I was curious about the Cetaphil Exfoliating Cleanser right from the start, especially since it contains exfoliating ingredients like PHA, salicylic acid, and mandelic acid. After trying another cleanser that didn’t work particularly well for my skin, it felt very exciting to try something new from the same brand. I have been using the product for just over two weeks, morning and evening on my face and about 3-5 times a week on my back. The cleanser has a thin, gel-like consistency that is easy to work up with a little water. You need very little product at a time, which makes it incredibly economical. The skin feels clean without becoming tight or uncomfortably dry. I have noticed that my skin feels smoother, that unevenness feels less prominent, and that I have fewer pimples. I have also used it on my back and feel that the skin there has become less bumpy. Unfortunately, I don’t have any before pictures to compare with since my phone broke, but I am very happy with the difference I have noticed myself. Overall, I am super satisfied with the product! It is economical, pleasant to use, and has worked well for my skin. I would definitely consider continuing to use it. And you can’t forget the price! Real jackpot! #cetaphil #lykoinflutester

Did not suit my skin type
I received a package from Lyko to review as part of Lyko's test pilot. I got the Cetaphil Hydration Foaming Cleanser , and it was a product I really wanted to like. Unfortunately, it seems this product doesn't quite suit my skin type, but you can follow along with the pros and cons anyway ;) This cleanser has a fairly creamy consistency, a bit thicker, but it’s easy to apply . Unfortunately, it was harder to wash off. Aside from that and just looking at the appearance, the product is sleek and simple and gives the impression of being a good budget product. Additionally, the pump is good, you get a good amount, and you don’t need a lot as it’s very economical. I use this cleanser both morning and evening along with my usual skincare routine, and already after three days I started having problems with pimples, which I usually don’t have since I’ve used my normal skincare products for several years. When I washed off the product, it felt like the skin wasn’t quite clean and didn’t absorb properly either. My usual skincare caused both pimples and also small bumps, I think that’s what they’re called, so unfortunately I had to stop using this product. I might not recommend this product for anyone with combination skin and acne-prone skin, but I think it might suit dry skin or those with more normal skin. The product has a somewhat thicker, creamy consistency that is easy to apply. The packaging is sleek and practical, with a smooth pump and a good size. The packaging and pump function are positive features, and I think the product might suit someone with a different skin type better. Sunscreen that feels like skincare
When I think of sunscreen, I think of something that feels greasy and sticky, leaves a white residue, and just generally sucks. But with this one, you avoid that! This sunscreen has a nice bottle, it has a pleasant scent that is also not too strong. The formula is thin and very runny; upon application, it absorbs nicely but you have to massage it in a bit more if you are like me and have dark skin, otherwise it becomes a white grainy cast. I think the product gave me more matte skin, which I find nice since I usually use products that give glow, so it’s nice to have something that evens it out, otherwise I would reflect like a disco ball. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much sun in March and April, so I can’t answer how well the protection actually performs. But I’ve heard good things about this product, specifically that it should have really good protection, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed and looking forward to using it this summer😍 It gets 4/5 precisely because I can’t answer how well it protects against the sun. Almost lives up to the hype
I received a luxurious package to test in February from Lyko as part of their test pilot, so crazy exciting to get to try this talked-about product. The first impression was that the bottle was sleek, the formula a bit oily but not overly greasy, faint scent of something I can't put my finger on but an acceptable scent. I've tested this product for about a month and still think I see a difference in my skin even though at 24 years old I might not be the right age group to test, as I've perceived this as a product for slightly more mature skin. I feel that this product slightly stings/burns weakly (a bit like plumping lip gloss), which I'm not so fond of, then I tried to figure out how much should be used, which I had no clue about. So I don't know if it should be more economical than how I used it, for me it went a long way! To dampen the stinging, I used the accompanying face cream, helped a lot to get rid of the feeling. The price is totally okay I guess, but if you should use much less than I did, then it's probably quite worth the price. I'm incredibly satisfied with the result, luxurious to wake up to plump and glowing skin every morning! I'm incredibly satisfied! #theordinary #lykotestpilot

Winter's savior for chapped lips
I received this fantastic product from Lyko as part of their test pilot, it was sooooo exciting to see how this product would work. I have tested this product for about a month and I am so pleasantly surprised! I thought this was just another product that is marketed to get you to buy yet another thing without it actually doing anything, but oh how wrong I was. The price is so ridiculously cheap when you consider how long-lasting the product is, you can barely tell I've used it since it only takes a tiny drop on the back of my hand and then dabbing with a finger over my lips. Plus, it's a little cute that it's pink! Usage: I have tried to use it every day but haven't really been that good at sticking with it, but it made me realize the difference on the days I didn't use the product. I find the product to be very watery/serum-like, it didn't sting and I don't think it smelled super strong, which I appreciate. I used this before I went to bed and slept, every night I had it on, I woke up to hydrated lips, which I rarely wake up to in the winter. On the days I didn't use it, but maybe just used Vaseline, I woke up with dry and chapped lips😭 A huge contrast This product is a real must-have! #theordinary #lykoinflutester

Received this from Lyko as part of their test pilot program. Tested this for just over 1 month and think the product does its job. Felt no scent at all which is totally okay for me, but a bit boring. The product is long-lasting and quite waxy, but I really feel that there is a layer on the lips. Unlike another stick I tested, this one tingles much less on the lips and doesn't sting. The product has worked wonders on the slopes, so great with high SPF! I would recommend having some serum or something moisturizing under a layer of lip balm, then you get the best results! Affordable and does its job, but not a unique product #lykoinflutester #carmex

Like setting fire to your lips
No no no😭😭😭 oh my god I wanted to like this because it smells so good! And I was so happy with the Carmex minis that were more liquid. But like, this was like setting fire to my lips, it hurt and burned so much. I tried it several times but it felt the same every time I used it. I even let someone else in the family try it and she experienced the same thing. The lip balm is thick and feels quite waxy on the lips, which I also didn't think felt great. I can strongly recommend Carmex in a tube instead of this. Thanks Lyko for letting me try it, taste is subjective, I hope others experience it better than I did. #lykoinflutester #carmex

Affordable and good
I received these cute little lip balms as part of Lyko's test pilot. Oh my God, they exceeded my expectations. I was initially quite negative due to previous use of Carmex as I experienced that they stung, burned, and dried out my lips. But these 3 made previous experiences feel like a distant memory. First and foremost, they look super cute, but they also smell incredibly good, a nice strong scent that you can smell but not be overwhelmed by. They all feel the same on the lips, and you only need a little product to cover the entire lips. You get soft lips without it stinging or causing discomfort (like some Carmex tends to do). The product is incredibly affordable and also works exceptionally well to use before going to bed, patting in a toner or moisturizing serum on the lips and then applying a layer of Carmex, then you'll wake up with soft and nice lips. I have only had normal-dry lips that you can get in winter, so I don't know how it works if you have dry and chapped lips or if you're so dry that your lips bleed. Received this wonderful product from #mamonde that #lykoinflutester sent to me🥹 Can we just start with HOW CUTE the packaging is of these products????🤩🥹 I have combination skin that now going into fall sometimes goes from overly oily to dry and flaky with washing. I also had a lot of acne in my teens up to 20. Nowadays, I mostly get little breakouts when my skin is unhappy with products. However, I’m not a girl with makeup on, but I do use glow id glow and plump, which sometimes settles quite heavily on the skin. This product doesn’t smell much, so don’t be put off by the name "mint" being included. The consistency is thick but soft, though it doesn’t show well on camera, so I took a picture of the contents before I smeared it all over😂🙈 It’s a small test jar, but I still feel like it did its job and seemed to work without causing breakouts. The cleansing balm quickly and easily removed the residue from my daily products and left my skin clean and nice after the usual cleansing following the use of the cleansing balm. Since the product is supposed to contain AHA, BHA, and PHA, I think you need to test this product over a longer period. However, I don’t have a solid grasp on cleansing balms, so I probably can’t stretch to a full 5 with the price since the product definitely cleans but not much more, so the price brings the rating down a bit. But overall, a product I can happily recommend!

I got this beauty home as part of lykos #influtester, soooooo fun and exciting with new releases🙈🥳 Received this wonderful product sent to me by #lykoinflutester🥹 Can we just start with HOW CUTE the packaging is for these products????🤩🥹 I have combination skin that now heading into fall goes from sometimes overly oily to dry and flaky with washing. I also had a lot of acne in my teenage years up to 20. Nowadays, I mostly get breakouts when my skin is unhappy with products. I didn’t perceive the product to have any special scent, so it’s good for sensitive skin, I can imagine. The consistency is like satin and gives an incredibly nice finish. I tested this in combination with flora glow but stopped using flora glow due to suspicion that it caused breakouts for me. Continued with just this and my other usual skincare products, and the breakouts calmed down and my skin became nice again@ At first, when I tested the product, I was a bit confused about how to apply it since it said it was a liquid mask, so I thought it might at least be a bit more solid in consistency. Now it mostly felt like it was running everywhere, but that probably has more to do with my clumsiness than the product. I followed the instructions and used it in the morning and evening, and unfortunately, it quickly made my skin go haywire, so I had to stop using it. The tricky part about this test is that it’s hard to know which of the 3 products caused the breakout. HOWEVER, I still want to add an important thing, if you have small bumps on e.g. your back, this AMAZING worked. It only took a few days for the bumps to lessen. This gets 4/5 as it’s great, but I don’t notice that it makes more of a difference than any other face cream I have. In the picture where I have a dog paw on my face, you can see how my skin looks after a few days of use and about 8 hours after application
