I have really oily skin, and other mascaras tend to flake or transfer onto my eyelids throughout the day due to the oiliness. This one doesn’t! Love the color, even though it doesn’t look purple, I still use it. Not such a black look, a bit softer. What a fantastic product! I saw a girl on Instagram talking about it as the pure miracle product, and I'm ready to agree. I haven't even used it for a week, but I already see (and feel) a noticeable difference! My hair feels healthier and less frizzy. I was worried that oil in dry hair would make it greasy (sorry skaraborgskan 🤪), but thanks to the light serum consistency and pipette packaging, it's easy to dose. It's economical, so you only need a few drops per day, which are spread over both palms and carefully distributed through the lengths. I've been using this for about a month now. I started slowly with about once a week, then two, and now I'm up to 3 times a week. It's so lovely to use and feels great on the skin. You need quite a bit of serum for it to glide on the skin. I use cosrx peptide serum, and their snail 96 as well as Dr Ceuracles white propolis. I feel like my lines have become a bit less visible, I also use products that have helped with that. But I think this has helped a lot with that. I also see a difference in my scars from acne that have faded a bit. I think it has also moisturized and given a glow after I've used it. I'm not saying it's a miracle cure, but I think it has helped in my quest for a nicer and more even skin 🤗 My skin is combination with a tendency to oily skin in the t-zone and dry on the cheeks and around the nose. I have fine lines on my forehead, around my eyes, and at my mouth. Nothing I want to get rid of, but I don't mind if they are less visible 😜 I've had acne but have almost completely gotten rid of it thanks to isotretinoin. I have larger pores on my forehead, on and around my nose, and on my chin. They have become less visible with the right products. Became drier 🫗
I had heard so much good about this, so I was really excited to try it. I have used it after toner and before my serums and cream. I started by only using it during the day, to gradually also add it in the evening. During this period, I have only added this to my skincare routine. When I test a new product, I try to add one at a time to know what I react to if I react. After about a week, I felt that my skin felt dry after a little over an hour or two. My skin has always been more on the oily side than the dry. But I continued to use it anyway, but the problem persisted. I have used it for over a month. But I stopped using it about a week ago to see if it was the one making me dry. Since I stopped using it, my skin has started to feel more hydrated again. 💦 Unfortunately, I believe this has been the culprit in the drama 👹 Some products don't suit everyone, and even though I think this could be super for someone else, it unfortunately didn't suit me. It hasn't worked miracles, but I haven't had breakouts either. New review of just the "light rose" shade
Otherwise, I have liked this concealer (in other shades), but this new light rose shade was a huge disappointment as I was actually expecting a pink concealer that I could use under my eyes to neutralize bluish dark circles. However, that was not the case for me, as the concealer was actually very orange. I had to check multiple times if I had received the right shade, and I did. The concealer can definitely be used, but unfortunately not for the purpose I expected it to be used for. This primer is a must in my makeup routine. I love my cool blonde hair, always dyeing the roots with this little guy! I always get compliments on my hair color, and if I had to name it, I would say it's an Icy platinum pearl blonde hair color! Can do it myself! ;-) Here below, I’m sharing my hair secrets to achieve that perfect Icy platinum pearl blonde hair color! Good luck!!! :-D When dyeing hair from e.g. red/brown to Icy platinum pearl blonde: Use the bleach from COLORB4. Follow the steps inside the package CAREFULLY! Sometimes two rounds may be required! Don't forget to have a thicker and very moisturizing mask after you've done a bleach with COLOR B4. Otherwise, the hair will become extremely dry and look like steel wool, not because it's damaged, but because all moisture is gone from the hair, Let the hair rest for a few days before you follow the steps below! When dyeing the whole hair: Start by mixing the dye and protecting your clothes, start with the under hair at the back and work your way forward and upward, section by section, take your time, cover with plastic wrap or a plastic bag that seals over the hair for about 30 minutes (this helps to lift the color and make it lighter), then rinse out the hair dye and finish with MILK_SHAKE Icy Blond Shampoo, which you use like regular shampoo that you then rinse out, then take MILK_SHAKE Icy conditioner and let it work for 1-3 minutes and then rinse out. Finish it all off by applying a heat protectant and blow-drying the hair dry! It's also worth getting a hairdresser's cape! *BONUS secret from me if you, like me, experience yellow spots when dyeing the whole hair or at the hairline, I can warmly recommend using the hair dye from Palette in the color 9-1 DIAMOND BLONDE. Then you take and dye the hairline or the whole hair with this before you finish it all off by first shampooing the hair and rinsing it out with the brand MILK_SHAKE Icy. Finish with MILK_SHAKE Icy conditioner in the whole hair for 1-3 minutes and then rinse out. Smells pretty okay but works even better! Absolutely the best I've tried, and I've really tried most of what's offered on the market, everything from cheap to more expensive brands doesn't even come close. I have a short pixie haircut with a fade undercut. I spray on towel-dried hair after the shower, then blow-dry the hair with cool/warm air and comb the hair the way I want it to lay. Was so surprised!!
Sidenote: have thin fine hair strands, scalp that quickly gets oily with bleached highlights that are extremely dry and prone to damage in the lengths (nightmare combo to try to find a working shower routine for). 💇🏼♀️ Actually the first time I bought and tried a volumizing shampoo and was incredibly impressed! Was a bit worried at first that the hair felt tangled. Tried a moisturizing conditioner from Hjärtligt and it gave no heightened feeling either in the shower or after. Put in leave-in, still felt a bit anxious about the coarseness but that could of course just as well have been the conditioner’s fault, a combo that didn’t work. When the hair was almost dry, I dropped a little oil in the lengths and OJ! The hair became sooooo bouncy the second the moisture was added. The effects of the shampoo are absolutely incredible 🥺, bouncy thick hair with magical volume! ✨. I've tested it a couple of times, and it's maybe not worth all the hype. It's not worth putting on after makeup because the product splatters quite easily on the face when applying it at the hairline, and it leaves white spots.
