As a #lykoinflutester, I have tested the Hair and Body Mist Tropic Like It´s Hot 240 ml from the brand #bylyko For me, itâs simply a bit too much and a product I usually donât use đ The scent becomes very sweet and too intense for me. I also find it a bit much to spray both hair and body with such a distinct and strong fragrance. The product itself is very nice for those who like sweet, tropical scents. Personally, this is not something I will use. I prefer a good perfume over spraying a mist on myself. Anyway, I would definitely recommend the product to those who like typical mists. Thank you Lyko for giving me the opportunity to test this amazingly wonderful Core Styler! Here are my thoughts and experiences! This styler is really great with its 5 attachments/nozzles to style hair in different looks! Dry, curl, and straighten the hair! A bit about my hair: Coarse strands, untreated, long down to my butt, thick and a bit frizzy! Unruly and takes a lot of time to fix! But this wonderful styler has now changed that! The dryer has a sleek design, is simple and so easy to handle, and weighs almost nothing, itâs so nice! The air feels soft and pleasant, and the hair looks so nice afterward! Lovely serum!
As one of Lyko's Influtesters, I got to try this product and my opinion about it is 100% my own. ⨠My age and skin type: 36 years old. I have combination skin but sometimes get dry patches on my face. My skin sometimes feels dehydrated and tight despite an oily T-zone. Prone to small pimples on the face, possibly hormonal. Relatively large pores. Slight redness on the cheeks. ⨠Packaging: Nice glass bottle, feels a bit luxurious. I donât love serum bottles with pumps because 50% of the time the product splatters. I prefer a dropper where I can better control how much serum I want. ⨠The product and results: The results are really good. I feel that the pores around my nose have become significantly smaller after using it morning and night. The skin texture also feels smoother. Plus fewer breakouts of small pimples. Fantastic moisture bomb that creates the perfect makeup base
I have tried Paulaâs Choice Pro-Collagen Peptide Plumping Intensive Cream and am incredibly impressed. This cream truly does what it promises when it comes to giving the skin moisture, plumpness, and a beautiful glow. Dry lines feel instantly plumped and the skin stays soft all day. What I like best, besides the results, is how incredibly fast it absorbs into the skin. Even though itâs an intensive and rich cream, it doesnât leave any greasy or sticky residue. It works absolutely fantastic under makeup. Foundation and concealer apply so beautifully on top without rolling or caking, making it a perfect moisturizing base. Additionally, I have to give a big plus for the packaging. The smart pump function is incredibly convenient, hygienic, and makes it easy to dose just the right amount. The only downside for me is the scent. Since the product is completely fragrance-free, the ingredients have a rather special smell (a bit chemical or plasticky) right upon application, but it disappears quickly so itâs nothing bothersome in the long run. Vanilla dream for soft lips
Tastes incredible & feels incredible! đđź Wouldn't call it a âgloss balmâ as it doesn't feel particularly glossy, more like a shiny balm. Affordable and good!
I have tested this round brush for a couple of weeks and really like it. It can both style the hair straight and add some bounce at the ends. It depends a bit on how you use it. What I really like about it is that you can adjust how much power you want on the blow and on the heat. If my hair is very wet, I have max blow and max heat. If I want to style the bangs when the hair is dry, I can lower the blow but keep the heat. Great! Itâs easy to use. The hair glides easily through the brush, and the brush is soft so itâs easy to get all the way down to the scalp. Itâs incredibly affordable. You get a really good product for the money! The only downside I have is that the handle is a bit bulky and you easily hit the buttons while styling. So the heat and blow change. In my role as #lykoinflutester, I got to test two products from Paula's Choice, a brand I used frequently a few years ago but that has somewhat faded from my routine lately. So it was extra fun to rediscover an old favorite. I'm almost a bit obsessed with always having something on my lips (gloss, balm, lipstick, or cerate, it really doesn't matter), even though I rarely have dry lips. The only times it happens is if I've used a drying product or when the weather is extremely cold or hot. The Pro-Collagen Peptide Gloss Balm is described as a 3-in-1 product combining lip treatment, lip balm, and lip gloss. It is also supposed to give the lips a plumper feel, but I actually don't notice that effect. However, that's not something that bothers me. I really like the applicator. It is slimmer and more precise than many other similar products, which makes application easy and pleasant. It feels light and smooth, not clumsy at all. The formula itself is a bit thicker than many other gloss balms, which means you need to press a little harder on the tube to get the product out, but that's not a problem, just unusual. On the lips, the product feels wonderfully comfortable, not particularly sticky or tacky. It gives a nice shine that feels neither too much nor too little. The shade Toasted Vanilla gives a subtle brown color that suits both everyday and party occasions. It also has a mild and pleasant vanilla scent. The only thing I wish is that the product lasted a bit longer on the lips. Unfortunately, it disappears quite quickly on me, which means I need to reapply more often than I would like. A really lovely lip product with a nice feel, beautiful shine, and a smooth applicator. Great scent that lasts long
Love the scent! I wondered, how does pistachio smell as a "perfume"? đ Was positively surprised. Really liked the scent. Itâs not "light", more like a bit "strong", but that suits me perfectly. I have, as a #lykoinflutester, gotten to try the Infrared Blowout Air Brush #bylyko đ The blow-dry brush comes nicely packaged in pink and is white and silver. Itâs big but light. I donât have direct experience styling hair with a round brush before, so itâs a bit hard to compare. However, I find it a bit difficult to really get waves/curls with it. I have a bit of natural wave in a pretty typical Scandinavian hair. No matter how I do it, my hair always gets straighter with this one. But itâs quite possible thatâs more about me than the tool. Where it really shines for me is when I use it for its blow-dry function. After washing, I first towel-dry my hair, let it air dry a bit more, and then blow-dry through my hair with the brush upside down. That gives me a nice volume boost and some extra shine. Itâs quick and easy too đ Itâs a bit noisy. Not surprisingly loud for this type of product and at an okay level, I think. I sometimes accidentally hit the buttons for temperature and wind strength during use. The brush itself feels good with long classic hairbrush bristles with little balls on the tips and thinner, softer bristles further in. It doesnât feel like it pulls unnecessarily. For its price, I would definitely be happy with it as a purchase. As a Lyko influencer tester, I have had the chance to try the Core Styler 5-in-1 Air Tool from By Lyko for a while now and Iâm positively surprised! đ§ââď¸ A great product that makes hair styling very simple and easy! An all-in-one product that really does the job and is at the same time light and handy! Wow, I say! I love the hairdryer and autowrap the most, I also like the round brush even though it hasnât been used as much. The only thing I donât really use or get to work is the paddle brush. Didnât quite get it right and still like the others more so it felt a bit overpowering! A super nice product that I will continue to use for a long time to come! The only ânegativeâ I can think of is that the nozzles get quite hot, so if you want to change, for example, the autowrap, you have to wait a bit so theyâre not too hot. Very good face cream
I have been looking at and considering testing products from #paulaschoice lately, so when I as a #lykoinflutester now got the chance to test some products, I was very excited. First of all, I think the packaging with the bright pink color was a fresh and nice product to have out. And what for me is the biggest plus is the way you take the product out. You donât have to put your fingers in or use a separate spatula to get the product from the jar. You just press the lid and then the cream comes up and lays on top. So hygienic! Also a big plus that it doesnât really smell much. No perfume. When I first tried it, I was a bit skeptical since it seemed quite greasy in consistency. But as soon as I spread it out, it became so light and nice in texture. It absorbs well into the skin. I have added this to my regular skincare routine, as the last step before sunscreen during the day. Finally something that works on my lips
I very rarely use anything on my lips, not even lip balm, because I always end up with blisters/canker sores after a couple of uses. This one from #paulaschoice, however, has given me nothing but soft and nice lipsđ I love the nice scent and taste of caramel-like vanilla𼰠And the soft and nice texture is lovely. The color is very natural and pretty. I donât notice any plumping effect, but Iâm not looking for that anyway, so it doesnât bother me. The only downside for me is the applicator tip itself. I find that product collects on the sides during application. I have to wipe it off with my fingers so it doesnât get messy inside the cap. Tropical, fruity, and sweet summer scent
I was pleasantly surprised by this one! The scent is fruity, tropical, and quite sweet, but in a fresh way that doesnât become cloying. It really gives a summer feeling and reminds me of sun, vacation, and warm places. I like that itâs easy to use both in the hair and on the body, and convenient to keep in the beach bag. The scent isnât the longest lasting, but I donât expect that from a body mist, and itâs easy to spray on again throughout the day! Affordable!!
My first impression of the Infrared Blowout Air Brush was very positive. I usually use a Dyson Airwrap, so I was very curious to see how this one would compare. What I like right away is that it feels very easy to use and that you donât have to hold both a hairdryer and a round brush at the same time. However, I havenât tried actually drying my hair from wet with it, but have used it on hair that was already mostly dry to style and shape it. Therefore, I canât really say much about how well it works as a replacement for a regular hairdryer. About međąââď¸ As I mentioned earlier, I have natural waves and bleached hair that easily becomes both dry and frizzy. I usually use the Dyson Airwrap, which gives slightly more defined curls compared to this product. Usage⨠I think itâs very easy to use, doesnât weigh much, and I like that there are several heat and speed settings to choose from. However, these are controlled with regular push buttons, which means I accidentally press them while using it. I find it gets hotter than my Dyson, but cooler than, for example, a curling iron. At the same time, I actually think the noise level is about the same, so I didnât notice much difference between the two (which is a good thing!). One thing I do think lowers the rating a bit is the size of the brush itself. I find it a bit too big for my hair, which makes the hair easily become quite flat instead of getting that really airy and slightly wild blowout feeling I had hoped for. Itâs definitely possible to get some volume at the roots, but I would have liked to see a slightly smaller brush to more easily get closer to the scalp and shape the hair more. Resultđ Despite that, I think the result is very nice. The hair becomes smoother, softer, and less frizzy, and itâs significantly faster to get a finished look than if I were to work with a regular hairdryer and round brush. For me, the rating lands at 4 out of 5 stars ââââ. I like that itâs easy to use and how simple it is to get the hair smoother and more styled. What keeps it from getting a full score is mainly that I think the brush is a bit too big, which makes my hair flatter than Iâd like. Considering the price, itâs definitely worth a recommendation!! Overall, I really liked this product and all the different attachments it comes with. The design and color are so beautiful. The light beige aesthetic looks really nice and makes the whole product feel very elegant and high-quality Nothing feels too heavy, and everything was pretty easy to use without being complicated. Itâs also really easy to remove and switch between the different attachments while styling. You donât have to worry about your hair getting sucked into the tool or accidentally burning yourself. My hair is thin and silky, so itâs usually difficult for brushes or styling tools to catch my hair without it slipping out straight away.
