Not suitable for sensitive skin
I have been so lucky to test Erborian's water serum 🤩 First, I want to say that it has a beautiful packaging, simple and flattering! I have only tested it a few times because the first time I tried the serum, I reacted to the perfume. At times, I have a bit extra sensitive skin and it resulted in a mild burning sensation on my face. I have tested it a bit afterwards when my skin had recovered and honestly don’t think it provides as much moisture as one would wish, but it works fine as a supplement in the skincare routine under another day cream or sunscreen for some extra moisture. The product is light and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving a sticky/ tacky feeling. Unpleasant texture
As a Lyko influtester, I have now tested some new products from Erborian, and next up is their matte moisturizer 🩷 The product delivers what you promise, it gives a matte and oil-free finish and lasts a long time. However, I’m not a fan of the texture; to me, it feels like a mild vaseline-like sensation, and before the cream has absorbed, which luckily it does! So it feels light but also sticky. Nice scent
As a Lyko Influtester, I’ve been lucky enough to test Erborian’s Glow moisturizer! 💫 First of all, I want to say it has a very nice summery scent, but I think it might smell a bit strong for some; the scent fades quickly, so it’s not a big problem. However, for sensitive skin, I think it might sting a little. The product contains hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, which also help to care for the skin and provide plenty of moisture, which is a big plus. Had expected more, but I’m not disappointed. A very pleasant serum that absorbs well. Perfect boost for skin that has been exposed to a bit more sun during the summer. I really like the light, gel-like texture and it also feels a bit cooling. That said, this probably suits younger skin than mine. I’m 45 years old and need more active ingredients in my skincare. I also don’t think it lasts 24 hours as described. I use 1.5 pumps for face and neck, 2 pumps if I include the décolleté. So I wouldn’t say it’s very economical. The product itself is good and you can easily apply sunscreen over makeup without the makeup moving underneath, so that's a plus! Perfect size to take along in your bag/pocket when going out, and your hands don't get dirty when applying. This one does everything it says it will do! It's so good that I've received compliments on how fresh my skin looks. I've used it as my daily face cream, and every time it really gives a glow. Besides that, it absorbs quickly into the skin, isn't thick/heavy at all, and in my opinion, along with the glow, it makes the skin feel hydrated and soft. Not as expected…
A product that raises high expectations for user-friendliness, but not this time.. After trying to use this as a highlighter countless times, I gave up. The product is GLITTERYYYY!!! Blends as easily as a stubborn three-year-old, and in the end, you take it for what it is; a disaster. I therefore gave it another try in body lotion. After 10-12 drops in a new bottle, I got a glowy body lotion that left a subtle glowy finish without going overboard. It was also tried in a setting spray with OK results. But here it must be shaken well before each use. (which is the case with most setting sprays anyway). Smells very little. Slightly coarse in texture (you can feel the glitter). Dries very quickly, making it difficult to blend in. The pictures are extremely misleading, which made the disappointment big. It will shed quite a bit, as the glitter particles are quite large. On the plus side, very easy to wash off, without the glitter sticking around! The bottle dispenses drops easily. Contains 30 ml which lasts a long time. The bottle has definitely taken inspiration from Lancome’s Skin Idole serum. Glass-look
Glowy? No. Glass skin? Yes! Expected a lot from this, as the brand itself is fantastic! But this was absolutely not what I would call "glowy". The skin gets a glass finish, which can remind a bit of a freshly painted porcelain doll. Almost a wet-look. The spray is SUPER NICE! So light and fine that you don’t notice it on the skin at all. Which makes it easy to go a bit wild with the spray. "The shower" is also quite wide, so both hair and chest get a spray too 🤭 After a few minutes it is STICKY, but after about half an hour it is semi-dry. Fingers don’t stick to the face, but you definitely feel some stickiness. Smells minimal, which is nice for me so it doesn’t mix with any perfume. Comes in a simple cardboard box, transparent cap. The bottle feels a bit like velour? Must be shaken before use! Lasts all evening. Don’t feel like this "sets" the makeup, as this is a finish spray! Gives good hold to the makeup, but no home run. I have tried the #erborian hydration range water serum. If you like light, moisturizing serums that give the skin a “plumped” and fresh look without feeling sticky, I think Water Serum is a good choice. What I like is the very light gel texture that almost melts into water upon application. Contains four types of hyaluronic acid for hydration at multiple levels in the skin. 👌 Gives instant radiance and makes the skin feel softer and more elastic. Silicone-free and vegan formula with a high proportion of ingredients of natural origin! I have used it together with either Glow Moisturizer or Matte Moisturizer from the same range, which has worked really well. I have tried #erborian glow moisturize, which focuses on radiance, hydration, and a "glass skin" effect. I think it gives the skin an immediate glow without looking glittery. The formula contains moisturizing ingredients like hyaluronic acid and squalane, as well as light-reflecting pigments that give the skin a smoother and more rested appearance. Works well both alone and under makeup. Suitable for normal, dry, or tired skin. Can be a bit too shiny on oily skin or in an oily T-zone. Contains perfume, which is not suitable for everyone with sensitive skin, but it smells lovely! I have, as #lykoinflutester, gotten to try the matte moisturizer from Korean #erborian ✨ I like that it gives a noticeably matt finish right after application. A light gel cream that absorbs quite quickly and works well under makeup. Contains moisturizing ingredients like hyaluronic acid and glycerin. 👌 I have used it both with and without Hydration Range Water Serum, which worked excellently for extra hydration. What I like less is that it contains perfume, which may be less suitable for sensitive skin. It smells very nice but quite strong! Meets my expectations ⭐️
This Multistick from Lumene gets five stars from me. It does exactly what it promises, and I actually find it hard to find any reason to give a lower rating. 🥰 I mainly use it as a highlighter on my cheeks, and it gives a really nice, natural glow without visible glitter. That’s something I really appreciate, since many powder highlighters can easily look glittery on the skin. Here you get a nice radiance that looks natural and can also be built up as desired ⭐️ The product is creamy, easy to work with, and melts nicely into the skin. I applied it with a highlighter brush in the video, but it probably works just as well to warm it up with your fingers and dab it onto the skin. It works both alone for a natural “no makeup makeup” look and together with blush or other products if you want to build up more color and dimension 😌 The staying power has been very good, and the glow lasts most of the day. At the same time, I always use a good makeup base with hydration, primer, and setting spray, so that probably also contributes to the result 😍 The packaging is handy and practical to have in your bag or when traveling. The size is just right, and it’s easy to use exactly as much product as you need 🫶 This is a product I really like and will use up. However, it doesn’t do anything that stands out compared to other similar sticks I’ve tried. There are both cheaper and more expensive alternatives that give a very similar result. Economical texture and nice scent
The texture feels like a somewhat thick body cream and seems economical. The body butter leaves a nice glow on the skin but doesn’t feel sticky or anything like that. It smells sweet like a pastry🧁 <3. I usually don’t like very sweet scents in the summer, but luckily this one isn’t too sweet. I personally use scented creams only on my hands and décolleté, and for that purpose, I find the package size sufficient. Lovely texture
It feels really nice on the skin, and I definitely think it makes the skin more matte. Got to test this spray for my hair and I think it works quite well on my hair. I have long, straight, and colored hair, which often also gets a bit dry, so this product suited me quite well.
