Also started going to the gym for the first time in a long time, feels great!!! 💪🏼 I think beauty is just as much about the inside and how we feel overall – I’m holistically minded 🧖♀️❤️🩹 Tried all three this week: * , I’m a bit in love with the French brand Caudalie. Tried quite a bit in store, but this is the first product I’ve bought. Oils from grape/avocado/olive. Extracts from grape, shea butter, etc. Refreshing tangy scent of grape leaves and a thick rich cream for the slightly dry autumn hands 🍇🍃 * , clean beauty brand within k-beauty, why doesn’t LYKO sell it?? 😍 – Interesting serum with lots of antioxidants from idebenone and blackberry/acai/blueberry that protects against free radicals (e.g. UV/blue light/environmental pollution). Fragrance-free, mild natural scent – feels lovely! 🫐✨ * – A bit sharp and strong, but very carefully for a very short time it was nice – difference in the skin the morning after, smoother surface and more glow. The strongest acid glycolic acid (AHA), lactobionic acid (PHA), papaya enzyme and microcrystals.
