As a #lykoinflutester, you sometimes get Moccha dreams from #urbandecay 😎 This oil feels so good, smells absolutely wonderful, and thankfully isn’t oily! 🙌🏻 Personally, I dislike lip oils because they usually dry out my lips, but this one behaves more like a balm, so no worries there. I really like this! I use it as the final touch on my makeup to add a bit of extra color and glow. I take a slightly fluffy brush, swirl it around in both the blush and highlighter, and apply it on top of my cheekbones. It gives a very nice combination of color and glow, making the whole makeup look a bit fresher and "finished." It sits nicely over the rest of the makeup without being too much, and both the color and glow are easy to build up. I especially like that the finish looks glowing without being very glittery. I got to test Urban Decay’s Lip Toy stained glossing oil – the new product in the shade 'Caked Up'. It promises a beautiful and long-lasting lip tint as well as a nourishing gloss in one product. Caked Up is a clear gloss with gorgeous tiny glitter particles. The shade adapts individually on each person's lips according to pH. I was pleasantly surprised because I thought it was quite thick in texture, but on the lips, the gloss was super light, felt pleasant, and not sticky at all! 😍 The lip gloss smoothed out small lines on the lips and even gave a glass-like effect. The clear shade quickly deepened after application into a beautiful "your lips but better" color. The lip gloss has a pleasant scent reminiscent of baked goods. 🧁 I took photos right after application and how the lips looked at the end of the day. In my opinion, the gloss didn’t last particularly well and needed to be reapplied even though I didn’t drink or eat. However, the subtle tint was still noticeable, and the lips felt moisturized and cared for. I recommend trying this product! Through #lykoinflutester I received this Plush Melt Blushlighter Rusty Rebel & Hunny Hazee from #rebeccastella. The packaging is very nice, elegant, and fits well in the makeup bag but also to carry with you during the day if you want to touch up your makeup. I am a person who previously wasn’t very fond of blush and was more of a highlighter person. Lately, however, I have started using more blush, and therefore this product is the best of both worlds. Pretty okay brush
I got this Blushlighter brush from Lyko to test, and I've been trying it out with the blush/highlighter from the same line. I think it gives a really natural and light look, but I would have liked a bit more pigment for the blush, or maybe the "fault" is with the brush 🤔 I'll definitely keep using this, especially for applying highlighter. The brush is made of a lightweight plastic material that is comfortable to hold. The fluffy bristles easily pick up product and spread it very softly and nicely on the face. When you want to build up a bit more product, it takes quite a long time, but the result is very natural. The handle is long, which I like because it gives me more control. I usually use a larger and denser brush for blush but like this type of fluffy brush when the product also contains shimmer so it’s not too much. It’s hard to judge the brush more closely than just after about a week of use, so I can’t say anything about durability. Overall, I would say the brush is smooth and fully serves its purpose. Soft and fluffy
I have tested this brush for a couple of weeks and now want to share what I think about it🩷 I think the design of both the packaging is cute, but the brush could have been a bit more fun. So far, I have only used the brush for the accompanying blush highlighter, and I think it works well. Quite a bit of product sticks to the brush and it is soft against the cheek. However, I personally think it is a bit too soft; I would probably have preferred it with a bit denser bristles for more control. Tried this new brush from Rebecca Stella and think it has a super nice design! Love the color and the size of the brush itself!🌸 It matched very well with their newly released palettes and applied nicely! A brush that picks up product right away, which is appreciated!! Tried these new blush highlighters and do you see what a beautiful shimmer they gave 🥹 So practical that it’s blush and highlighter in one, they blended perfectly together 🙂↕️ Overall super nice packaging that feels luxurious and so nice with mirrors in them!! Even the outside is like a mirror 🤩 If you compare the two palettes available, I liked the one with pink playin and dusty dazzle the most since I love light pink blush and some lighter shades 🌸 The only downside is that it easily rubs off when you touch your face, though not so much that it leaves a stain on the skin, but you get shimmer on your hand if you touch your face. However, it feels like all blush and highlighter with similar formulas don’t fully stick to the skin, so that was a bit expected already.. Otherwise very nice palettes! #rebeccastella The Blushlighter Brush has long bristles, which made it feel a bit flimsy. Also, I usually prefer a bigger brush for applying blush, while I use a smaller one for highlighter. Despite the size and bristles, the brush picked up the product well and felt soft and pleasant on the skin. I got this blush/highlighter in the shade Pink Playin’ & Dusty Dazzle from Lyko to test. It’s a handy combination of blush and highlighter in one. The packaging is really stylish and luxurious with mirror surfaces. The shade is really nice, but for my taste, I would have liked a bit more pigment. However, the product works really well on top of regular blush to add extra glow – and it’s also fantastic as an eyeshadow! 😍 The result is a nice, subtle, and beautiful shimmer that doesn’t go overboard at all. The brush is light, comfortable to hold, and makes it very easy to apply the product with good precision. It works excellently as a highlighter brush on the highest points of the face. However, if you want to use it as a pure blush brush, it becomes a bit too narrow, and the bristles are also a bit too soft to build and spread the blush optimally over a larger area.
