I actually thought these eye patches were really good. They feel comfortable under the eyes and moisturize well. Perfect when you're tired or want to give your skin a little extra glow. The only thing that lowers the rating is the price. I think they are a bit too expensive for the amount you get, even though the product itself works well. If they were a bit cheaper, they would get full marks from me. When I got the message that these were on their way home to me – I screamed with joy! I LOVE eye patches 😍 I usually use Xlash’s in a jar, so I was very excited to test these! These Hydra Glow PDRN Eye Gels are supposed to immediately boost glow, provide deep hydration, and visibly reduce puffiness around tired eyes. I can truly say they do! The last few months have been the final stretch of my bachelor’s degree with submitting my thesis, exams, and the first trimester of pregnancy. I have been testing XLASH Hydra Glow PDRN Eye Gels since 5/26 and I am actually really impressed ✨ This is the first time I try something from XLASH and I like them so much more than I thought! As a #lykoinflutester, I have received the Xlash Hydra Glow PDRN Eye Gels. These are supposed to boost the skin, give radiance, hydrate, and reduce puffiness. ✨ At first impression, I think they contain a good amount of serum. They don’t slide around on the skin, which might be because one side of the Eye gel has a slightly firmer surface that helps them stay in place. No scent, so they suit all skin types, even those with more sensitive skin. I find that they hydrate a lot and give a lovely plumped effect. Perfect in the morning when the face is a bit swollen. I have also kept them in the fridge, which gives a cooling effect on the skin. One downside I’ve noticed is that there is a lot of plastic for just a pair of Eye gels, something that could be reduced. In summary, I like these eye gels. So, I’m generally weak for stick products. And this one felt great right away. The product looks nice on both cheeks and lips, and I like that it feels creamy already with the first swipe. It’s easy to apply and sits nicely on the skin without disturbing the product underneath. I’ve tried with fingers, brush, and makeup sponge, and it’s equally easy all ways. However, I recommend dabbing off a bit of product on the back of your hand before applying to the face so you don’t get too much product on the skin at once. It’s easier to build up than to try to remove color. I have combination skin with an oily T-zone. The finish is super nice and radiant, without looking oily. This one gives exactly what I want; a cream product that looks natural and soft: nice color and glow, and the shade Cool Pink is so pretty for my skin tone. Got to try this product from Lyko ✨️ I have loooong colored hair that is frizzy at times and very dry. The packaging feels cheap. Unfortunately, the spray works very BADLY. Incredibly hard to press and very little product comes out, not a nice spray but more of an aggressive concentrated stream. Difficult to distribute the product well in the hair because of that. But it smells WONDERFUL, fresh, nice, moderately feminine soft 👌💖✨️. The hair feels shinier and healthy, soft. Love how easy it became to brush the hair when it’s still a bit wet since it works like a leave-in conditioner. Perfect as a multi-product. I’ve been using these eye gels on and off in my morning routine lately and I’m really happy! Unlike other eye patches, these are a bit bigger, not as flimsy when applying, and they stay in place(!!) without slipping down, which I’ve experienced before with eye patches. I have been searching for a suitable sweetish perfume for quite some time. Often, pure caramel or vanilla quickly becomes tiring, and there have been several misbuys along the way. I appreciate a style where the aromas don’t hit passersby in the face or demand excessive attention, but instead convey confidence in a sophisticated way. This creation really surprised me positively and fits my skin perfectly! The bottle is like a beautiful red diamond or ruby and completes the beautiful overall package. After the strong and striking first impression, the scent softens beautifully and becomes suitably spicy. At first, I detect a subtle cardamom and saffron, which together bring interesting depth. The feeling is very sensual – it’s a choice for the mature woman. One who knows her worth and doesn’t feel the need to show off too much. It surely suits all ages, but this is my own view. I especially like how the aroma lives and changes. The initial spiciness slowly melts into the sweet warmth of vanilla and toffee. In the end, a lovely woody note lingers on the skin, created by cedar and guaiac wood together with the base note of oakmoss. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is the longevity. Although the profile is beautifully nuanced, I think it softens far too quickly until it eventually evaporates completely from the skin. On the other hand, I must admit that no fragrance has yet reached the longevity I desire. I was really excited about these eye patches since I’m familiar with xlash’s lash serum and think it’s one of the best on the market. The patches come in single packs and are easy to get out of the packaging. They have little to no scent. They are soft and really fully loaded with product. They stay well, are comfortable, and are one of the few eye patches I’ve used where I genuinely see and feel a difference. They feel relaxing on the skin, especially if they’ve been cooled in the fridge beforehand and provide lots of moisture under the eyes. Helps a lot with puffiness or “tired” eyes. Start carefully
I have gradually started using this product more. At first, I wasn’t that impressed and the skin needs time to get used to it. Not a product to use daily. I believe the fact that they included PDRN makes it suitable for most of us who normally don’t have eczema or rosacea. PDRN is a super ingredient consisting of DNA fragments from salmon that is supposed to stimulate the skin’s cell renewal and repair ability, but unlike acids, it doesn’t force renewal but works as a building block to give the skin the power to heal itself. So it’s a slow-acting substance. Works against signs of aging, soothing and moisturizing. So it’s good and shouldn’t affect any of us negatively, maybe someone allergic to fish possibly? Retinol, on the other hand, is the reason for the warning text on the bottle. I don’t like products with warning labels, it feels alarming. Just remember to be careful as retinol can cause dryness, redness, and peeling, and you must always use sunscreen when using retinol products. Received this heat protection spray from LYKO to test a bit. The product description says it is a light volumizing spray that should protect hair from drying styling and heat damage. It should also work as a conditioning spray, combat frizz, and add lots of shine. It should be sprayed on towel-dried hair and you can style your hair as usual. ✅ Nice container - beautiful yellow color ✅ Smells subtle but good ✅ Cheap ✅ Works great as a conditioning spray and hair becomes soft with use. ✅ Gives okay shine ❌ The spray bottle works a bit poorly. Very little product comes out each time and very little spread. ❌ Gives zero volume ❌ Gives a slightly “greasy” feeling after use I find it difficult to assess and say anything about the heat protection itself. Got to try this as a test pilot for Lyko. It was fantastic. My skin is quite sensitive but I haven’t had any reactions to #drceuracle’s products and this felt so cooling and nice on my face. The product says it soothes the skin and provides nourishment. That’s 100% true. I loved it so much that when another product ruined my lip and I had eczema-like rash for a week without my lip products helping, I tried this and it sounds strange, but it got better. A tiny bit of skin on one edge peeled, maybe it was already on its way? But the redness that had been there for days disappeared and the burning sensation eased. My lips now feel softer, smoother, and better just 24 hours later. My entire facial skin has become smoother, more radiant, and those pimples I used to get when it was time for my period... they never came. I’ve worked out (read: sweated buckets) with more makeup than ever on and still haven’t had any skin problems. I can warmly recommend this product to everyone. I’m so grateful to have gotten to try it and it will definitely remain in my skincare routine going forward. Heaven Around the Corner
So this product is probably the best I've ever tried. I love how it feels on the skin and it almost lasts everywhere. I think my skin has become smoother, nicer, and above all, I didn't even get a small pimple before my period. However, on the last day when I had a thicker sunscreen on, one popped up immediately. But now when I pat it in with this, it feels like it reduces without a "blemish plaster" or anything. Honestly, I'm in love. ❤️ Yesterday I also dipped my chapped upper lip in this, and today it feels like my lip is finally starting to heal. Four out of five - not bad
I got to try this product as #lykoinflutester or #lykotestpilot. I understood the product to mean that you can skip a cleansing step and just use this instead of first using an oil-based cleanser and then a water-based one, as I have done until now. The downside is that this cleanser does not remove mascara, which my oil-based cleanser does. So instead, I have had to use various makeup removers. This lowers the rating a bit for me. The product initially required you to use the included spatula to get some out of the jar. But spreading the product with the spatula didn’t work for me. A detail I was a bit annoyed by. On the other hand, the product stays fresher longer if you don’t dig around in it too much. The cleansing itself is simple, following the usual procedure with first product, then a little water to create foam, and finally rinsing off. The skin is left smooth, soft, with a faint scent that mostly feels clean. My cheeks do tighten a bit afterward, so I usually move quickly to toner to make it feel really good. I do have quite sensitive skin (no eczema or other major issues) but have not had any unpleasant reactions to this product at all. Which is why I give it a four and can honestly say I’m glad I tried it. Anyone else who always gets pimples from sunscreen? Tried Smuuti Skin's new SPF and it was super mild!!
