Natural lashes without clumps
I got to try this mascara as a Lyko Testpilot. The packaging feels sleek and the mascara itself I find both well-crafted and well-pigmented. It separates the lashes nicely without clumping and gives a natural result. However, I have very short and fragile lashes, so the effect was quite subtle on me. I would have liked to see more volume and lift. The shade neutralizes dark areas without looking orange, the formula is creamy and feels unexpectedly moisturizing. The result was a more awake and even look under the eyes, while the concealer sits very nicely on top. It also works well on its own on days when I want a lighter base. It doesn’t provide quite the same coverage, but the feel on the skin is surprisingly similar with a natural, skin-like finish. What I appreciate most is that it moisturizes better than several clean beauty foundations I’ve tested in the same category. The skin feels soft and comfortable all day without tightening, which is unusual for me with dry skin. For me, it has become a really good everyday foundation. It provides just the right amount of evening out, feels light on the skin, and also costs only a fraction of Born This Way. An extra plus is that the ingredient list feels cleaner than many traditional foundations. I've found inspiration to start going to the gym again. Lifting weights is my thing. Tagging products below that I use when I just want to do a quick everyday look that doesn't take much time. I use powder from BeautyAct (Kicks' own brand) so it's not available here on Lyko but everything else is. ❤️ In the first picture, you can see my gym look. In the second picture, you can see how my face looks afterward. LYKO Their makeup brushes I find very good value. Better than Gleeze 🙈 Lyko's face cream with SPF30 works very well under makeup! Great value product!! 😍 As usual, I love the setting spray from Urban Decay.
