Extremely moisturizing but thick!! 🩷
I've been using this hair mask for a while, as stated in the description, it's recommended for dry, low porosity, and coarse hair (2a-4c). I naturally have 2a/2b but fine/medium thick hair. But I felt that this was still too "thick" for my hair. It was very moisturizing and nourishing. However, it felt like it weighed my hair down a bit! Works great to use as a conditioner. Another downside is that I'm not really fond of the scent. If you have hair that can handle heavy products or with coarser texture, then this is gold! I've been using this overnight mask for a while now. I have the old packaging, but the new one has the same ingredients for those who are wondering! Loved favorite, below are my brief opinions on the product! 🤗 Positives 💚: + Wake up with moisturized and soft hair + Thin in consistency, so perfect for fine hair! + My bleached hair loves it + Perfect to apply to damp hair for extra hydration + Smells good of vanilla, apricot, grapefruit, lily of the valley + Somewhat of a dupe for Kérastase nutritive 8h serum, if you want something cheaper. + Will definitely buy again! Negatives ❤️: - If you are sensitive to scents, it might smell "too much" - If you have a lot of hair, you need to use more pumps. Which makes the product run out faster. For several years I have highlighted my hair and maybe not taken the best care of it, which has made it damaged especially at the ends. My hair is long, but it always "gets stuck" at the same length and breaks off. I have also lost hair at my temples..😔 I have been skeptical about a lot, as I have tried tons of products and spent a lot of money without results. But now, 2-3 months ago, I was scrolling on TikTok and found Hair syrup and saw great results from others. So I took the chance to order when Lyko got them in! Now it has been a little over 2 months since I tested Growsmary, and I just say wow!!! 😍 How I did it: 2 times a week. I first used a bamboo brush to brush through my hair for 5 minutes, then I used a scalp brush/or my hands and gently massaged the entire scalp for about 5-10 minutes to stimulate. Then I applied the oil to the entire scalp and a little on the ends and massaged further before either braiding my hair or putting it up in a hair clip. After that, I let it sit for about 4-6 hours. And rinsed it out by double shampooing. Results: I have noticed so many new hair strands (especially at the temples) My hair generally grows fast already, but it has grown even faster. It feels thicker and much smoother. My ends feel better and my hair overall is shiny and less frizzy!! The first 2 pictures are from September 25th, and the last 2 from December 1st. (The pictures taken with the hair from the side are to show how damaged it actually was, so thin that you could see through🥲). But thanks to the highlights, you can see how much it has grown as well. I also add that I cut off some of the damaged hair in September. And it is already about the same length as before. 🥹 I have now also ordered the Rapunzel oil, so I will alternate between the two and see how it goes! I will update in a few months again. I have once again had the honor of testing products from Waterclouds. My hair is bleached, naturally curly, and not particularly unruly 😅, but this conditioner didn't work so well for me. The positive is that the scent is fresh and luxurious, and the hair feels soft right after washing. However, there is a lot of product, and the hair quickly becomes tangled again. I have tested this shampoo on my bleached hair and I think it cleans well, smells lovely, and has a fresh citrus scent. However, my hair feels a bit dry afterwards, and I would have liked it to provide more softness. For me, it works okay, but I need to supplement with more moisture afterwards for my hair to feel really good. I have been using this product for half a year now. It is good, but I wouldn't say it's worth the price. Pros: - Rehydrates - Softens the hair - Adds shine Cons: - Takes a long time before it shows some effect - Stays soft for 48h - I expected more I have tried many products to revive my hair. I have found other products that are just as good (some better) and that are worth the price. Natural hair oils with good ingredients have given me much better results in a shorter time.
