Sooo nice on the skin!
Here comes my honest review of #maccosmetics’s new skin tint stick in the shade “medium 1.” I haven’t tried much from the brand before, so it was fun to try something new. However, I have tried and used skin tint sticks quite a bit from other brands. I like the concept! The color I chose myself was “medium 1,” so in hindsight maybe I should have picked one or two shades darker because this one turned out a bit pale. But maybe it will be perfect in winter when you’re at your palest😅 I like the packaging: it’s easy to use, nice with gold and black🖤 I think the application is smooth when you can just draw a few “lines” on your face and then blend out with a foundation brush. The finish I would say is quite light and natural, so it’s good for everyday use or if you’re like me and like light bases even for parties. It still covers what needs to be covered, I’d say, but doesn’t feel cakey or too much on the skin. It feels natural, a bit glowy and nice✨ Absolutely nothing bad about this product! I can recommend it if you want a lighter and more “your skin but better” base. Maybe not for those who like fully covering and more matte bases. Good for both body and mind!
I have also tried this product from #cetaphil as #lykoinflutester. This is a cleanser suitable for both the body and face. I have tested it on both. However, not every day on the body, just sometimes when I’ve showered. But I still think it has helped a lot. I usually sometimes have a few small pimples on my chest and up towards my neck, but now that I’ve used this product in the shower, the pimples are much calmer and the skin feels smoother and nicer. The product has more of a gel consistency and is quite runny💧 This product exfoliates the skin gently and softly, exactly what you might need. I don’t experience any irritation or anything, but it’s not the nicest to get the product in your eyes. But it even says in the product description to avoid the eyes, so I guess I have only myself to blame😅 So this product isn’t as good at removing makeup as the other cleanser from the brand that I’ve also reviewed. Really good!
This is a facial cleanser that can be used daily and leaves the skin soft and smooth. The product has a creamy and lovely texture. It gently but effectively removes dirt and makeup. I always double cleanse my face in the evening, so now I use a cleansing balm first and then this. After that, the skin feels really clean and nice, without feeling dry and tight like some cleansers can leave the skin. I also think this is really good for those of us with slightly oilier skin now as we head into colder times and the skin needs more moisture than in the summer💧 I also don’t experience any stinging in the eyes, and it removes mascara well. Convenient and good pump bottle that will last a long time since one pump goes a long way. This also makes the product very cost-effective. Awesome mist!
As a #lykoinflutester, I have tested 4 different products from #waterclouds. The brand is already known to me, but I have still tried quite a few from the brand. It's incredibly fun that it's a series for shinier hair that I got to test because I recently tried a similar product line from a more expensive brand, so I have something to compare with. I have to say that Waterclouds won🥳 Cheaper and slightly better. This particular mist/leave-in spray has everything you could want in a mist. Heat protection up to 230 degrees is super good to have so you don't have to use a separate heat protectant. But also that it smooths and adds shine to the hair without weighing it down or making it too greasy. Fits perfectly for my bleached, naturally curly/wavy hair, which needs moisture and shine. I have mainly used the mist together with the other products from the same series (shampoo, conditioner, and mask) but have also tested it on its own. Both work great, but I like all the products so much that I don't want to be without any of them😅 The mist has the same nice scent as the rest of the products🌸 Light texture/feel in the hair. Heavenly hair mask
I have had the honor of testing 4 different products from #waterclouds as #lykoinflutester. I’m so so sorry that my reviews are a bit late, but that’s mainly because I missed the date and also because we moved, so it’s been a bit chaotic😅. But here is at least my review of the hair mask/treatment from this shine-giving series. A little about my hair: Coarse strands Naturally curly/wavy Frizzy Bleached Sensitive scalp I have tested a product line with similar products as well, but these from Waterclouds were both better for the wallet and a bit nicer🩷 The mask has a light, lovely almost whipped feel and texture. I like the packaging and the design itself is nice. When I use the mask, my hair becomes very soft and moisturized, I also experience less frizz. I have used the mask together with the other products in the same series to get maximum shine✨ But when you have naturally curly/wavy and frizzy hair, the shine never really reaches 100% like it can with other hair types. It definitely gets much better, but the biggest result is probably seen with another hair type🙈 The result is soft, shiny, and moisturized hair. Wow, what a conditioner
I’ve had the honor of testing 4 different products from #waterclouds as #lykoinflutester. I’m so sorry my reviews are a bit late, but that’s mainly because I missed the date and also because we moved, so it’s been a bit chaotic😅. But here’s my review of the conditioner from this shine-giving series. A little about my hair: Coarse strands Naturally curly/wavy Frizzy Bleached Sensitive scalp I’ve tested a product line with similar products as well, but these from Waterclouds were both better for the wallet and a bit nicer🩷. The conditioner became a real favorite, the best in the whole product line I would say😍. It deeply moisturizes without being too heavy; my hair needs a lot of moisture since I have naturally curly/wavy hair. The scent is wonderful and the tube packaging is convenient. The product is easy to distribute through the hair lengths thanks to the slightly thicker consistency. I leave the product in my hair for a few minutes before rinsing. The hair feels really soft and smooth afterward. I combine it with the shampoo, mask, and leave-in spray from the same product line for optimal shine and moisture✨. Lovely shine-giving shampoo
I have had the honor of testing 4 different products from #waterclouds like #lykoinflutester. I’m so so sorry that my reviews are a bit late, but that’s mainly because I first missed the date and also because we have moved, so it’s been a bit chaotic😅 but here is at least my review of the shampoo from this shine-giving series. A little about my hair: Coarse hair strands Naturally curly/wavy Frizzy Bleached Sensitive scalp I have tested a product series with similar products as well, but these from Waterclouds were both better for the wallet and a bit nicer🩷 The shampoo lathers well without irritating my sensitive scalp. I always shampoo my hair twice and wash my hair about every other or every third day. So quite a bit of shampoo is used, but still this is a concentrated shampoo that will last quite a while. The only negative I can think of is that the bottle is a bit hard, and I suspect that when there’s a little product left in the bottle, it will be a bit tricky to squeeze out the last bit🤭 But otherwise, I think the shampoo makes my hair shiny, soft, and nice. Since I have naturally curly/wavy and frizzy hair, I rarely experience much shine. (Still tried to take some photos to show my little shine😅) I also like the fresh scent that the product has🌸 So absolutely a really good shampoo that works excellently together with its accompanying products (mask, conditioner, and leave-in spray).1 product in post Lovely shine-giving shampoo205 views
