Really gives volume!
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try this volumizing spray from #björnaxen 💜 I, the tester, have shoulder-length blonde thin hair. The packaging is sleek, handy, and easy to use. The nozzle distributes the spray evenly and well. It doesn't smell very strong, more “salon-like” and not so sweetly perfumed, which I appreciate! The spray can be used on damp or dry hair, but I prefer to use it on damp hair, followed by proper heat from the blow dryer. Then the result is top-notch! 👌🏼 When I used it on dry hair, even though I took less and less product after a few uses, my hair felt rough and stiff, which is what brings it down to a 4. In the video, no volumizing brushes or anything were used during drying to give volume, it’s really just towel-dried hair, the spray, blow-drying, and then brushing when the hair is dry! Practical but strong scent
Perfect little minis to take in your bag, pocket, or jacket. I appreciate that it's a pack of 3! 👏🏻 The packaging is convenient and makes it easy to distribute the product. The formula is light, applies evenly, and gives a hint of shine to the lips so they look nicely moisturizing. The biggest downside for me is the scent. I can appreciate fragrant lip products, but these smell too strong. If you're not sensitive to scents, it's no problem. Summer Feel on Stick!
I got to try this lip balm with a tropical scent from Carmex. I love the scent, it really gives a vacation feel, and even better that it has SPF30!😍 I think it's easy to apply and feels really nice on the lips. I was worried it would feel thicker because of the strong sun protection, but that was really not the case.☺️ The scent was fresh and just strong enough. Super friendly mini tubes!
As an influencer, I got to test these three mini tubes of lip balm from Carmex.😍 They come in three lovely scents, cherry, pineapple mint, and strawberry.🍒🍍 🍓 They come in a very handy size, I've always had one available in my jacket pocket. They have a very cute and simple design, it's easy to get the right amount of product out.😍 It's a very nice combination of scents, I've really felt summer vibes when applying them. Useful Set
I am myself a seasonal lip balm user. Generally, I don’t have major issues keeping my lips moisturized, and I also try to exfoliate them relatively regularly. But when I use lip balm, Carmex is definitely one of my go-to brands.💋 Now that I’ve tried these, my lips were in okay condition. They weren’t chapped but not fully moisturized either. Here is really a good price-quality ratio! 🤩🥳 3 products in one package. Fits in the pocket, bag, and even the car for example. This Carmex Lip Kit Minis included the flavors; Pineapple mint, Strawberry & Cherry. The set contains three tube-shaped lip balms. It’s a good basic set for daily use, especially when the lips need quick and protective moisture. In my experience, these work well as basic lip balms. They protect the lips and ease dryness, but they don’t absorb quite as effectively as Carmex’s stick versions. It’s easy to get too much product out of the tube, so you have to be careful with the dosing. The consistency is quite similar in all, but the cherry-flavored one felt a bit thicker and stickier than pineapple mint and strawberry. (You might notice this in the video when they are applied) I expected maybe a bit more. The first impression was that there were so many lovely new flavors, but the flavors were so delicate that they didn’t meet my expectations. Good for someone who doesn’t seek a strong flavor experience😅 The scents and flavors are very mild - not too strong or artificial. In the pineapple mint version, the mint gives a nice cool feeling and is very light. The set is handy and good if you want to try several flavors at once. I have aging human lips, but without any major lines. The lips stay in good condition. They weren't very chapped when I tested the product. I've only used lip balm sporadically, but Carmex has long been one of my go-to products. That's why I was really excited to test the new flavors – and this Tropical Mix pleasantly surprised me. With just one layer, the lips stayed moisturized for a long time. The texture is light but clearly nourishing, and it's easy to dispense just the right amount without mess. The Tropical Mix flavor is pleasantly mild but still delicious, not artificial or too strong. Additionally, SPF 30 provides important sun protection, making this perfect especially for spring and summer. Absolute Garmex Favorite
I use lip balms sporadically or whenever I need it. Besides, I don't know about others, but I tend to lose them quite quickly 😂. I have aging human lips, but I don't have any serious lines around my lips yet. This pomegranate version has definitely become my favorite. And it has also stayed well preserved. My initial feelings and expectations were that it would have a slightly higher sun protection than 15, but it is 15, and I was very excited about the pomegranate flavor. I noticed that this is a really good basic lip balm that moisturizes effectively and feels pleasant on the lips. The lips stayed well moisturized for a long time, and dosing from the stick is easy and precise. The pomegranate flavor is pleasantly mild but at the same time delicious – not at all too sweet. This might just be my feeling, but using pomegranate felt like the appearance of my lips had clearly improved: they looked softer, more even, and more vibrant. 🤩 SPF 15, which provides a light but important protection for everyday use. Pros: Long-lasting moisture (picture 2 hours after applying one layer) The product lasts a long time because it doesn't need to be reapplied constantly Improves the appearance of lips (my experience) Easy to dose Delicious but mild flavor Newly formulated texture - that feels like it leaves the lips deliciously soft 💋 The fact that Garmex's packaging is yellow is, in my opinion, an overwhelmingly good thing because they stay better that way. Ole Henriksen Pout Preserve Peptide Lip Treatment
I got to test this as an influencer, and I must say that I am positively surprised! The packaging is sleek and feels luxurious, just as you would expect from Ole Henriksen. The product is easy to apply and has a soft, supple consistency that doesn’t feel sticky or too heavy on the lips. Already with the first application, the lips feel moisturized and soft. It gives a nice, natural “pout” result with a light shine without becoming too glossy. I especially appreciate that it really cares – after a few days of use, I noticed that dry areas decreased and my lips felt smoother and more moisturized. I have been so lucky as #lykoinflutester to test #carmex’s new lip balm sun defence with SPF 30 for a few weeks now, and this is my experience with the product🥰 I have never been a big Carmex user over the years and was therefore a bit excited to test this. Pros✅ - The lip balm is moisturizing and protects the lips well in the cold winter air. - It has a light tropical fruit scent, and I like that the scent is real and not too overwhelming. Totally okay, but not for me
I have as #lykoinflutester received these cute little #carmex lip balm tubes🍒🍍🍓 They come in three different scents, cherry, pineapple, and strawberry, all of which smell fresh and sweet. I have been testing these for a few weeks now, and this is my opinion on the product☺️ Pros✅ - The packaging of the product itself is nice, small and cute tubes that are easy to take with you when you go traveling, otherwise they also fit great in your pocket. - The product glides nicely over the lips and distributes just the right amount with the round tip as an applicator. - Good scent and cooling effect on the tube with pineapple scent, this is my favorite of the three different ones. Cons❌ - After longer periods of testing, I find that my lips dry out faster, which means I have to apply the product more frequently, which I think brings the product down. - It doesn't have the same moisturizing effect as other lip products on the market today. - There is a slightly artificial/candy-like scent on the tube with strawberry and cherry scent, which I personally don't like that much. I recommend these to those who like Carmex products, or to younger kids who might find it exciting to have a few different scents. Small handy tubes but...
I have as #lykoinflutester had the chance to try these lip balms from #carmex for a few weeks - super fun! I am a frequent user (not to say abuser) of lip balm, which makes me an excellent tester, but I also have high demands 😏 Thanks to my abuse and good genes, I rarely (never) suffer from dry lips, but since I am completely allergic to dryness, I can still assess the moisturizing effect. I consider Carmex to be a classic, a reliable brand that you know delivers. Typical for all their lip products (I think) is that they contain menthol, and also camphor. This is clearly noticeable in the taste, and although all three variants have quite a strong fruit flavor, it does not hide the menthol. I personally have a bit of a hard time with the menthol taste, I think it lingers for a long time and distorts the taste of everything you eat and drink. Strawberry I think is the one that masks it best, cherry also works reasonably well with the menthol, but unfortunately I find the pineapple quite difficult to handle. If you have very dry lips, I can imagine that menthol provides a nice relief, but otherwise it is mostly a nuisance, I think. Furthermore, I have very sensitive eyes (dry and easily irritated) and noticed a clear deterioration when I used Carmex. I googled that both menthol and camphor are volatile substances, and due to their strong character can therefore irritate the eyes. If you have no issues with your eyes, you probably don’t need to take this into account, but it might be good for someone to know 👀 That said, I am otherwise satisfied with the results of the products! They do what they are supposed to do and feel smooth and nice on the lips. They have a lot of flavor, which I appreciate in lip products, even though the menthol brings my rating down. I think it’s great that they have a little SPF, but it’s too low for me to want to use it in the summer, but great for the rest of the year. In summary, these lip balms do their job, but unfortunately they have some negative properties that make them not come close to any of my regular favorites. Fixing the hairstyle!
Since I have thin Scandinavian hair, I usually tend to be sparing with products because I don't want my hair to be weighed down. But for styling, this feels more like a friend to the hairstyle! The hair smells super good and it's great that it has built-in heat protection, but I still find it a bit difficult with the stiff feeling the hair gets, but that's how it is with all styling products. Great alternative to powder-based dry shampoo!
A little about me: fine, shoulder-length hair that easily gets dirty at the roots but dry at the ends (and that's why I love dry shampoo) and that easily gets weighed down by too many hair products. This dry shampoo is a really good alternative to regular powder-based dry shampoo - it’s not as rough and textured, and it’s easy to comb through the hair after use. It’s therefore also better for the hair and scalp. The downside is that it doesn’t work as quickly and effectively as powder-based dry shampoo. I use it on occasions when it doesn’t go too long between washes or for everyday use, and a powder-based one when the hair is really dirty or I want a little extra "oumph" and volume. This way, I avoid damaging my hair. For me with fine hair, the powder from regular dry shampoo often still remains even after washing, so this is a great thing for my hair type! I was really excited to get to test this new product! I have color-treated, somewhat thin hair that typically gets greasy 2-3 days after washing. Usually, I wash my hair every other day. I managed to try it a few times and I have to say, it really works! I tested spraying it at the roots on the second day, and it definitely looked cleaner after a little waiting and brushing! Makes a Difference
This is really a product that lives up to the name "all-in-one". Already after the first use, the hair feels more manageable, soft, and easy to style, without being weighed down. I find that it provides a nice balance between care and styling. The hair becomes more hydrated, shiny, and less frizzy, while also feeling stronger and more controlled. The conditioner in the same series really continues to deliver on the feeling of luxury. The consistency is creamy but light, and you can immediately feel how the hair becomes softer and more manageable already in the shower.
