Savior for Oily Skin 🆘
This Danessa Myricks Blurring Balm Powder Radiant has been really lovely as a primer! I especially like that it leaves a beautiful glowy effect on the skin and makes the skin look more radiant. Some days, with this, my makeup stays really nice and the oiliness is well controlled, but sometimes the skin looks a bit too dry with this, even though my skin is oily. That's why I still want to test which products and what kind of base I get the best result with. I believe finding the right combination makes quite a difference here. However, I really like how this makes the skin look, and the product is also super economical! The best powder❤️
This Laura Mercier powder has been really good! It doesn’t look quite the same as other brands’ “transparent” powders in the container or when applied, but on the skin it blends perfectly and doesn’t leave visible powder residue. The best feature of the powder is definitely its really blurring effect. It makes the skin look immediately smoother and softer and nicely blurs pores and unevenness. The result looks polished but not too thick or dry matte. It also works really well with oily skin. It keeps shine and oiliness under control and the makeup base still looks neat throughout the day. I especially like that the powder not only looks good right after application but also lasts well all day. The powder is also very economical, so you don’t have to keep buying new ones all the time. This is definitely worth every penny! ✨ The product is really long-lasting, so you only need a small amount at a time, and I believe it will last a long time in use. The packaging also feels really high-quality and luxurious, which makes the product even nicer to use. What I especially like is that the result isn’t just a basic “glowy” or wet shine, but the product actually has tiny glitter particles that give the skin a proper sparkle. ✨ The glitter is very beautiful and finely milled, so the result looks striking without being too over the top. I think this is perfect for parties, nights out, or just when you want a little extra and more noticeable shine in your makeup. For everyday makeup, I might use it a bit more lightly, but for parties, this is absolutely lovely! 💖 The result reflects light really beautifully and looks especially stunning in photos. Effective foundation for oily skin
I really like the matte finish of this foundation, especially because my skin tends to be oily. The texture applies beautifully and the result looks even on the skin without feeling too thick. However, I was a bit disappointed with the shade. I chose a neutral shade because I usually use neutral foundations and don’t typically pick cool tones. So I expected this to suit me well, but the foundation oxidized on my skin to a noticeably more orange shade than I expected. Luckily, I can make the shade work by mixing it with a lighter foundation or applying a very thin layer. If the shade hadn’t oxidized to be this warm, I would definitely give the product more stars. If you get to test the shade beforehand, for example in a store, or already know which undertone suits you, I definitely recommend testing the shade before buying. For me, the neutral shade ended up looking warmer and more orange than expected. Really nourishing and shine-enhancing conditioner❤️
I've really liked this conditioner a lot! I have bleached hair that needs a lot of moisture and care, and this makes my hair really soft, smooth, and easy to detangle after use. The hair immediately feels much more cared for and also looks shinier. I especially like that even though the product is nourishing, it doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy or greasy. After use, the hair feels wonderfully soft and lively. The scent is also super lovely and lingers lightly in the hair. Really good leave-in for bleached hair!
I have bleached hair, so I especially like that this makes my hair really soft, smooth, and easy to manage. It also has heat protection, which is a big plus because I use heat for styling my hair.
