I have had the opportunity to test this duo for a month now, so here are my thoughts: Very natural result on me, so these are really for those with lighter skin who just want a slightly sun-kissed look. I personally prefer to get a lot more tan after using self-tanner, so I will probably go for more intense self-tanners. But this one is definitely nice. 🫶🏼 The scent of the mousse is so-so, but I don’t notice it after I’ve showered it off. I don’t think the drops have any scent. There is no color guard on the mousse, so you have to be careful with the application to get an even result everywhere. I have tried NYX's new Fat Oil body oils and hair and body mist! These oils feel moisturizing and softening and will be perfect now that the sun is making its entrance! "Suga Baddie" is a transparent body oil that gives a nice shine and smells INCREDIBLY good! It will be a great base for any body mist or perfume! This is my absolute favorite of all these! The "Coconut Cutie" oil has a light color and super fine glitter particles that sparkle beautifully in the sun! This one is for you if you want bling bling all over your body! The Hair and Body Mist "Coconut Cutie" is a light and soft coconut scent but not at all too sweet! Cover All Mix The Original
It was time for me to try the popular Cover All Mix from Make Up Store. I tested the light palette consisting of green, red, and beige — and all I can say is that it’s fantastic!! I wanted a makeup look without any kind of base but still wanted to hide the redness. What better than color correcting!!? 😍✨ I used the green shade since green is the complementary color to red. Then I used the beige color to brighten around the nose and at the corners of the mouth. The thin and creamy formula gives a very nice and natural coverage without feeling or looking too heavy on the skin. In my makeup, I used a mineral powder with very light coverage, and this worked perfectly. It’s also great to apply the product with your finger (it can even help to warm up the product so it’s easier to apply). Personally, I prefer a brush because it gives slightly better coverage. I used the “Shading Medium” brush from Make Up Store’s old collection, but any brush works great. Summer is soon here in Sweden and I had the opportunity to try this amazing UV-protection from iomi! The consistency was very light and non-sticky in the hair. It gave a lot of moisture to my very dry hair and made it incredibly soft! I usually have a lot of frizz in my hair due to it being wavy, but all the frizz got eliminated and I still had volume in my hair. It's not heavy at all and it also helped my hair dry so much faster! Here we have a real favorite for sunscreen, simple and effective! 🌸 ☀️ SPF 50 and PA++++ (high protection against both UVB and UVA rays) ☀️ Up to 10 hours of durability on the skin ☀️ Does not sting the eyes ☀️ Does not clog my skin ☀️ Fragrance-free ☀️ Nice finish on the skin ☀️ Does not roll off under other skincare or makeup ☀️ Leaves no white residue on me once absorbed I have combination skin with an oily T-zone, tend to get clogged by creams and sunscreens that are too thick, but easily get dry and tight when moisture is lacking. 💧 I think it's perfect that this can be combined with a moisturizing toner or serum and a light face cream if you tend to get dry, otherwise it also works well on its own 💫 It takes a while to work the product in and it gets quite shiny at first, but if you don't have a lot of products underneath, it dries down and becomes quite natural/semi-matte. If you prefer glow, it looks magically beautiful over a day cream as well. 🤩 I'm bad at remembering to reapply sunscreen on my face during the day, so I'm forever grateful for this one that has durability lasting longer than just an hour or two 😍 If the UV index is really high and I'm outside a lot, it's obviously appropriate to refresh the protection. I got the chance to try some products from MORPHE! Such amazing products for such an amazing price. In summary, all the products are high standard, good pigment, last well throughout the day, and very fun and innovative as a brand! 🤩 Solo Artist Priming Cream Eyeshadow - Wonderful dupe for MAC priming potion in painterly. This one is a bit lighter though! Doesn’t settle into lines and keeps the eyeshadow in place all day. Also makes the eyeshadow colors pop incredibly! I did notice that you need to apply a fairly thin layer, preferably with a brush. Otherwise, it can get a bit patchy. 🩷❤️💖 Cheek Thrills Multi-Finish Face Trio Blind Date - I’ve previously tried the same product in another shade and LOVE THIS ONE! If you apply in the order 1. powder 2. satin cream 3. highlighter/glow it becomes very seamless. LOVE IT! 👽👽👽 6-pan Eyeshadow Palette Sky-Fi - DREAM PALETTE! I got so excited to try these new products from Isntree and have now used their “Onion newpair booster shot” as well as “Plum peptide booster shot” for 1 month. Previously, we found similar variants from the brand VT Cosmetics, so it’s fun that the market for this category of serums has gained more competitors! Both of these serums from Instree contain so-called spicules from red onion and plum respectively. Spicules are microscopic, needle-like particles that have properties simply explained as similar to liquid microneedling. In skincare context, they act as delivery systems for active ingredients by these microscopic particles penetrating the skin’s outermost layer and creating small micropunctures that facilitate penetration of subsequent products. Whether these spicules are felt on the skin is individual and often a matter of getting used to. Personally, I hardly feel the application on my skin, while others experience a slight tingling/burning sensation that quickly subsides. Onion newpair booster is designed to reduce the visibility of pores, unevenness, and redness, while Plum peptide booster focuses on increasing elasticity, firmness, and providing moisture.
