OBSESSED!
The word "obsessed" can easily be overused, but honestly, I AM obsessed with seeing my hair in sunlight right now 😅😅😅 I was prepared for the fact that I would have gotten tired of the red, warm copper color in my hair by this point (two weeks), but I'm rather thinking about what I need to buy for clothes since some pieces I've worn a lot as a blonde don't really go well with the red. I seem to want to keep it in other words 🤗 For a while at least! Since I haven't had colored hair much, I don't really have a grip on which color-preserving products are actually good or if they really make that much of a difference compared to just moisturizing products. Does anyone have any tips there? If I remember correctly, Hair Syrup says that their Pre-shampoo oil is supposed to preserve the color a bit. Things that affect the color's durability otherwise are the temperature of the water when washing (preferably as cool as possible), that you should use heat protection (as always) and UV protection and try to be sparing with heat styling. Today's makeup and refresh of the hair color
The red in the shades washes out quickly, and I've understood that the trick is not to wait to maintain the color until it looks really dull, but to support it along the way. That's why I mixed a bit of Bright Copper with Pink Pop and conditioner when I washed my hair the other day, and I absolutely think the shades of red and copper came back to life a bit more! I've been considering copper-colored hair for a long time, but I've also had other ideas lurking, but now we're going for it!! I'm starting now by making my hair DARK BLONDE, and from there I can continue and add a more coppery or red shade. Testing the popular metal dx mask from L’ORÉAL. I think it gave the hair a soft finish, but not much more shine after the first wash. It might come after more washes, but we'll see. The scent was nice but might be perceived as a bit strong for some, so if you're sensitive to scents, it might not be for you. (However, nothing lingers in the hair afterwards). Foundation The reason I think this is one of the best foundations I've tried is because the coverage on this is so good, I would say it's medium-full coverage and you can layer more on certain areas without it getting cakey. I have some scars and pigmentation spots that I haven't gotten rid of, and the foundation just feels like ✨ your skin but better ✨. But on certain areas, I cover with a concealer before foundation since some scars are very red. 02. Mascara The mascara separates the lashes well and I feel like they get longer, my lashes are very typically Asian lashes, straight and don't always hold a curl, but since I started using lash serum, I think they look super nice without curling them. It doesn't clump and you can easily build more. 03. Cleansing balm In the picture, I explain most of the product anyway, but I just wanted to add that since I use a balm, I double cleanse with a facial cleanser afterwards, and then I use a foaming cleanser from Cerave.
