Picked this up at the post office and was so excited that I unpacked it from the box right away. The bottle is stylish. A perfume you really want to have out in the bathroom. It feels luxurious and elegant, and I immediately felt that this is going to smell good 🫦🥳 I was hooked right from the first spray! The scent is intense at first but soft at the same time, with floral notes without being too sweet 🌺 After a while, I think more fruity tones come through, a bit like orange or mandarin 🍊 I love all the perfumes from YSL's Libre series, but this one is actually the first that feels perfect for spring and summer. Since the price is still low, I thought "eh, I'll take a chance!". However, I was extremely disappointed. It's hard to apply. It's like watercolor that chooses to fall in certain spots on the lips, and not others. I have tried it three times, but each time I've had to slather on makeup remover to sadly take it off. The color itself is also not at all what the pictures show. It's darker and not at all even. Feels like a product for kids to put on the makeup doll of the past. I understand that it can be frustrating when a product doesn't meet expectations ❤️🩹 This liquid lip liner can be a bit tricky to apply, especially if your lips aren't completely smooth before application. It may also be that the shade looks different on the lips than in the pictures 💌 If you want to give it another chance, it might help to exfoliate your lips and use a thin layer of lip balm before applying. But if it still doesn't feel right for you, you can always return it if it's unopened. Hope this helps a bit! 🌟1 likes
