I've wanted to try this deodorant for a long time and bought it when it was on sale. I usually use Ldb's sweet pea deodorant. I'm a person who almost never sweats due to various illnesses and poor blood circulation (I'm always cold). Only recently have I started sweating a little at night (hello perimenopause! 🥴), but it's not too bad yet. 🤞 This deodorant from Garnier has a soft unisex scent, not at all overpowering. Occasionally there's a little breeze that doesn't bother; and it really lasts long without needing to 'top up', which makes it economical. 🫶 A little fun detail for me is that it can stand on two sides. 😃👍 (see picture and video) The deodorant is super mild and doesn't feel irritating under the arm, just comfortable! 🩷 I think it's a great complement to my favorite deodorant which has a more floral-sweet scent. But since I'm not using perfume right now, I like to use my favorite from Ldb. However, I will switch to this one when I find a perfume I like. 🩷 You can tell the quality of Garnier's deodorant is better than Ldb's, which of course you pay for. But who isn't willing to pay a little more for a good deodorant? 😉 Many years ago, when I was younger and sweated more, I used Vichy's deodorant (the original which I can't find at Lyko right now). It also has a unisex scent, unfortunately quite strong. The scent of Garnier's deodorant is much more pleasant. I don't get along with Vichy's at all. Vichy's deodorant is also much more expensive, and I think Garnier has absolutely the same (if not better) performance. For me, it's one of the best deodorants I've used – and I've tried many different brands over the years. Fantastic with SPF50. But I'm not into tinted cream. The times I've used it, I felt like I hadn't properly spread it all over my face. It's very greasy. So not something I would buy myself. Therefore not my favorite, but not a bad product. I really appreciate the scent. It’s easy to spray, which isn’t always the case with similar products. I had hoped it would be more economical and give a bit more shine. Gives shinier hair
I have typically Scandinavian fine/thin hair down to my shoulders, so for me this product works well without a flat iron. My hair became flat and straight and actually shiny with the help of a brush and blow dryer. My friend with twice as much and longer hair, however, needed to use the flat iron before she got a proper straight result. The product smells good and is easy to apply. Very good for removing all kinds of makeup in one swipe and without rubbing. Affordable refreshing gel cream
This gel cream comes in a durable plastic jar and smells nice and, in my opinion, just the right strength. It has a light cooling effect on the skin and despite its texture, it doesn’t feel sticky but absorbs well. The skin feels moisturized and a bit “plumped.” A tip for sunburn is to put the jar in the fridge and then apply generously to face and neck. It then works as a cooling and soothing face mask. The gel cream gets four stars from me as it is actually moisturizing at an unbeatable low price.
