So this is definitely a matter of taste! Personally, I don’t like matte bronzers. I want a bit of dewy glow in my bronzer. In the video I only use Terra. So you can see how glowy it is... As an everyday bronzer I won’t use this one alone. I want to use one with less glow first, then put this one on top as an extra glow. Gives a glowing and soft look
Not what I expected but I still have to say that I like it! 🤎 I am quite pale and some bronzers can sometimes be a bit too harsh or unnatural on me, but this one was perfect for my skin tone ☺️ I get a kiss of color along with a glow that makes my face look so alive ✨ Like the color and since I love a luminous look, this was perfect for me. If you like a more pronounced and defined bronzer or have a darker skin tone, this is probably not for you, as it gives a soft and glowing result 💫 I find it works best to apply with Estelle&Thild’s feather bronzer brush. However, I had to build up quite a bit of product. Apart from that, I thought it applied nicely, was easy to apply, and didn’t get patchy or anything. Convenient but a bit weak pigment
A palette in a convenient size with good "basic colors" ✨ Something I like is that it can create both a daytime and evening look ☺️ Perfect if, for example, you’re going somewhere and don’t want to bring the world’s biggest palette 😄 However, I don’t find the colors particularly pigmented; I had to build up quite a bit of product to get the look. Especially the matte brown was a bit "weak." At first, I thought it would be too dark, but it turned out much lighter on the eyelid. The shimmery shadows have somewhat stronger pigment. The eyeshadow smudges a bit during the day, so the staying power is so-so. However, I haven’t noticed any fallout. Approved palette but maybe not my favorite. I would have wished for another matte shadow, and the colors are nice but not my first choice. 😊 I think this suits beginners better who want to learn how to use eyeshadow or who simply want a simple palette that works for most occasions. I like that the packaging is different, but it will be exciting to see how well it holds up. Perfect for my dry hair!
This product actually became my only favorite in the Gloss Revive series! I find it really nice to use, especially on days when the hair feels a bit dry, dull, and needs a quick refresh. Since my hair quickly feels dry and frizzy, this spray was perfect 😍 The spray format makes it easy to apply! The scent is in the same style as the rest of the series, it’s pleasant but also quite mild. I would have liked a slightly more noticeable scent that lasted longer. However, I don’t think it works best together with the rest of the Gloss Revive series, as my hair easily gets weighed down by the other products. When I use the leave-in treatment separately, I like the result much better. Unfortunately, the packaging isn’t much to cheer for. It follows Waterclouds’ usual style and feels quite boring and unremarkable – functional, but definitely nothing that stands out on the bathroom shelf. Despite that, the leave-in treatment was a positive surprise for me. Didn’t suit me
The hair mask is simple and easy to use, and you don’t need a lot of product to cover the hair, which is a plus. It has a pleasant scent, but here too I wished the scent was much more pronounced and lasted longer. Unfortunately, the hair mask didn’t become a personal favorite either. After use, my hair feels quite heavy, and I almost get the feeling that there is a film or coating over the hair. The packaging follows the same classic Waterclouds design as the rest of the series. For me, it’s a product that works okay, but doesn’t quite live up to the expectations of a nourishing hair mask. Unfortunately, I had mixed feelings about the conditioner in the Gloss Revive series as well. It’s easy to use and a small amount goes a long way, which I appreciate. It has a thick, smooth consistency and is easy to rinse out. The scent is pleasant, but just like with the shampoo, I think it’s way too weak. I would have liked a more noticeable scent that lingered a bit longer in the hair. Unfortunately, I also find that my hair feels quite heavy after use. It almost feels like a film or coating is left on the hair, which prevents it from having that light and airy feeling that I personally prefer. Therefore, the conditioner didn’t become a favorite for my hair either. This packaging also follows Waterclouds’ well-known design and feels sleek but isn’t something that immediately catches the eye or feels particularly new. An easy-to-use conditioner where a small amount goes a long way, but unfortunately it didn’t quite work for my hair. Didn't suit me
Unfortunately, I didn't quite fall for this series. The shampoo has a very runny formula and you don't need much product to distribute it properly in the hair, which is a plus. It smells lightly floral with a hint of vanilla, but the scent is very, very faint and disappears quickly. After washing, however, I feel that my hair feels heavy, almost as if a coating has settled over the entire hair. Instead of the light, clean, and shiny feeling I had hoped for, the hair feels rather weighed down and not as fresh as I wish. The bottle has the classic Waterclouds design, but unfortunately, I find the design quite unremarkable. It's the same style Waterclouds usually goes for and nothing that really stands out or feels particularly special. Soft and light
I am very pleased with the Feather Bronzer Brush from Estelle & Thild! The brush is incredibly soft and feels comfortable on the skin, while picking up just the right amount of product. It makes it easy to apply bronzer evenly and build up the color gradually, without the result becoming patchy or too intense. I especially like the rounded shape, which makes it easy to blend and achieve a natural, sun-kissed glow. The brush also feels solid and luxurious in the hand. For me, this is a great brush that delivers an even and natural result every time. Definitely worth trying! Not to mention that the brand is organic!! Estelle & Thild Sunset Sheen Melange Bronzer in the shade Sienna is a lovely, organic product that gives the face an incredibly nice and radiant glow. The baked powder texture is silky soft, and the melange effect melts incredibly easily into the skin with a warm and natural result. Although this gives an incredibly beautiful glow, I notice that my personal preference leans more towards matte bronzers. For my taste, it’s a bit too much shimmer for everyday use.✨ It is still a very nice and luxurious bronzer for those who love to glow a little extra. Estelle & Thild Feather Bronzer Brush
The brush is really soft, large, and easy to work with. I personally like to use bigger brushes for applying bronzer, so that's definitely a plus. The price is, in my opinion, about the same level as other brushes I've tried, so it's quite reasonable. The bristles could maybe be a bit shorter, which would make it better suited specifically for applying bronzer. Right now, I might prefer to use it for powder or for makeup under the eyes. Due to the brush's silky soft texture, it also feels a bit like the product doesn't stick to it quite well enough. Very nice palette to look at! The colors are beautiful and the packaging is cute, but unfortunately the pigments in the shadows are way too weak to create a really nice makeup look. The shadows also powder sooo much, which causes it to get a bit everywhere on the face. A shame, a bit of a disappointment. A Glow Favorite
This blush has quickly become a favorite! The shade Rosewood gives the cheeks a lovely rosy tint with a beautiful shimmer that makes the skin look fresh and alive. It works both as a blush and highlighter in one, making it perfect when you want both color and glow in the same step. The formula is easy to work with and the color can be built up gradually, from a subtle everyday look to a more intense and shimmering result. It applies evenly and nicely on the skin and is easy to blend out without harsh edges. I find it applies well with their own Feather Blush Brush, but another smaller brush also works well. Nice and versatile – but requires primer
A really nice palette with neutral shades that suit most people. The colors work just as well for a soft everyday look as for a more defined party makeup and are easy to apply with both brush and fingers. My only objection is the longevity. Without eyeshadow primer, the shadows fade relatively quickly during the day, but with primer they stay significantly better. I have been assigned as a #lykoinflutester to test this Sunset Sheen Melange Bronzer from #estellethild in the color Terra! 🤎 When I first got the product, I was a bit skeptical because I usually don’t use bronzers, as they often look very orange on me, and in the packaging this one looked very warm and dark in shade. But I was positively surprised! 🥰 This bronzer actually didn’t look too warm and orange on my skin, and the color wasn’t that intense! It gives a natural, warm shadow with a nice glowing glitter. It’s like a bronzer and highlighter in one! ✨ I also like the formula this bronzer has! It’s smooth and very easy to work with. The formula is also buildable, and you can apply more or less product depending on the intensity you want for your bronzer! It also works to use on the eyelids as eyeshadow! The only negative about this is that it might be a bit too glittery if you, for example, like to have bronzer all over your face (like contour), then it’s better to use a slightly more matte bronzer. But I personally prefer to only have bronzer on my cheeks, and then this bronzer is perfect! It’s also positive that the packaging is made of paper instead of plastic! Very disappointed
I was assigned as a #lykoinflutester to test this Gilded Gaze Eye Palette Soft Neutrals from #estellethild! 🤍 I was very happy when I heard I would get to test this eyeshadow palette because eyeshadow is my favorite part when I do my makeup! But unfortunately, I was very quickly disappointed by this palette. I immediately noticed when I tested the colors on my hand that the formula was very crumbly. I also noticed this later when I applied the eyeshadow on my eyelid. I used my favorite brushes and favorite eyeshadow primer that I always use, but still, there was an incredible amount of pigment fallout under my eye (I attached a picture of this)! I also experienced that the eyeshadows had quite poor pigmentation. You really had to pack on a lot of eyeshadow to get it to show somewhat well. The shade with the best pigment is the lightest one, but I suspect that’s because it has a matte finish, while the other shadows are shimmery. That’s why I wished more of the shadows had a matte finish instead, especially the two darkest shades. The eyeshadows were also very difficult to both blend out and blend with each other. When I tried to blend them out, they instead became patchy and the pigments disappeared. This is another reason why I wished more of the shadows were matte, since shimmery shades are much harder to blend out. Unfortunately, this palette was very difficult to use, and it was very hard to get the eyeshadows to look nice and even on the eyelid. Otherwise, I think the colors and shades were very nice. It’s a palette with neutral base colors. The colors would work for both natural makeup looks and a bit more festive, smokey eyes. But unfortunately, the eyeshadow formula doesn’t work for this. But one positive thing is that the packaging is very good. It’s made of paper instead of plastic, which is a plus! Beautiful blush with glow💖
I like both of the new blushes now released by Estelle & Thild. This blush is a bit darker in color and suits my skin better right now when I have a bit of self-tanner on. My skin is dry, and it has become even drier now that I’m older. Therefore, in recent years I have only used cream and liquid blushes, which are trendy right now. And then I get this beautiful blush with a lot of glow and am very happily surprised when it works like no other powder blush. It is very light, and after a few circles and strokes with the brush, I am so pleased with the beautiful result. Probably because it is so light and applied in thin layers, it works well on my skin. It melts nicely into the skin, and the color and shimmer are really beautiful. So happy that I got to try it and find it this way! Some think this is a highlighter, but I think it’s a lovely variant of blush with shimmer. Maybe a hybrid, that’s as far as I can take it, but for me it’s a blush because it’s quite pink. I have a highlighter in a tube from Charlotte Tilbury in a similar pink, and I also think it’s a combination of blush and highlighter. They have enough color that they both work as blush for me! But this blush is much easier to use. The tube with a similar product is harder to get just right and pretty when I have less time to do my makeup. I’m very curious about the bronzer, which is similar to the blush and was released at the same time. 🩷 A soft and good bronzer brush! 🩷
I have been assigned as a #lykoinflutester to test this Feather Bronzer Brush from #estellethild! 🩷 My first impression when I opened the package and saw the brush was that it looks very luxurious and nice. It weighs a bit more than my other brushes and feels solid, and it feels like it is of good quality! The brush head has many fine & dense bristles, but at the same time very soft. The brush picks up product very well and applies it nicely on the skin! I also like the size of the brush head. It is just the right size and gives precision when applying the bronzer so it doesn’t end up all over the face.
