I have tested this heat protectant from happy crazy mine 🤍 what I noticed first with this was that it reminded me of hairspray, the smell is similar to hairspray and it becomes too intense for my taste unfortunately… what I like about this is that it is easy to apply, I really like the spray on the bottle 🫧✨ it heats up to 235 degrees which is very good!! I have also noticed that right after application, the hair can feel a bit stiff (like hairspray), this is not noticeable after the hair is dried or styled, but it’s not a plus. Not so much volume
I got to test the volume leave-in cream from happy crazy mine 🤍 what I like about this is that it gives smooth and tangle-free hair after use, it also makes the hair soft!! I don't feel it gives a ton of volume but a little, as you can see in the video, the hair is only blow-dried but I think if you curl it, the volume will come out even better 🫶🏻 I've experienced that if you use too much product it can feel a bit sticky in the hair, so I only take a small amount and distribute it throughout the hair. Plus for being heat protective too! I like this but wish the volume was a bit bigger 🤍 it's also not expensive for such a product, which is a plus! I got to test the heat protection from Happy Crazy Mine 🫧✨ The heat protection looks more like a hairspray and is applied in the same way, which was very convenient and something I liked a little extra about the product. For me, it worked super well, and I didn't experience any residue or texture afterwards. I also appreciated that the spray can be applied to dry hair since I usually use heat tools for styling when my hair is dry🫧 I have a bit of a hard time with the scent, but as mentioned, that's a matter of taste. I have used the cream on freshly washed, towel-dried hair but found it a bit difficult to get it evenly distributed at first. It's important to brush through the hair properly both right after application and while blow-drying it. After trying it a few times, it feels better. Pretty okay, but no wow effect
I received this product as #lykoinflutester and have been testing it now for 14 days. Products like this, light peeling products with acids, are something I think is really nice; they are effective, easy to use, and don't require much time or knowledge. This one is a kind of thick cream that you just apply to your face and let it work for a minute - simple and straightforward. I've used this 2-3 times a week for the past two weeks. I've used it after cleansing, but before serum and moisturizer. It's quite thick and a bit clay-like in consistency, so it's not that easy to spread and feels a bit sticky. I started with a thin layer since I didn't know how my skin would react. But if you apply a slightly thick layer, it works fine! You experience a light warming sensation and very slight tingling - but it wasn't uncomfortable in any way. Since it only needs to work for a minute, you hardly have time to experience any "discomfort" before rinsing it off. I use a damp warm cloth to remove products like this, and it comes off easily. But I don't think I see any noticeable change or wow effect from this. I got a bit red in the face after each use, but I don't think either the pores got smaller or the black dots I have disappeared. It's possible that it's not effective enough...? For me, this becomes a somewhat unnecessary part of my routine, but it can definitely be a good starter product for those who want to begin with chemical peeling and want a simple and uncomplicated entry into this type of products! I have been so lucky to test products from #hcm / #happycrazymine like #lykoinflutester and this hair/body mist is one of them. I am 35 years old and have thin, colored, and slightly dry hair. The first impression was maybe a bit unfortunate. Mine came without a cap, I'm a bit unsure if it's supposed to be like that? (Not great considering leakage, for example) But I have now tried this mist a couple of times and I must say I am very satisfied with the product itself. It smells wonderfully sweet and actually a bit fresh and the scent lasts all day! The scent reminds me a bit of Escada perfumes. But don't spray too much in your hair, the spray provides moisture but it can quickly become oily if you spray too much. I have been so lucky to test a couple of products from #happycrazymine like #lykoinflutester and this volumizing cream is one of them! I was a bit skeptical before the first use, I must honestly admit. I have quite flat and a bit boring hair, so I didn't have high expectations when I took a bit of product from the tube (about a large pea) and distributed it in the hair roots before I blow-dried my hair. I was very positively surprised! I got volume, and it didn't feel greasy or like I had a lot of product in my hair, which I've read that others have experienced. I would say the volume lasted all day, and there was still a bit the next day too. I was really impressed! I have tested this cream, along with other products from Emma S., like #lykoinflutester! Lovely packaging, I love everything that is pink - and the cream comes in a very practical tube with a good screw cap that stays closed. I have normal skin with some lines, but now in the fall and winter my skin quickly gets dry, and I rely on good products that provide a lot of moisture. I have primarily used this cream at night, as I find it quite thick and a bit greasy. The consistency of the cream is thick and nice, but still easy to apply, and it also absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving a film. You don't need much either; a pea-sized amount of cream is enough for the face, but if you also like to apply it to your neck and chest (like me), you double the amount. The skin feels soft and well-hydrated after a few minutes. So to what makes me take off two stars; the scent is very intense... It smells strongly of detergent/fabric softener and the smell lingers in the nose for a while. It does fade after a while, but I usually stay away from strongly perfumed face creams. I actually don't have sensitive skin at all, but I experienced getting small bumps on my cheeks and down my neck when I used this (I have used it in the evening/sometimes during the day for 14 days). The bumps were not red, but they were noticeable. I can only assume that it comes from the perfume in the product, as I have not experienced this reaction from my regular skincare products (which I have used in addition). I got to test this product along with two other products from Emma S. for a couple of weeks as #lykoinflutester <3 What I like about the packaging: - I have a weakness for pink... Everything pink goes straight home with me. So the bottle fits right into my aesthetic universe. - The screw cap is practical and easy to open, and it's easy to pour the product into my hand. - Plastic bottle that can withstand pressure and doesn't risk opening or breaking while traveling! Now to the product itself and its use. My skin is normal, but now in the fall I like a little extra moisture in my skincare routine, as the air gets cooler outside and drier and warmer inside. Since this is a moisturizing serum, it fits perfectly right now! Even though it says it's a facial water, this is a thin gel-like essence that is neither solid nor completely liquid, it reminds me a bit of a snail serum, if you're familiar with the consistency of that! It says you can use either your hands or a cotton pad to apply the product. I tried both; with cotton it just got messy and it was hard to distribute and rub it in properly. Use your hands, and - this is important: use a little! A couple of drops is enough for the whole face! It's super economical in use and feels fresh and moisturizing on the face. I also use it on my neck and down my chest for a little extra moisture and glow there too. I let it absorb for a couple of minutes before applying cream, and it doesn't pill up under the cream. I really liked this and will use it both morning and night throughout the fall and winter for a lovely moisture boost! The only thing that brings it down is the strong smell... It smells strongly of fabric softener (I think), so if I were to change anything, it would be that. And that's why I take away one star. But other than that; totally great! I have wanted to test Waterclouds products for a long time because I have only heard good things about them, finally I got to try them myself, which I was really excited about. Effective and really gets the job done!
I got to try this Daily Microfoliant from Dermalogica! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product, it’s economical and feels like it will last a long time considering you don’t need to use much powder at each exfoliation session, it’s easy to use, and you’re left with a smooth and soft result. I have combination skin that can sometimes feel dry but mostly oily in between, sometimes my skin feels a bit “rough” and that’s when it’s really perfect to use this product to regain a smooth, nice, and balanced complexion! I’m super satisfied and will definitely use this regularly, I hope as I said that it lasts long because the only reason I’m not giving it full stars is that I think the price is very high (but maybe it’s worth it?) But I mean I’m a bit hesitant to spend that amount again to buy the product since I think almost up to 900kr is quite a lot of money for a single product. BUT! If you’re willing to spend that money, I absolutely don’t think you’ll be disappointed because I’ve been super satisfied and am glad I got the chance to test this product as an influencer at Lyko! I got to test the volume cream from Happy Crazy Mine✨🫧 My hair is flat, straight & lifeless, so getting volume in my hair is something I've always struggled with, super fun to test products that are supposed to help with just that. I think the scent is much more pleasant on this product than the mist in the same series, but still a bit too sweet for my taste. If you like sweet scents, I would recommend the cream & the other products in the series🍬. I applied the product to towel-dried hair & then blow-dried my hair dry. The product is easy to distribute. At first, I felt that my hair became a bit rough & “sticky” on my hands when the hair was semi-dry. However, I didn't experience that when the hair was completely dry. I would say I got volume and my hair felt both light & airy! 🫧 Unfortunately, the hair didn't hold the same volume after a whole day in the spray - but it's hard to achieve regardless of the product. I would still say that the product is worth buying because of the price. I saw results after blow-drying and think it fits perfectly as an everyday product. I got to try this mist from Happy Crazy Mine🫧✨ The bottle is small, handy, and easy to carry in my bag for a touch-up, which I appreciated. The layout is fun & probably attracts younger customers more if I think visually. I personally probably wouldn't have bought the product if I was out and saw the mist in stores - but that's a matter of taste! Unfortunately, the scent is too sweet for me, but if you like candy & sweeter scents, it's really something for you. I have as #lykoinflutester gotten to try some products from #thebodyshop and last up is this cleansing butter. I love this! It completely melts away all makeup in a snap. I usually find that cleansing balms irritate my eyes, but not this one. It also leaves no oily feeling on the skin afterwards, just soft and clean. The scent is mild and pleasant with a little hint of chamomile. And it really removes all makeup, I don’t even need to follow up with any other cleansing. I have as #lykoinflutester had the opportunity to test some products from #thebodyshop and next up is Shea body butter. The scent is much milder than the body mist in the same series that I reviewed earlier but still has that slightly musty, “bad perfume” background, the scent does disappear quickly from the body. What gives this its ⭐️⭐️ is that it moisturizes well, I have quite normal skin and don’t require much but this glides on the skin like butter and leaves it soft and supple.
