Good SPF under makeup
Such a light and lovely SPF that feels substantial without leaving an unpleasant feeling on the skin. Works well under makeup. Does not irritate my eyes. Review of Theraface Mask GLO
I have tested this mask for two months (Lyko influencer test) MY SKIN I am 44 years old and have normal/combination skin. I occasionally get a pimple but no major acne problems. USAGE I have used the mask 5-7 times a week. The first month I used the "basic program," i.e., four minutes of each light setting, and the second month I skipped the blue light and did an extra round of red+infrared. The lights work on different things, and I am more interested in what that setting does. Since there was no direct ramp-up or adjustment schedule and I started using it every day, I "burned" my nose. So I covered my nose with toilet paper when I noticed it became sensitive. After that, there were no more problems. MASSAGE There is a massage function that starts automatically but can also be turned off. Which I did. Every time. It’s not a "kneading" massage but a vibration massage, and honestly, I just find it irritating and uncomfortable. FIT I really like the sturdy straps that hold the mask in place. Easy to adjust, and the mask stays where it should. The light shields around the eyes work well, and it’s no problem to watch TV while the mask is working. The mask has a total of 504 diodes, and I love that! The number of diodes is something that usually separates cheaper masks from more expensive ones, and it’s reasonable that it could affect effectiveness. Since there are no holes for the nose or mouth, it covers the entire face. It would have been nice to have a hole for the mouth, but that’s not enough reason not to use it. It doesn’t get hot or anything like that. The fit of the mask suits me well. It rests against the face around the eyes, like a mask, and with the right strap adjustment, it doesn’t press uncomfortably. CHARGING The mask charges with a USB-C, and once charged, I can use it many times. However, I don’t use the vibration, and I assume it uses more battery. RESULT The result? Unfortunately, I don’t notice any direct difference after these months. However, I know this isn’t a quick fix (three months is probably the normal time to see real results if I remember correctly), and I think I would have benefited from skipping the blue light from the start. So the rating is based on how I see it right now. I will continue to use the red and red+infrared light and report back after another two months. SUMMARY This is a mask that feels high quality and comfortable. The neighbors have seen me look like Iron Man when I walk around cleaning with the mask on. I appreciate that it’s cordless. However, I wish there was an easier way to switch between light modes than restarting and scrolling through them from the beginning and turning off the massage. And yes, the massage is not my cup of tea. I’m still waiting for results and believe they may come; we’ll have to wait and see. Not for me
I have tried this product from #lykoinflutester and #no7. Here’s what I think! Cleansing balms aren’t something I usually use, and that’s also why this one unfortunately wasn’t right for me. The texture feels very oily and creamy, and after use, I feel my skin is a bit too oily. I think I prefer cleansers that feel clean afterwards, and I like gel cleansers like Cerave SA or foaming cleansers. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’m the right person to judge how well this performs since this type of balm isn’t my go-to. I like that it has a screw-top, it feels very hygienic! The bottle has a lovely feel with a bit of weight, it doesn’t feel cheap at all. I have really loved this as it gives glow, feels light on the skin, and provides lots of moisture! Great package with awesome content! "Baby hair brush" is a soft brush, perfect for sensitive scalp. Gives a nice shine to the hair without pulling. I've tested it on both my four-year-old's thin, fine hair and the older sisters' long hair. Not particularly effective on tangles, but that's probably not the point. Very comfortable anyway – even if just for the coziness 😊 Top finish on a ponytail! "Baby Wash" is a mild and good soap for sensitive children's skin. No scent and gentle on the skin. We have tested the Estelle & Thild Gentle Care Baby Kit and are generally very satisfied! My 3-month-old son has had some dandruff on his scalp, and he also has some eczema spots that easily get irritated. The soap: nothing to complain about here, it’s fragrance-free so it smells like typical fragrance-free soap. It lathers nicely and removes dirt and grime. It effectively removes the “oily” layer you can get from baby oil without leaving the skin dry. The oil: I also think this is great. The only downside for me is the screw cap on the baby oil. When you’re standing there with a wriggling baby and oily fingers, a pump or flip cap would be much easier. Muslin cloths: as a mom to a spit-up baby, I can never have enough muslin cloths. These are a good size, nice color, and soft on the baby’s skin. 🥰 The absolute highlight is the brush! It’s incredibly soft and nice, and it has been perfect for gently brushing away dandruff without irritating his sensitive skin. Cleans makeup well
I got to test this cleansing balm, and it’s a product that works quite differently from my previous cleansing balms. Before I tried the product, I thought the mechanism was quite clever. However, I was a bit disappointed because the product didn’t come out of the jar as smoothly as I had expected. You have to twist the jar, and the balm comes out as a sort of flake. The twisting mechanism was quite stiff, or the product itself was a bit too firm. I had hoped the product would come out more smoothly. What about the cleansing result? I have to say the product worked for me! When I rubbed the balm on my face, it melted all the makeup and it felt like the makeup not only melted but also disappeared from my face. This hasn’t happened with other similar products, so it was a positive surprise! The cleansing balm itself works very well for me. Unfortunately a somewhat pointless product
I have to say that I find this product a bit unnecessary. These are moist wipes intended to soothe the skin after washing. I have tried to use the wipes after every facial cleansing, but unfortunately, I have not noticed any effect from using them. I have fairly easily irritated and red facial skin myself, so I had high hopes for this product based on its description. The wipes themselves are, in my opinion, in a very functional container. The container is sturdy and has a closing lid, which keeps the wipes moist. The package also includes tweezers to improve hygiene, but I found them a bit tricky to use. In summary; a somewhat unnecessary product that I did not notice any effect from using. I will use up the wipes since I did not experience any negative effects either. I liked this product, although it was a bit unclear to me at which step of the skincare routine it should be used. The texture is milky but not too runny. A lovely hydration
I have tried this product for a few days now and like it more than I thought I would. 💫 The texture is milky and feels lovely on the skin, and it has no strong scent which is a big plus. Nice exterior but worse interior
I have been trying this cleansing balm for a while now and unfortunately, I have to say that I am disappointed. It removes makeup quite okay, but I feel that it leaves a strange tight film on the skin afterwards. My skin doesn’t feel moisturized but rather a bit trapped and dry, which doesn’t work for me as I have dry and sensitive skin. 😕 The packaging is very nice and sleek but also very cumbersome. With wet hands, it’s almost impossible to twist out the product, which makes it impractical to use. I have tried several other cleansing balms before that I really liked, so my expectations for this one were quite high – but unfortunately, it doesn’t live up to them. Before I became #lykoinflutester, I knew very little about make-up. I stuck to mascara. But my interest was sparked and I saw that it was about so much more than just making yourself a little prettier. It’s mindfulness.
