Clicked this home along with the rouge variant of the cream to powder launch. I have to say I am very impressed✨✨ I have always loved Isadora's products but continue to be surprised when I try new products. This highlighter has a cool light pink shimmery tone, it leaves a nice finish without looking glittery or weird. It looks a bit warm in the packaging itself, but I don't think it feels warm on the skin at all. I have a very cool and pale skin tone and would say this is perfect for me💕 It is very easy to work with as it feels like a cream product, but it doesn't get as sticky as many similar products. The durability is also much better🙌🏻 It is perfume-free, cruelty free, and also affordable. A highlighter I really love, but I don’t use it quite the way you might expect 🥂✨ Prosecco Fizz gives an incredibly beautiful and luxurious glow. I really love the finish! For me, however, it gets a bit too cakey on the cheekbones, so there I use a cream highlighter instead. My favorite spots instead are: ✨️ Bridge of the nose & tip of the nose, just a little dab. ✨ Forehead, THE BEST spot! A light dab high up on the forehead gives such a nice glow and makes the skin look a bit more alive. I really like that it can be used a bit more selectively like this, you don’t have to put highlighter all over the cheekbones to get that little extra radiance and it’s also an incredibly long-lasting formula. The texture is so nice and the particles are very small, which gives you a really #fresh and #glittery finish, without it looking like big glitter pieces on the skin, and I love that! Wonderful cool mauve-like blush combo
I tried a new blush combo that I thought really popped nicely on the cheeks.💜 The base is Idun's powder mineral blush in the color Plum. It's a slightly cooler, lilac-mauve shade, really flattering if you want something other than the usual pink 💗 Over that as a blush topper but also acting as a highlighter, I apply Bareminerals Highlighting Blush in the color Opal Glow. It doesn't give much color but is a soft light pink. My honest review of: "L'Oréal Paris Lumi Glotion" I have used this alone all over my face, as a highlighter, and under makeup as recommended. Using this alone didn't work for me, considering the different tones in my face: darkness under the eyes/red cheeks. It made me look sunburned. However, it is very nice to use as a highlighter on e.g. cheeks. Also great under makeup for "dewy skin", so natural glow. I really like that it can be used in different ways, so I don't have yet another makeup product for a specific purpose. I really like the multifunctionality.
