Why is it called Toner? I think of toner as something you can put on a cotton pad and swipe over your face. To cleanse and hydrate. But this one is thick, more like a serum. Applied with fingers. So I don’t understand how it can remove dirt and sebum? Everything just stays. But the skin feels soft afterwards. Have used this instead of face cream sometimes. Two things I can't live without in my makeup bag are these two, Beauty of Joseon sunscreen, which is the best I've ever tried.
