make the hair shinier and smoother. As a #lykoinflutester I had the chanse to try out the Infrared Blowout Air Brush #bylyko. 🌟 To start with, the package is divine. The exact feeling like opening a Barbie doll box 💖 The airbrush is light and easy to use., even for people like me who do not have enough patience or even talent with hot tools 😅 🌟 My hair is quite thick and long. I followed the instructions and dried it up to 80% before starting using the brush and then divided in sections. I was done quite fast. The brush is effective and have different heat levels and speed. I chose high speed and high level of heet. I cooled down every section. I used it for a kind of straight blow out since i have no talent for blow out curls. I am sure that other girlies would be able to do amazing curls with that brush as well. 🌟 The result was honestly professional! Like coming out of a hair salong. -if i would have to name one negative thing it would be the sound. I have been very pleasantly surprised by this eye cream from The Ordinary. It has a light and pleasant texture that is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t feel heavy or sticky 🤍 The skin around my eyes feels softer, firmer, and well hydrated after use, and I think I look fresher and more awake. The cream has a tightening effect and my fine lines have become less visible 🙌 I especially like that it contains Lacto-PDRN™ and at the same time has a light and nourishing formula. Really nice gloss for autumn 🤎 I really like this gloss! It gives a very nice and shiny finish, and the color Toasted Vanilla is so lovely, a soft, slightly brown shade that fits perfectly with my autumn makeup looks. 🍂 I also like that it doesn’t feel too sticky on the lips, which is a big plus. The only thing I wish is that it had a bit more plumping effect. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied with the gloss and especially the color, it really feels perfect for all my autumn makeups! ✨ The only downside is that I think it’s quite expensive. Dreamy Perfume
I got to try Sabrina Carpenter Sweet Tooth Eau de Parfum and I REALLY LOVE the scent! 😍 I usually have a soft spot for gourmand scents and scents with vanilla, so this one fits my taste perfectly. The scent is sweet, warm, and cozy with that lovely gourmand feeling that feels a bit like a dessert. I especially think the vanilla comes through in a very nice way and makes the perfume feel both cozy and feminine without being boring. I also like that the scent really feels like the kind of perfume you want to wear when you want to feel a little extra cozy and “cute” 🥹🩷 For me, it’s definitely a scent I want to use again! It also lasts very long and 3 sprays are enough for the whole day!! A small downside is the bottle itself. I think it’s very cute but also quite bulky and a bit impractical. Didn’t work for my thin hair, but tangled it
I got to test the Waterclouds Gloss revive line, and one of the products was the line’s intensive mist. I normally have strong, thick, naturally vibrant hair, but I suffered from iron deficiency during pregnancy and childbirth, and my hair was also generally stressed. Because of this, my hair has thinned, and I have lost over half of what my hair used to be. Now I would describe my hair as dry and thin. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner in the line. They suited my hair excellently, but unfortunately, this spray felt more tangling than smoothing. I don’t feel it provided any benefit that would make me continue using the product after several tries. On the positive side, I want to mention that the product technically has a good spray mechanism and works flawlessly. The product also has a mild but pleasant scent typical of the brand, and I like that the product offers high heat protection. Unfortunately, the product was not suitable for my hair type this time. The bottle looks like a chocolate bar and is absolutely super cute and stands out on the shelf. To describe the scent, I would say you should imagine soft marshmallow, chocolate, and quite intense vanilla. It is extremely heavy gourmand and lacks the depth or balance that makes a perfume feel mature or sophisticated (which I like). I prefer perfumes that feel a bit more well-balanced and elegant. Even though I can appreciate warm vanilla notes, I am always skeptical of celebrity scents that tend to become too synthetic, candy-like, and youthful. Unfortunately, this was not a match for me. The longevity is acceptable, but the scent profile feels more suitable for a teenager than for someone looking for a more mature signature scent. If you love very strong, candy-sweet perfumes, it probably works, but for me, it was simply a bit too much. Since I’ve had a similar air tool from a slightly cheaper brand before, I was really excited to try and compare Lyko’s The Core Styler 5-in-1 Air Tool😍 My absolute most important point to test was the Auto Wrap attachment. That’s usually exactly what you’re looking for when you want to find a good dupe for, for example, the Dyson Airwrap, and here I was not disappointed!😮💨⭐️👌🏼 It catches the hair in no time and smoothly wraps it around the attachment, so easy and with a super nice result👌🏼 The other attachments are admittedly ones that already exist on the market, but I love that they’re included here.
