You can also get a guide on how to achieve different hairstyles, and much more! A little extra luxury if you ask me!💁🏼♀️😌 This is a very exclusive styling tool and not everyone agrees that it's worth the money. Here I have the upper layer left. The hair has already been washed, mousse applied, and blow-dried straight. I slept with Heatless curls but have brushed them out. I made curls section by section. First about 10 seconds of warm air, a few seconds of cooler air, and then a clip so the curl can cool in the same shape. Since the airwrap needs some moisture in the hair to grip, I spray each level with a little water and then heat protection. Just a wet heat protectant would have worked too. I put the "bangs" on rollers because I want more volume there. I could have rolled all on rollers but now I wanted to try "pinning" the curls directly from the airwrap. When I'm done, I spray with a little texture and finish spray. Then I went and did my makeup while the curls cool down. Disappointed
Unfortunately, a big disappointment for me. Considering the price, it feels like wasted money. The curls don't hold at all – they fall out after about 10 minutes no matter how much product I use or how carefully I style. I've tried so many different products and watched tons of tutorials, but nothing has worked. I've also tried letting the curls sit in curlers, but that doesn't work either. The tool itself feels luxurious and is easy to use, but the results don't hold for my hair. ✨Essence lipstain pencil and mixed foundation ✨
I tried mixing a bit of Idun's mineral foundation with Lumene's Blur foundation shade 4 today since Idun's “Freja” is a bit light for me. They worked well together. A bit like Idun's and Lumene's CC creams also have a similar feeling, these two remind me of each other. Hey girls and boys!! Here comes an updated makeup routine. All products have varying price ranges, but most are budget makeup brands that LYKO often has discounts on, HOW GOOD!!😍 This makeup has been on since 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, would you have ever believed that? I guess not!😍 Here below you see my routine step by step: 1. Moisturize the skin with Nivea cream 2. Fix the eyebrows with nyx Pencil and Got2b 3. Primer on the face from fenty beauty 4. CC cream from lumene (mixing two colors) 5. Cream bronzer from Caia or Anastasia cream bronzer or fenty cream bronzer 6. Cream blush hickap, Morphe, or another brand. 7. Concealer under the eyes, nose, chin, jaw. Concealer is from Caia or maybline. 8. Powder from Hudabeauty (Poundcake), lumene has good alternatives. 9. Powder bronzer from fenty 10. Powder blush (whichever), but I’ll link one. 11. Setting spray, Caia and hickap 12. Mascara Maybeline 13. Lashes depend 14. Eyeshadow with bronzer or nux palette 15. Setting spray 16. DIY: Brad Mondo's Sabrina Carpenter Cut
Here I show how I did it when I cut my hair and go through the different steps. You can of course also see Brad Mondo's original tutorial (search for Brad Mondo and Sabrina Carpenter), especially if you want to cut shorter curtain bangs, because I skipped that this time (it was nerve-wracking enough anyway😅) I have cut my hair following his tutorial “butterfly cut” for the past year/years, but now it was time for something new! More layered! 🫣😁💕 It should be noted that I have very thick hair, so if you do this yourself (at your own risk of course ❤️💋), the hair may feel thinner than it looks on me afterwards (if you have thinner hair). Are you afraid to cut it yourself? As long as you BRUSH thoroughly (have very wet hair or very carefully straightened, dry hair), place the ponytails where you want them and don’t stretch the hair in the wrong angles, it’s as good as foolproof 🤗 (but again: at your own risk. I take no responsibility for what you do with your scissors 🤗) My brush is from #tangleteezer. When I styled my hair, I first used oil from #kerastase and then Fiber foam from #elenichris. I blow-dried and curled with my #dyson airwrap and had in Raise the roots from #colorwow at the roots. Spray from #rco and then a little more oil. Here you see the difference between when the hair is curled towards the face and away from the face. A quick styling! ✨
Sometimes you have time, sometimes you don’t. In the latter case, this styling with the Dyson airwrap (or equivalent) is a super quick way to make it look like you’ve styled and fixed it as if there was time in abundance 🤗 Of course, you can do this more thoroughly, and I recommend some type of finishing spray for better hold. To improve hold, you can also benefit from some type of wet heat protectant that also gives structure before you get started. "Beat the heat" from #bylyko has light hold, and Techni Art PLI from #lorealprofessionel is a favorite for more hold.
