A real everyday luxury
I'm actually quite picky when it comes to patches, but these actually feel a bit more thoughtful than most. I like that the jar contains several different shapes, so you can use them where your face needs a little extra love, under the eyes, on the forehead, around the mouth, or really anywhere. The patches are well soaked in essence without feeling sticky, and they stick well to the skin. For me, they are best straight from the fridge, as they feel extra cooling and help reduce morning puffiness. After use, the skin feels hydrated, plumped, and a bit more awake. ❄️ Plus, they contain several nice skincare ingredients like squalane, multiple forms of hyaluronic acid, peptides, and ginseng PDRN, which makes them feel more like skincare than just a quick spa sensation. Multi-use product
This hair mask can be used in two different ways: either as a hair mask or as a leave-in conditioner. So far, I have used it as a leave-in conditioner because I wanted to use all the products in the series together. The first time, I applied way too much product to my damp hair, and the result was that my freshly washed hair looked dirty immediately after drying. So as a leave-in conditioner, this product should be used very sparingly. I learned that a very small amount, about the size of a fingertip, is appropriate. For my hair type, this product was not very effective at least as a leave-in conditioner. My hair needs more care and moisture, but since you can only apply a very small amount to the hair, its effect was perhaps somewhat insufficient. Good conditioner for hair needing light care
I have thick and quite dry hair, so I look for very intensive moisture from my conditioner. I was looking forward to testing this product, but unfortunately, my expectations were perhaps a bit too high. This conditioner unfortunately did not make it into the best conditioners I have tested. The conditioner is quite thick in consistency, but for some reason, when applying it to my hair, it felt like it disappeared. When rinsing it out, my hair unfortunately didn’t feel silky smooth, which I would expect from my conditioner. The absolute best thing about this conditioner was its scent. Especially together with the shampoo from the same series, they make the hair smell really fresh and clean. Maybe even one of the best smelling hair care lines I have used. The conditioner is dispensed from the jar using a pump, which I liked because the pump makes it easy to dose just the right amount of product. I do find it a bit odd, though, that all the products in the series have different dispensing mechanisms. Heavenly scented shampoo 🍋
I got this Lumene moisturizing shampoo from Lyko to test, and it definitely became one of my favorites! I really like the product’s simple appearance because it immediately tells you what kind of product it is. I also really liked the bottle’s cap mechanism. The shampoo was easy to use even with wet hands since you just press the cap and it opens. The shampoo itself was very pleasant to use and will definitely remain part of my routine! I have thick and quite dry hair, and after washing with this shampoo, it felt wonderfully airy and clean. The best part of the shampoo, however, was its scent. The scent is really pleasant, neutral, and fresh, maybe a bit citrusy. A scent I believe suits many noses. The fresh scent also stayed in my hair for a few days, which I really liked. I definitely recommend trying this shampoo if you want moisture for your hair and a wonderfully clean feeling after washing! A good conditioner that moisturizes the hair. I've tried this both as a leave-in and a hair mask, it's really nice with 2 in 1💧 I would say I prefer it as a hair mask and find it very fast-acting, sometimes I don't have the patience to wait for my hair mask to fully work in the shower so I usually leave it on for max 2 minutes and still feel I get an incredibly soft and moisturized result with this🥳 As a leave-in, it's a bit too thick for my taste and feels a bit more than I want. Unfortunately, the Mighty Patch Nose didn’t work as well for me. The patch itself stuck extremely hard, and when I removed it, it almost felt like my skin came off with it. For my skin, it was more uncomfortable than helpful, and I felt like it almost damaged my skin. Mighty Patch Invisible is at least as good as the Original. It is thin and discreet, which makes it barely visible on the skin. It helped my internal blemishes heal quickly, and after about two days they were basically gone. Additionally, the patches stayed on very well without irritating the skin. Lots of product!
Such an incredibly nice and luxurious product. The first thing I noticed is that there is an incredibly generous amount of serum on each pad. I store it in the fridge, and then they are so cooling and nice to put on in the morning. A cup of coffee and these, and you have a slightly extra luxurious morning! What I think they do is that you look a bit more awake because the cold reduces swelling and it gives a nice glow. What makes these get 4 ⭐️ and not 5 is that I think the price is way too high since not everyone can afford to buy them. As an #lykoinflutester I got the chance to try the Hydra Moisture Boost 2-in-1 Hair Mask by #lumene and I was positively surprised. To start with I liked the light blue package that gives clean vibes. The scent is heavenly, exactly my type of scent. It's a mild, summery lemon scent. It's not strong and doesn't stay on the hair which i see as a positive thing, especially for people who cannot tolerate strong smells. I have dry ends but untreated hair. I have a sensitive scalp, some natural hair fall, and bleached ends. I can get defined curls with the right products, and a bit straighter hair if I want with other products. I would say this hair mask (I have used the whole series together) works well both for my curly hair and for when I want my hair a bit straighter. It might be best suited for the straighter look. After towel-drying my hair, I put a small amount of the mask in. That’s it! Lovely Hair Mask
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of trying this hair mask from #lumene ✨ I used the hair mask according to the instructions for a rinse-off treatment along with the shampoo and conditioner in the same series. My partner (a guy with short hair) tried using it as a leave-in treatment but found it heavy for his hair and easy to use too much product. When I tried the hair mask as a treatment after shampoo and conditioner in the same series, I felt it was a bit too much for my hair. It simply felt a bit too "saturated," which made it greasy and heavy faster after washing. When I instead used the hair mask together with just the shampoo, it worked much better for me. Then I got soft and manageable hair without it feeling weighed down, and it stayed fresh longer✨ I also really like the texture. It’s creamy and rich, but at the same time, a small amount goes a long way. Unfortunately not a favorite
I have bleached Scandinavian hair that easily gets dry, so I’m always looking for conditioners that really moisturize. Unfortunately, this one didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hair feels a bit softer after showering, but the effect disappears quite quickly and the lengths still feel dry. I also needed to use hair oil or leave-in afterwards for the hair to feel properly moisturized. It’s not a bad conditioner, but I don’t think it does enough for the price. I’ve used several cheaper conditioners that gave a much better result and made the hair both softer, shinier, and easier to detangle. Moisturizing Favorite
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing this conditioner from #lumene ✨ I have used the conditioner together with the shampoo from the same series throughout the test period and think they complement each other very well. The conditioner has a wonderfully creamy and rich texture that is also very economical. You don’t need much product at all to cover the lengths and it feels "just right" in the hair. Just like with the shampoo, I feel that the hair feels more moisturized after use. My natural curls come out more clearly when the hair air dries, and the hair also feels fuller. But what is actually my absolute favorite thing about this product is... the pump! 😍 It might sound like a small detail, but I love it. Finally, you don’t have to stand in the shower squeezing your hands to get the conditioner out of a hard bottle. As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try this series from Lumene. The shampoo cleans the hair well without feeling drying, which I like. However, I didn’t notice any major difference in my hair compared to other, cheaper shampoos. The hair feels clean and fresh, but it doesn’t give that extra feeling of the hair becoming much softer or more moisturized. Good hair mask
This one was actually my favorite in this series. It makes the hair soft, moisturized, and significantly easier to detangle after the shower. I also like that it can be used both as a regular hair mask and as a leave-in, which makes it very convenient. It gives a nice result without weighing the hair down. The reason it doesn't get a full score is that I wished for a bit more long-lasting effect between washes.
