A pretty okay everyday palette
This eyeshadow palette is good for everyday makeup or for those who mostly like neutral colors. It’s not for those who like to experiment with colors. However, I think the colors are a good selection. 🤎 I’m a bit surprised by how many bad reviews this has gotten. I consider it much better than, for example, comparable eyeshadow palettes from LYKO 🙈. But the different eyeshadows in this palette vary in quality. The shimmery ones are good, they have good pigment and last long. In the second picture, you can see how the shimmery eyeshadows held up after a night out. The dark matte colors are okay but a bit uneven, and the lightest one is almost invisible on me … They do fall quite a bit of pigment though, so if you don’t like that, it’s good to be aware of. I appreciate that there’s a mirror. Extra practical when traveling. 🌸 The packaging is nice but it gets stained quite easily, and the stains aren’t so easy to remove. Shine, Care, and Color
I think Urban Decay Lip Toys is a really lovely product for those who want shine, color, and care all in one. The formula feels soft and pleasant on the lips and gives a nice, glossy finish without feeling sticky or greasy. The lips feel immediately smooth and hydrated, which I really appreciate. I also like that the color is buildable, so you can choose how intense you want the look to be. It’s also a bit fun that the color adapts to the lips’ pH and becomes more personal. The application is easy, and the product feels luxurious and easy to use. The only thing that kept me from falling completely for the product was the color I tested. I didn’t like that particular shade on me very much, but I actually think I would have loved the product in another color. Long-lasting result.
Good mascara but nothing that stands out. It gives the lashes a nice separate lift and keeps them stable all day without losing shape. The lashes become nicely separated and defined, and I really like the brush head which is slim and easy to work with. It also reaches the smallest lashes and makes application easy. The only downside is that the formula dries quite quickly, which made it difficult to build up multiple layers and get the volume I wanted. I therefore found the result to be more focused on length and separation than fullness. Overall, it’s a good mascara if you like naturally defined, long-lasting lashes, but I would have liked it to give a bit more volume. A shimmering blush
This blush gives a lovely shimmer. This product is not for you if you don’t like blush that gives shimmer or contains glitter. I think this is meant to be a bit like a blush and a highlighter in one. The lighter shade works better for me as a blush topper, but I actually think this gives a lot of color too. But it doesn’t give a lot if you want a lot of color. 🩷 I think this gives a nice bronzy tone, so it’s perfect now at the end of summer. In my opinion, this product is actually a good dupe for Caia Cosmetics Sun Filter Duo Palette. It gives a similar effect but is more than half the price. However, it doesn’t give as much bronze as Caia’s, but this is the product I’ve seen that comes closest. 🤎 Their own brush, the feather blush brush, actually works well with this. You don’t want to use a very large brush because then it’s easy to get glitter all over your face. 🪩 This blush has good staying power and I appreciate the mirror in the product. Practical when traveling. The packaging is nice but unfortunately it gets dirty easily, as I’ve seen others point out. When it comes to this blush, I think it’s crucial to know what you want. As I said, if you don’t like glitter in your blush, you won’t like this. But I appreciate it and I like this too. Fantastic Glow
Packaging: I really like the packaging of this cream. It feels nice and simple, and I like that you squeeze out the cream instead of having to use your fingers in a jar. It feels fresh and convenient. Scent: The scent, however, is not quite my favorite. I find it a bit hard to describe, but to me it almost smells a bit savory in some way. It’s not a strong scent, but it’s a smell that I personally wasn’t too fond of. Texture: It feels soft and lovely on the skin. The cream is a bit richer, so if you use a little extra, it might take a bit longer to fully absorb. Result: But the result … WOW! 😍 It absorbs nicely into the skin and leaves the skin soft, moisturized, and with a beautiful glow. If you use a bit more product, you need to give it a little extra time to absorb, but the result is really super nice. I also like that it works so well under makeup! Salon feeling at home 🤍✨
This really surprised me! What I like best is how easy it is to go from wet hair to a finished style with the same tool. It comes with several different attachments, and I especially liked the round brush for volume and the straightening brush when I want a smoother and more controlled result. I posted a look with a video on my profile where you can clearly see the difference between the two ✨ But my favorite is definitely the curling attachment! The hair is automatically wrapped around the cylinder by the airflow, so you don’t have to wrap the hair yourself. It took a bit of trial and error before I found the technique that worked best for my hair, but once I got the hang of it, styling went surprisingly fast. I finish each curl with cold air before releasing it, and I think it helps with both shape and hold. I also like that you can adjust both heat and strength. The airflow feels strong enough that I can actually use it to dry my hair, not just style it. The result on my hair is soft, shiny, and with lots of movement and volume, without needing to use several different heat tools. And that’s probably the biggest plus for me: I can blow-dry, straighten, create volume, and curl with one machine. All in all, I think this is an incredibly good and versatile styling tool, especially for the price. LOVE brown mascaras, so I was happy when I got this! 🟤 Easy to apply, like the brush, smooth to apply. 🟤 Gives beautiful lashes, both length and volume. 🟤 Nice brown color 🟤 You can tell it has softening ingredients, the lashes feel soft and it makes it easy to work with. Time for a new test as #lykoinflutester 🤍 I’ve only managed to test it once since I’ve been sick and looked roughly like Gollum for four days BUT: This primer really gives a glow, I first tested it on my hand where I felt it was a bit lightly white-shimmery but it settled really nicely on the face and under makeup. I've had the honor to test these lovely blushes, and here are my honest opinions. The packaging is made of hard cardboard and feels very durable and good. Incredibly beautiful colors. I would say this is a mix of blush and highlighter in one. Gives quite good pigmentation on the first application, so better to take a little less and build it up depending on how strong you want it. This one really won me over. Incredibly nice shimmer and lasted nicely for 7-8 hours. Skipped the highlighter since it has a lot of shimmer. Neutral basic palette
I had the honor to test this eyeshadow, and here are my honest opinions. If you're looking for a neutral basic look, this is good for you. Neutral/cool colors and two shimmers. The colors are quite low-pigmented but can be built up if you want a stronger color. The eyeshadows do powder quite a bit (might be worth knowing if you, for example, apply base on your face first). I think the shadows are okay but not much more. A good palette to start with if you're a beginner at makeup. I applied an eyeshadow base before applying the shadows for better longevity. I chose SIENNA shade because it suits my skin tone better and gives me a beautiful, warm, sun-kissed look without looking too heavy or orange. Compatible shadow palette
I really like the color selection in this palette. The shades are natural and they’re the kind of colors I usually wear, so it’s very easy to create an everyday look with them. I also love the simple, elegant packaging. I have, as a #lykoinflutester, had the chance to try Infrared Blowout Air Brush from #bylyko Really super fun! Because when it comes to styling, I usually have the patience of a 3-year-old 😇 So this tool feels like something for me. Since the airbrush combines the hairdryer's warm air with the round brush's shape, you don't have to hold two tools in front of the mirror. And what more could you wish for?! So this assignment is really fun 🤩 The airbrush comes packaged in a nice pink box 🩷 that opens from the side, and it is well packaged! The airbrush itself looks exclusive & is a larger model, but surprisingly easy to handle. And hold! It feels relatively light in the hand, but you need to get the technique of how to hold it if, like me, you're not used to it. It is easy to turn on & adjust. It has 3 speed settings, a cool shot function & infrared light. Which should provide gentle styling and thus preserve the hair's shine. It should also lock in moisture & counteract frizz. So what do I think; Well! I am actually really impressed. Although slightly less than the 15-year-old in the family who now sees it as theirs 🥰😆 I have typical Scandinavian hair, thin but with many fine strands. I have used it on wet, freshly washed hair & use heat protection as usual. The round brush is really nice on the scalp & it is easy to use. It dries my hair relatively quickly and I can really see how shiny it gets! And I also think my frizz is reduced. The hair becomes more voluminous and you get a bit of the feeling of having been at the salon yourself ✨ It kind of adds a little luxury to everyday life 🥂 The price is definitely reasonable for this airbrush! And even though I haven't tried any from another brand, this feels like a good value product! The only thing I have to complain about is that the volume is quite high! And I can definitely recommend this. And I know that my daughter's friends now have this on their wish lists! Not as expected 🥹
I actually expected more from this one. The brush looked really promising, and I usually like tubing mascaras, but unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed. Even though I curl my lashes properly beforehand, the mascara weighs them down, and I didn’t experience the lift or extra length I had hoped for. To me, the result felt more like a regular mascara than a “wow” effect, which I might have imagined. However, it gets bonus points for the nice packaging, a good brush, and being so easy to wash off with just warm water. Perfect when you’re a bit lazy and don’t want to rub off mascara! Okay, I am OBSESSED. As a lip product lover, this is definitely 5/5 for me 💋 First of all: how handy is the tube packaging?! Love it. And the scent? More like a glitter highlight
Had such high hopes for this but was a bit disappointed. The shade is 'Sienna' and looks very nice in the packaging. I thought I would get really sun-kissed cheeks, as the description says, but my face became very glittery. The product emphasized uneven texture and pores on my face that I don't want to highlight. I got more of the highlighter shades (gold/champagne) than the bronzer shades (brown) on my cheeks. What I like about the brand Estelle & Thilde is that their products are organic and affordable! This palette contains matte and glittery/pearly shades enriched with organic coconut oil, argan oil, and vitamin E☀️🩷 However, the product did not live up to expectations.
