I was really excited about this since I love products that give the skin extra glow! ✨ The oil definitely gives a lot of shine and makes the skin look healthy and well cared for, while the scent is sweet and pleasant. 💕 Unfortunately, the formula wasn’t quite a favorite for me. I found that it took quite a long time to absorb, and the skin felt sticky longer than I like. I prefer body oils that absorb faster, especially when I’m going to get dressed shortly after applying. If you like a rich body oil with lots of glow and don’t mind it sitting a bit on the skin, this might be worth trying. I've been testing this for a while now, and I'm really impressed with the formula itself! 🤍 The texture is thick, creamy, and luxurious, but melts into the skin without feeling heavy or sticky. Good but fades quickly
I have had the honor of testing the good perfume from #lykoinflutester for a few weeks as #meira 😍 The bottle is incredibly beautiful and so is the packaging it comes in. When it comes to the scent, it is spicy and nice, and already at the first spray, my expectations were very high. I personally prefer spicy, heavier, and feminine perfumes that last long, and this really felt like such a perfume. It smells of vanilla, bergamot, and really smells good, but on me, the scent lasts a maximum of 2 hours. I have asked everyone around me if they can smell it, and everyone said yes, but not like you usually smell, you notice that I am wearing some perfume but nothing more than that. Good perfume, worth trying, but on me, it didn’t last very long, which disappointed me. As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of trying this product from #urbandecay ✨ I tested the product in two different ways – partly by mixing it into my CC cream that I use as a base, and partly as a highlighter on top of makeup. I found that it gave the most effect when I mixed it into the CC cream, as it gave the whole base a nice and more prominent glow. 🪩 As a highlighter, it also worked well, but the result was a bit more subtle. However, I don’t see that as a negative, but rather a matter of taste depending on the look you’re going for. If you want a more subtle glow, it’s also really nice to use it that way! I also like that a little product comes out at a time, which makes it very easy to dose exactly the amount you want without risking taking too much. However, I feel that you need to use quite a bit of product for the effect to really show, especially if you want a more noticeable glow. Not quite up to my expectations
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of trying this product from #urbandecay ✨ In short: I think this is a pretty okay setting spray, but unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. I have previously used the All Nighter Setting Spray in the Natural variant and really like it, so I had pretty high expectations for this variant as well. The first thing I noticed was that it has a nice mist that distributes the product evenly over the skin, and it feels pleasant to apply. It also dries quickly, which is always a plus! ✨ I also think it gives a nice glowing finish and makes the skin look fresh. However, I probably expected a bit more radiance considering the product’s focus. 😅 What unfortunately lowers the rating for me, along with expecting a liiiiittle more glow, is that I don’t feel it holds makeup in place as well or as long as the Natural version. It’s important to reapply sunscreen throughout the day, and this product makes it easy… ALSO on top of makeup. As a Lyko influencer, I got to test this new innovation from Smuut, which also has a really cute packaging and is the perfect size for your pocket/bag! 🍑☀️ I like that Smuut’s Peach Sun Cushion cream is fragrance-free, lightweight, and contains the highest possible sun protection. However, I have to say I don’t think it’s the best idea to apply sunscreen to your face with the same cushion from day to day. The cushion picks up makeup, and naturally, your face also sweats on a summer day. Because of that, I can’t help but think the cushion might be contaminated from all previous uses 😅 Also, the price is quite high relative to how much product is in the package (15ml). If you’re not as picky as I am, this product definitely works! It absorbs very quickly, is easy to use and lightweight + easy to take with you! The mirror is also a really nice feature of the packaging. The packaging is simple, cute color combo of blue and green. Like the applicator – feels like I have control over how much I take out. Curious how it will be towards the end when there’s little product left. But most of all, I really liked how the matte version has a matte packaging while the glow has a glowing packaging. I like when it’s obvious that there’s thought behind the product design🙌🏼 Otherwise, they look exactly the same! Tried both the glow and matte versions. Matte has a consistency that reminds me a bit of a primer (see picture). It makes the skin matte. Feels moisturizing even though it gives a more matte appearance. I have combination skin (normal with oily T-zone) and sensitive skin. Got no bad reaction on the skin, so happy about that. Combined with Urban Decay matte setting spray, the skin stays very matte. BUT gave me dry patches around the nose and chin😭 But it should be said that with regular setting spray – it worked a bit better, but still not as desired. Also tried and combined different combos to find the best. Still unsure which combo I think worked best so I have to keep testing a bit. But definitely a trial and error before you find what works best for your skin. I will continue to test different combinations with setting spray, maybe with another serum etc. to still be able to use the product. Many pluses. But unfortunately no new favorite. First impression was the scent – it smells clean and reminds me a bit of sunscreen? Gel consistency, a bit thicker than others I've tried (Vichy Mineral 89 Booster Serum). Absorbs quickly. Feels hydrating without feeling heavy. 10/10 feeling. The packaging is simple. I like that it’s transparent so you can easily see how much is left🙌🏼 Doesn’t feel very luxurious in the packaging and seems to be plastic, but that’s a plus when traveling for weight since it’s light. After trying it for about a week, I haven’t noticed any special change in my skin. I have combination skin (normal with oily T-zone) and sensitive skin. Was so lucky to test this as a Lyko Influtester, and now I can say I’m super satisfied. It’s in beautiful baby pink, fave color🩷 Easy to handle, takes up little space so it’s perfect to take on trips. It really smooths out the hair, I have so much frizz and it took it all away in such a short time. (Now I can finally throw away my old one😂) The only downside is that I found it hard to curl with it, as it was so hot to hold at the tip. So I will only use it as a straightener.
