I think Lumene's advent calendar looks really good this year, with a nice mix of both skincare (14 products) and makeup (10 products). And a whole 12 products in full size!!! I like that. I usually buy advent calendars in this category - beauty and wellness - open them up, and give 2-3 small gifts in addition to the "main" Christmas gift. But maybe I'll buy this calendar for myself? I also think the box looks beautiful. The whole calendar is a great gift. I really like Lumene as a brand and have tested several of their products. Bought myself, or sent for testing as #lykoinflutester. Both skincare and makeup products. I perceive Lumene's products as mild and nice products that also suit those with sensitive skin. "Everyone" tolerates Lumene. And the products smell so good, yet discreet. Soft brush!
A really good brush! 💕 The bristles are soft and pleasant on the skin and make it easy to apply blush and bronzer evenly. It’s the right size and the shape makes it easy to reach different parts of the face. A good and affordable option that I gladly recommend! A really nice bronzer that gives a warm and sun-kissed color to the skin. 🌞 The shade Sunny Side is easy to work with and builds up nicely for more color. It melts well into the skin and gives a natural result. However, I find that quite a bit of powder comes off when you pick up the product with the brush, which can cause some to go to waste. Loud love
As a #lykoinflutester, I received the #bylyko blush in the color Loud Love. 💕 Loud Love is a really nice pink shade that gives the cheeks a fresh and beautiful color. It’s easy to apply and can be built up from a natural look to a more intense color. I think it lasts well and gives a really nice finish. An affordable blush that I can definitely recommend! 💕 The only downside is that quite a bit of powder falls off when you pick up the product with the brush, so it easily gets a bit crumbly and some product goes to waste. Cheap scent, but high rating!
I have tried three skincare products from Ida Warg, one of which is the serum. My first impression of it was that it absorbed very quickly into the skin. Almost like the skin drinks up all the moisture at once! I like that it doesn’t get sticky, and you can easily apply multiple layers for even more hydration. I have combination normal to oily skin, and I find that this serum together with the Gel Cream has worked really well for me. Niacinamide, which this contains, is an ingredient I usually look for, and I really appreciate that this contains both that and the must-have ingredient hyaluronic acid! I feel that the skin feels hydrated and looks a bit more even and glowing. Plus at an absolutely reasonable price! Then there’s the scent. I think it smells quite a lot like artificial strawberry. It does smell nice, but strong, and it reminds me of when I played with Barbies? You know, the strawberry scent some toys had? Unfortunately, it gives a bit of a cheap feeling. However, I really like the packaging! I have tried three skincare products from Ida Warg, one of which is this gel cream. My first impression of it was that it absorbed very quickly into the skin. I like that it doesn’t get sticky. The formula is exactly as the name suggests, a kind of hybrid between gel and cream. I have combination normal to oily skin, and I find that this Gel Cream together with the serum has worked really well for me. I feel that the skin feels hydrated and looks somewhat more even and glowing. Glow without feeling oily and greasy is not a given. Plus at an absolutely reasonable price! Then there’s the scent. I have tried three products from Ida Warg, one of which is this lip balm! Unfortunately, I have to say that this is the one I am least impressed with. The lips feel moisturized immediately upon application, but quite quickly they feel dry again, which makes you want to reapply quite often, unfortunately. The description says that the balm melts immediately upon contact with the lips, which I can agree with. It also gives a nice shine that I would describe more as glassy than shimmering. The small purple packaging is cute and perfect to carry in your handbag. I got to test this brush from By Lyko 🌟 and here is my opinion: I like this brush for applying blush, highlighter, and powder but not for bronzer because it’s a bit small! I have had the chance to try this lip balm for a few weeks and really think it’s a good product 🤩 It moisturizes the lips well and at the same time gives a nice shine without feeling sticky. Good serum! 🤩
I have had the chance to try this serum for a few weeks and think it works well 🥰 The serum has a light texture that feels very pleasant on the skin and absorbs quickly without feeling sticky. I especially think it gives the skin a really nice glow and a fresh feeling. The skin also feels hydrated and soft, which is a big plus. I also like that the serum contains niacinamide and hyaluronic acid and think it fits very well into my skincare routine. I got to test this bronzer from By Lyko 🌟 and here is my opinion: I really liked it, it applies nicely and doesn’t get patchy which is important with a bronzer!! It gives a beautiful summer tan color and lifts the makeup 🤎 I think it lasts well throughout the day and stays looking nice! It is moderately thick, feels light on the skin, and also gives a cooling sensation upon application.
