A new discovery that I have fallen in love with! At first, the product looks like a cream, but when mixed with water, it foams beautifully. A really good exfoliating cleanser
This cleanser exfoliates the skin gently. I like that it contains several different acids while also having gentle ingredients. It is, of course, fragrance-free as well. In the video, I compare it with a similar cleanser from CeraVe. I see no difference between them and the consistency is very similar. Possibly this one from Cetaphil exfoliates in a slightly different way since it contains several acids. š¤ Mandelic acid, which it contains, is really good for more oily and acne-prone skin. A gentle yet effective cleansing
This product gently cleanses while removing makeup. It does not remove waterproof mascara. š¤ It contains good and gentle ingredients and no perfume. Good and gentle cleansing for smaller pores
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing this cleanser from #cetaphil š I am very pleased with the results as I have long been looking for a lightly exfoliating cleanser. A gentle cleansing gel, and thanks to salicylic acid (SA), it exfoliates the skin without harsh scrub particles, making it mild enough even for sensitive skin or during strong acne treatments (I had some acne breakouts on my cheekbones and nose, and these disappeared quickly). š The consistency is quite runny at first but transforms into a pleasant foam with water. With regular use, the product gave clear results: my pores felt immediately smaller (around the nose and forehead), the skin became less oily (on the forehead), and small pimples I had on the forehead and cheekbones disappeared. It is not effective for removing makeup and should be used as a second step after regular makeup removal. Also, it stings strongly if it gets into the eyes, so the eye area must be avoided. I was curious about the Cetaphil Exfoliating Cleanser right from the start, especially since it contains exfoliating ingredients like PHA, salicylic acid, and mandelic acid. After trying another cleanser that didnāt work particularly well for my skin, it felt very exciting to try something new from the same brand. I have been using the product for just over two weeks, morning and evening on my face and about 3-5 times a week on my back. The cleanser has a thin, gel-like consistency that is easy to work up with a little water. You need very little product at a time, which makes it incredibly economical. The skin feels clean without becoming tight or uncomfortably dry. I have noticed that my skin feels smoother, that unevenness feels less prominent, and that I have fewer pimples. I have also used it on my back and feel that the skin there has become less bumpy. Excellent product for small facial impurities
This Cetaphil product gently exfoliates the skin while cleansing it. The product contains no "grains" that scrub, but various acids create a chemical peel. I have also tried this product from #cetaphil as #lykoinflutester. This is a cleanser suitable for both the body and face. I have tested it on both. However, not every day on the body, just sometimes when Iāve showered. But I still think it has helped a lot. I usually sometimes have a few small pimples on my chest and up towards my neck, but now that Iāve used this product in the shower, the pimples are much calmer and the skin feels smoother and nicer. The product has more of a gel consistency and is quite runnyš§ This product exfoliates the skin gently and softly, exactly what you might need. I donāt experience any irritation or anything, but itās not the nicest to get the product in your eyes. Really good!
This is a facial cleanser that can be used daily and leaves the skin soft and smooth. The product has a creamy and lovely texture. It gently but effectively removes dirt and makeup. I always double cleanse my face in the evening, so now I use a cleansing balm first and then this. After that, the skin feels really clean and nice, without feeling dry and tight like some cleansers can leave the skin. I have mixed feelings about this. I definitely think the skin feels wonderfully clean and exfoliated after use, but I get very dry in the face afterwards. Through #lykoinflutester I have had the chance to test this exfoliation from #cetaphil I find this exfoliation to be very mild and gentle on my skin. I have no problem using it every day. It neither dries out nor irritates my skin. I keep it in the shower and I would say it works for the whole family who need a mild exfoliation (read: teenagers) In the first few days, I noticed that the redness on my cheeks subsided somewhat, but after a while, I donāt know if it made a very big difference. I actually got to try this cleanser from Cetaphil. I've mainly used it in the morning and evening on my face. It gives a very fresh and refreshing feeling as well as a nice glow. After use, I feel that my skin is soft and smooth precisely because it exfoliates gently. I also find that it is very gentle on the skin and not irritating; I would say my skin type is normal, and this has worked perfectly for me! A really good and gentle cleanser!
This is a cleanser that I really like! The bottle is generous, has clear text, and the pump has worked well throughout the entire test period. I especially like that it comes out as a cream and then, with a little friction, transforms into a soft, fine foam together with a bit of water. It feels gentle on the skin. Yet it has removed dirt and makeup easily. After rinsing it off, the skin feels clean and fresh, but not tight or dry like some foaming cleansers can make it. Thatās actually one of the things I appreciate most ā the skin still feels soft and moisturized. For me, it gives a very āclean but not overtreatedā feeling. I think itās because of glycerin, which is high up on the ingredient list. It acts as a humectant that helps the skin retain water. But it also contains niacinamide, which strengthens the barrier, panthenol which soothes and moisturizes, and aloe vera. The cleansing agents consist of several mild cleansing ingredients! So the ingredients in this one are a big plus for the rating. I also like that itās fragrance-free. Itās especially suitable for normal to dry and sensitive skin, but I with a slightly more combination skin type have also enjoyed using it! Very effective
This is a cleanser that I really find effective! The bottle is generous, the text is clear, and the pump has worked well throughout the entire test period! It comes out as a lightly flowing transparent loose gel and with a bit of friction still gives a soft foam. Very effective and easy to use. This cleanser combines an effective but gentle cleansing with ingredients that help exfoliate, even out, and care for the skin. What makes the product interesting for me is especially the combination of mild exfoliating agents like BHA (salicylic acid), PHA (gluconolactone), and moisturizing ingredients. Even though I have more combination skin, this has given a slightly more drying feeling afterward than I like. So for me, that takes away one star in the feeling afterward; the skin has felt a bit tight. But instead, the skin has felt very clean and like a good start in the morning before subsequent skincare. It not only removes oil and sebum but also works well against makeup. Good as a regular cleanser, especially for you who are a bit younger. It is affordable and you get a lot for your money! But if you are like me, a bit older, around 50 years and up, then Cetaphil Hydration Foaming cleanser probably suits better, a cleanser I have also tested for a few weeks. Foaming Cleanser
Really like this a lot. Feels gentle on the skin, doesnāt get dry or irritated, or tight after use, which my facial skin can easily become after cleansing. Very easy to use with a smooth pump to get out just the right amount of product, which you then lather up in your hands with a little water. Gently massage into a lightly damp face. Then rinse thoroughly with water and "pat" dry with a clean soft towel. Havenāt tested if itās good for removing makeup, unfortunately Iāve had a rash that prevented me from wearing makeup during this test period. My mom has also tried this cleanser, she had red, dry, and irritated patches on her face so I let her use this. Already after the first day the redness started to fade. And now after about 1 week itās almost completely gone, so she gets to keep it. Really recommend you try this if you have sensitive skin. It has worked great for me and my mom. My skin is dry and sensitive, and I am 46 years old. I usually prefer mechanical exfoliation due to bad experiences with acids; I remember having one from Dr Dennis Gross several years ago that stung and burned, so when I got this in my hand, I was a bit nervous even though it is specially developed by dermatologists for sensitive skin. It says it is suitable for daily use on face and body. However, I havenāt been that brave; I have used it a few times a week on my face. And I must have done something right because my partner spontaneously said: āYou have the softest skin in the world!ā I replied: āYes, but I also take care of it.ā Something that is completely true as I donāt neglect cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing. I think if you have a dry skin type like me, you shouldnāt overuse this but stick to a few times a week for the perfect result; otherwise, I think youāll get even drier.
