I’ve been lucky enough to test a series of hair products through #lykoinflutester, and it’s the Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth series. It’s apparently designed to detox the hair from metals, and this conditioner is supposed to smooth, moisturize, and add shine. I’ve only used these products together, and after writing a review on the shampoo, we’ve now come to the conditioner! ✨️ I have relatively long and typically Scandinavian hair, with many but thin hair strands. Honestly, most conditioners usually work pretty well for me, and I’m not that picky. This conditioner comes in a tube-shaped bottle with a snap lid. This means the bottle stands upside down, which has its pros and cons. The advantages are that the product is always close to the opening and thus easy to get out, and that the bottle stands steadily. However, I consider it a disadvantage that water collects in the lid of all bottles designed this way, and that’s something I don’t like, so I usually keep the bottle standing the wrong way 🙃 Now to the actual content. While the shampoo felt rich and concentrated, this conditioner feels thinner. Not directly in consistency, but when you apply it to the hair, it just feels quite non-concentrated and as if not much is happening. BUT you actually notice that it still does something when you start rinsing the product out, and then it turns out that the effect wasn’t so bad after all. Tip: you don’t need to slather on double the amount of conditioner even though it first feels that way 😋 Also, the series is designed to work together with a hair mask, so I can see how they thought of a slightly lighter conditioner and a richer mask. The products complement each other well! The scent is very nice with hints of jasmine and vanilla, and it lingers like a shadow a few days after the hair has been washed. I don’t think it smells too much; for me, it could even have been a bit more 😊 All in all, I think this was a pretty okay conditioner, but I wasn’t as impressed as with the shampoo. As I wrote, I can see how it fits in with the other products in the series, but on its own, it unfortunately doesn’t stand quite as firmly. I bought this balsam a bit on a whim since it’s being discontinued and at a reduced price. I like it to the extent that I’m thinking of buying at least one more, now while it’s still available 😍 The scent is really good to start with. Sweet but absolutely not overwhelming, nor overpowering. The balsam is also economical and easy to work with, really good indeed! It’s thick but not viscous. My hair has benefited from this balsam and so has my scalp (even though I don’t focus my balsam there much). I also think that my hair has been a bit easier to detangle afterwards than with many other products. This checks all my boxes, I must say! The best hair product in the world!
This totally deserves so much praise! Not only does it smell incredible, but I've never had such soft hair before! I really recommend combining this with Kundal's hair oil for silky soft hair🧖♀️ I have bleached hair that is very dry and damaged, I've tried thousands of products to fix this, but of all the products I've tried, this is definitely the best!❤️ I've really struggled with an oily scalp, but I no longer have that issue since I switched to Kundal's shampoo and conditioner🧖♀️ This has so many positive things about it! It's very affordable for so much product! It's made from natural ingredients! You can choose the scent you like best, and the scent lasts a long time in the hair! The hair feels so healthy after use! Absolutely amazing
I was so positively surprised by this. Never experienced my hair being so soft and shiny from just 2 products!!🤩 So much quality for a low price. I don’t think the serum or shampoo is necessary as you get enough moisture and shine from just the conditioner and rinse off alone.
