I was really excited to try this product when I bought it because it doesn’t look like any I’ve used before. I have to say I’m incredibly satisfied! It’s a night mask that dries like a peel-off mask. Unlike many other peel-off masks, it’s not made to remove clogged pores or anything like that but is instead moisturizing! It’s applied as the last step in the evening skincare routine, and when it dries, it creates a film over the skin that "locks in" the remaining skincare. I use it on top of a moisturizing night mask on the evenings when I really feel my skin needs hydration. When you remove it the next day, you get a fantastic glow and the skin feels really well moisturized! This mask is perfect for a self care evening 3C3 It is both soothing, moisturizing, and gives a lot of glow. I used the mask for a couple of hours in the evening. When I took off the mask, the result was immediately visible, but it also lasted a long time. I went to sleep after removing the mask, and when I woke up, my skin was just as glowing as when I went to bed! I have a small face and struggle to find face masks that aren’t too big. Oh oh oh, what a mask!! In my 61 years, I have never experienced such a noticeable effect from a face mask before, and I have tried an incredible number of different brands since I love skincare. My skin is mature with a few wrinkles here and there and some sagging around the eyes. It often reacts with redness on the cheeks and sometimes flares up rosacea. Often when skin ages, it loses its bounce and the pores become more prominent. I had the mask on for about 3 hours, and imagine my surprise when I took it off. The pores in the T-zone looked smaller and the skin was so nicely plumped. A beautiful glow all over the face. If I could wish for anything more, it would be more effect around the eyes, so next time I plan to complement with eye patches for a de-puffing effect. A big plus was also that it stayed well on the skin and didn’t come off like I’ve experienced with some others. A very pleasant and effective mask that absolutely did not irritate my skin. The only negative with many of these masks is that you have to wear them for so long. And wearing it while I sleep is completely out of the question for me. Waste of money
Unfortunately, I feel that this mask was a waste of money. I experience that it does nothing for my skin. I have normal skin without any major issues, and my skin is not that sensitive to new products, but every time I have had the mask on overnight, I get small pimples during the day that then disappear after a few days. My skin also feels almost a little sensitive after I have had it on. The glass skin effect they market only lasts for a few minutes before disappearing. The only thing I can think of that this mask is good for is that the skin doesn't come into contact with anything "dirty" like a pillow or hands during the night, and that it locks in skincare. But as I said, I unfortunately think this was a waste of money. Instead, buy a sheet mask that gives moisture and glow to the skin.
