Perfect for tired mornings 👀
This was actually the first time I tried patches, so I had no real expectations, but I was positively surprised! I really like that the jar contains three different shapes and not just classic eye patches. This allows you to "spot treat" several different areas depending on what the skin needs, or use them all at once, kind of like a full face mask. It feels both thoughtful and a bit more fun than many similar products. I chose to store mine in the fridge, which I can definitely recommend. The cooling sensation makes a big difference, especially in the morning when you’re a bit puffy or tired. I tested them both morning and evening. In the morning, I felt they helped reduce puffiness under the eyes and gave the skin a nice glow. Makeup also applied unusually well afterward, which was a big plus. In the evening, they were very comfortable to use after a long day in front of the computer. However, I can’t say I noticed any clear difference in fine lines during the time I tested the product. On the other hand, they gave a solid moisture boost, a refreshing feeling, and definitely helped with morning puffiness, which for me is a big advantage. Had the honor to try Bright Crystal as part of #lykoinflutester. This is a perfume that surprised me in the best possible way. It’s not strong or overpowering, but lays like a soft fresh floral hint. It’s a scent I want to claim is a safe blind buy, which is unusual. A scent that’s hard to dislike. As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor to test a perfume, and the one I received was “The power of YOU” from Emporio Armani. I have for many years used “Aqua di Gio Armani,” which I like, so I was curious to try another perfume from Armani, which is completely new to me. I am 44 years old and rarely wear perfume daily (because of my job) but like to wear perfume on other occasions. I am drawn to somewhat romantic, floral, sweeter feminine scents, not too strong or too deep. A perfume for celebrations can have a bit of intensity. The first impression of the packaging is beautiful and feminine, with the red/pink shade and gold text. The bottle is beautiful, looks luxurious, and I like the red shade of the liquid. The scent is warm, sensual, and feminine. I detect vanilla and a bit of citrus. It is not too strong, just right for my taste. A little floral and mysterious. The scent lasts into the next day, and I can smell the lovely scent in the morning when I wake up. Incredible! I will use this as a perfume on weekends and at celebrations since the sensual scent fits best then. Fresh and feminine
This is a very discreet perfume that I would say is best suited for daytime use. If you have trouble with perfumes that smell too strong or intense, this is a perfume for you. Since it doesn't smell very strong, I also find that it "disappears" quite quickly. The reason it doesn't seem to last long might be because it is an Eau de Toilette. A tip could be to spray it a little on your clothes to make the scent last longer. For me, who is a bit sensitive to strong scents, a perfume like this is perfect. Since the blush contains a lot of shimmer, it can highlight the skin's texture a bit more. For me, it almost works even better as a blush topper, where I apply a regular matte blush first and then sweep this on top to get a nice glowing finish. ✨🩷 The only thing I really noticed is that the product is quite powdery. When I dip the brush in, it easily kicks up powder, which makes it feel like some product goes to waste. It’s also easy to build up, which means you can choose how intense you want the result. I also like that it’s completely matte and contains no shimmer, which means it doesn’t emphasize the skin’s texture. 🌿 What lowers the rating is that the product is very powdery. When I dip the brush into the pan, a lot of product flies up, which makes it feel quite dry and causes some product waste. BEAUTIFUL bottle! I love pink, and the overall vibe of this perfume is wonderfully feminine... or perfectly girly pop 🤌✨ At first sniff, I wasn’t immediately convinced, but it took some time to grow on me. When the top notes fade, the scent softens and the lovely vanilla really shines! On the first use, once the scent had settled, it reminded me a bit of Valentino Donna Born in Roma. Now, though, I feel it fits more in the same category as Armani’s newer Power of You fragrance. Both have fruitiness and vanilla, but this one is a bit muskier, and the fruitiness isn’t as prominent. Also, the perfume has a slight cherry nuance (at least at the start). My friend fell in love with the scent on me and described it as youthful (but not childish)... I totally agree! So overall, a really good and long-lasting perfume on the skin that I will definitely keep using. My aging skin is combination and surface dry, with a lot of texture including acne scars. As an influtester, I got to try this stick-form sunscreen, and it definitely lived up to all expectations! It gave the skin a lovely matte finish, with no white or any other excess left on the skin – just a beautiful matte surface, exactly what I want. As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I got to try the Mighty Patch Invisible+ from #HERO. This is the so-called hydrocolloid patch that became popular from Korea initially. The idea with these is to put it on an "active" pimple to avoid/stop picking or squeezing it. And thereby avoid scars and making the pimple worse, as well as to "conceal" them. I use "patches" daily for "open" pimples on my face, but have never used this brand. I say open because I use these patches to heal my pimples faster and sometimes to encapsulate active ingredients or if I want to wear makeup but don’t want to put makeup on an active pimple. So I put them on a pimple that I have already emptied. For "closed pimples" I always just use Basiron because I don’t think a patch can do anything for those types of pimples. I also never use just the hydrocolloid patch, only those with active ingredients in them, as I don’t see the point of those without and buy the ones with salicylic acid, niacinamide, or similar. My favorites are from Cosrx, their master patch, but Mizon’s clear patch is also a favorite. At the same time, I can put a layer of Basiron underneath and encapsulate it with such a patch. It should be added that I have hormonal acne and have had some kind of acne since I was about 13 years old. The first thing I can note is that these are 24 pieces for 139 SEK, which is expensive for regular hydrocolloid patches. This Invisible+ sticks pretty well and isn’t very visible on the skin because of its thin edges, much better than their Original variant. Another downside, however, is that they only come in one size. So in short, good adhesive and not very visible, but if you compare with other brands and variants, they are more expensive and worse because they are pricey for the quantity and don’t have any active ingredients. I would simply buy the ones from Mizon: Good Bye Blemish Clear Patch, which are really good, cost about 90 SEK for 44 pieces, but come in different sizes and with active ingredients. If you want some that are 5 stars for me and a bit better than Mizon but quite expensive, then it’s the COSRX master patches that matter. As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try the Nose Patch from #hero. Unfortunately, this is one of those products I would never recommend to anyone! It has nothing to do with the brand, but these "nose strips" never have any effect on your pores. What helps against blackheads on the nose is BHA toner or AHA, daily. These strips often do more harm to the skin than good. I won’t write a long review this time ;) but just recommend searching for these strips on YouTube, for example, and you will understand... These ones from Hero are both uncomfortable and have no effect at all. I had them on for about 1 hour. And it did not disappoint!🤩 The texture was really interesting, as it was generally "more watery" – and this was actually a super good thing, as it made it much easier to understand layering different products and choosing the right order. The product was easy to apply, absorbed quickly, and didn’t leave any heavy or sticky feeling on the skin. Where did I notice the effect? I use Cosrx C-Vitamin 23 serum, which usually dries out the skin if I don’t use a good and really moisturizing cream at the same time. As a #lykoinflutester, I have been testing this brow gel from #nyxprofessionalmakeup for a few weeks now. I am 35 years old and had overplucked brows as a teenager, so I don’t have much hair on the outer edges of my brows. But I have had microblading done later to get a bit more shape on my brows as an adult. I found it a bit difficult to get the product out, but once it came out, it was super easy to spread and brush over the brows. I don’t think I’m quite in the target group here with missing hair on half of my brows. But I think it looked very nice where I do have hair!
