As #influtester, I got to test one of waterclouds' latest releases, their instant dry shampoo! This is basically a dry shampoo but in wet form, super exciting since I've never tried anything like this before! 🤩 The first impression is the scent, wow wow wow, I want to have this soft as a perfume! Great alternative to powder-based dry shampoo!
A little about me: fine, shoulder-length hair that easily gets dirty at the roots but dry at the ends (and that's why I love dry shampoo) and that easily gets weighed down by too many hair products. This dry shampoo is a really good alternative to regular powder-based dry shampoo - it’s not as rough and textured, and it’s easy to comb through the hair after use. It’s therefore also better for the hair and scalp. The downside is that it doesn’t work as quickly and effectively as powder-based dry shampoo. I use it on occasions when it doesn’t go too long between washes or for everyday use, and a powder-based one when the hair is really dirty or I want a little extra "oumph" and volume. This way, I avoid damaging my hair. For me with fine hair, the powder from regular dry shampoo often still remains even after washing, so this is a great thing for my hair type! I was really excited to get to test this new product! I have color-treated, somewhat thin hair that typically gets greasy 2-3 days after washing. Usually, I wash my hair every other day. I managed to try it a few times and I have to say, it really works! I tested spraying it at the roots on the second day, and it definitely looked cleaner after a little waiting and brushing! However, I have to give a minus for the really strong and even perfume-like scent. It was too overpowering for my nose, and because of that, I don’t feel like using the product again right away. Don't like the scent
I have been sooooo lucky to have tested this wet dry shampoo from #waterclouds as #lykoinflutester for a while 🤩 I was really excited when I found out I would be testing this! I have previously tried a similar product that I am really satisfied with. Could this be a cheaper dupe? 🤔 The first impression was good, the design of the bottle is nice. I sprayed 1-2 sprays on the scalp in each section of the hair. Waited a bit before I massaged the product in. The result was that my hair felt much fresher and cleaner than before use 😊 Meeeen. And this is a big but for me. The scent is very strong and masculine, I think. And the scent was there until I had to shower in the evening the next day. I have as #lykoinflutester received this dry shampoo from #waterclouds that I have been testing for a while. Fun to try a dry shampoo since I use a lot of dry shampoos🥰 Both dry sprays but also recently I found a new favorite that is wet, a bit like this one. I think wet dry shampoos are generally almost nicer than regular dry ones, the dry ones often give more product feel in the hair and I don't like that. Also easy to work in and leaves no white residue in the hair. Just quickly sectioned the hair and sprayed in sections 1-2 sprays per spot💦 Then comb through the hair when the product has dried a bit. Absolutely the hair feels cleaner and fresher after using this dry shampoo but I was about to fall off my chair from the stench of it. I read that it should be mild and pleasant in scent but I absolutely cannot agree with that. Oh my gosh, what a masculine and strong scent, nothing that works for me. I could live with the scent if it became milder over time but unfortunately the hair stinks just as much long after application🤥 So unfortunately this is not a product I will reach for. Or yeah, if the scent were mild and a fresher scent (freshly washed as they say) The product itself I think does its job and is good but the scent... Little Disappointment
The expectations for this dry shampoo were high, but unfortunately, I had to be a little disappointed. The product comes in a liquid form, perhaps instead of the more powdery form familiar to dry shampoos. I like this feature because the liquid spray doesn't leave any visible white layer in the hair. When spraying, the hair initially gets a bit damp, but dries quickly. Unfortunately, this dry shampoo did not refresh my hair as I had expected. I hardly noticed that it removed any greasiness from my hair. Additionally, the product doesn't smell very good in my opinion. I would really like a product like this to have a truly fresh and clean scent, as it also promises to remove odors from the hair. Now my hair did have a scent, but it was not at all the scent of clean hair to my nose. I will continue testing the product and try to find a working method of use for myself. Rescues a bad hair day!
I’ve been so lucky to test this new product from waterclouds! It’s a dry shampoo, but in wet form, so it was a bit new and exciting for me. I really like how it makes my hair feel after use. It gets wet in the hair first, but after massaging it in and letting it sit for a bit, it turns into a more powdery feeling. It feels like my hair gets fresher than with regular dry shampoo in aerosol form. Plus, I really like that it doesn’t leave any white residue in the hair, which can easily happen with regular dry shampoos, even though they promise not to leave that. I think it pulls out a lot of oil from the scalp, and my hair feels like it’s had a little wash. Additionally, it smells very fresh and nice! I’ve used it quite a bit, as shown in the video, after a long day with a hat where I feel my hair is flat and needs a refresh. It feels both cleaner and with more volume, and smells much better after use. I also think the price is very good! I have had the opportunity to test this product from #waterclouds on behalf of #lykoinflutester. ✨ My hair is long and thick, with very coarse strands. I have previously had some issues with an oily scalp and dry lengths, but for some reason, the oily scalp has corrected itself (maybe due to pregnancy?) I have still tested the product, of course, after a week without washing and I still really like the result. Even though I can't say much about how it removes the oil, I insist that it leaves the hair soft, fresh, and airy! I also like that it contains AHA, which exfoliates. 👏🏻 It distributes the product well and is a much fresher alternative than “regular” dry shampoos. I’m surely one of many for whom liquid dry shampoo is a more foreign product than aerosol dry shampoo. I got this product to test a few weeks ago, and the experience has been good! I often reach for dry shampoo, as lifestyle changes have made my scalp oilier faster. 😍 I was so happy to get this product release sent home to see what it can do! Waterclouds is nothing new to me. I use their shampoo & conditioner and hair serum among other things. So the expectations were high from the start! 🏆 I have gone through many different dry shampoos over the years, and my absolute favorite is Maria Nila's Cleansing Powder. It is economical and doesn't make the hair feel dusty and rough, but just freshens it up. BUT! It is not easy to apply. 💦 Waterclouds Instant Dry Shampoo, on the other hand, is very easy to apply, as it comes in a spray bottle with perfect spray! It is vegan and contains a mildly exfoliating and moisturizing AHA acid! So it really feels gentle on the scalp. Spray a few spritzes, wait 5 minutes, and brush through the hair. 🤩 I am honestly very impressed with this dry shampoo, and I will definitely continue to use it! It is especially good after a workout when you want to shower your body but want to spare your hair from another wash. I saw that some commented on the scent, but I think the bottle delivers what it promises - it neutralizes odors and makes the hair feel and smell fresh. Don't like this dry shampoo
I have been assigned as #lykoinflutester to test a new product from #waterclouds. This is a regular dry shampoo but it is water-based and sprayed with a pump instead of the powdery variant that most people might primarily use between washes to freshen up their hair. The product is supposed to neutralize odors and be gentle on the scalp and hair. The product is vegan. 🌱 As for me testing: I should start by saying that I don't use dry shampoo particularly often. This product is wet and you need to give it a little time (about 5-10 minutes after use) to see any difference. But I am still not completely convinced that I like it. I prefer a more powdery variant. I honestly don't think this spray makes a huge difference. I've tried many dry shampoos over the years and often find that my hair instead feels even dirtier, coarse, or “powdery” afterwards. Functional New Product!
I tested Waterclouds' new product and I am super excited about it! 🤩 Waterclouds is one of my go-to brands, so my expectations for this dry shampoo were high! 😉 Instant Dry Shampoo contains caring ingredients to support scalp wellness, which is really nice! I often find dry shampoos heavy and drying, but I can't say the same about this one. The dry shampoo is easy to use and keeps hair looking clean all day without leaving a dry or "dusty" finish like many dry shampoos do. Thanks to the spray, this is quite economical, which surprised me! As a downside, I find that the dry shampoo is a bit heavy to wash out of the hair and may require double washing if you've sprayed a bit too much. I also didn't like the scent of the dry shampoo, which is quite strong. It doesn't really smell of the fruits and flowers promised in the description. Silver Refine Highlight Treatment
I have used the Silver Refine Highlight Treatment spray together with the shampoo and conditioner from the same line. I had never used a similar product before, so it was interesting to test it as part of color maintenance. The spray promises to remove lightly warm and yellow tones from the hair, making cool tones appear fresher and brighter. I personally haven't noticed a significant difference in my hair, perhaps because the effect isn't distinct enough after using other products. It's important to be moderate in dosing, as too much can make the hair look a bit dirty.
