Quick answer: no. I was drawn to E.L.F.'s new eye cream because the jar is orange and it contains vitamin c and caffeine. It gives a little glow but not as much as Origins. Origins gives more radiance. But E.L.F. feels more moisturizing. So a dupe - no, but the products are a bit different so it depends on what you're looking for.
