I have to say that I was positively surprised by this product! I have fine, frizzy, Scandinavian hair that is not colored. It easily becomes static, loses shine, and quickly looks lifeless. I use heat tools sometimes, but not every day. What made me most curious about the Metal DX series is the whole thing with metal particles in the hair (!) apparently common in Europe due to water quality. This can lead to wear, affect color results, and make hair harder to style, so I was excited to see if the product could make a difference. 🧴 Consistency & application The formula is soft, creamy, and at the same time light. It spreads easily, feels immediately nourishing, and doesn’t sit like a heavy film. I’ve tested using it on both towel-dried and dry hair, but prefer it on damp hair, as it “sucks” in better and gives a finer result. 🌸 Scent Pure salon vibes! Fresh, elegant, and professional, lingers in the hair in a discreet yet luxurious way. Not too strong, not too sweet. ✨ Effect – Noticeable difference? Yes, absolutely! After use, my hair feels softer, more manageable, and significantly less tangled. The biggest difference I notice when I brush out my hair – it goes easier, feels less static, and tangled. I had the great honor of winning Björn Axén's Repair Bonding Serum in a contest here at Lyko and have now been testing it since the beginning of September. I thought I would share my experience as a little thank you – and maybe help someone else with similar hair find the right product. I have typical Scandinavian hair – thin, damaged, and often frizzy, so I was very curious about what the serum could do for me. The consistency is relatively light and absorbs quickly into the hair without weighing it down, which I really appreciate. However, I find that it is not super economical; I need to use a bit more product to achieve the desired effect. The scent is mild, leaning floral, and feels fresh without being too much. Effect-wise, I clearly notice that the frizz settles down when I use the serum on freshly washed hair, and my hair feels both shinier and has a better structure. It simply feels healthier and more well-cared-for after use, which makes me want to keep using it. For me, it gets a strong 4/5 stars – the effect is really good, but I would have liked the bottle (50 ml for 290 kr) to last a bit longer. I had the honor of being a Lykoinflutester and testing DKNY Be Delicious Ice Pop in Citrus Splash - Bodymist, and it’s already a big favorite of mine ❤️ I love sweet scents, but citrus fruits are definitely not bad, especially lemon 🍋, and this mist is perfect 💛. I experience that the first scent is a bit of pineapple and peach and lemon, it’s so fresh 👌. There’s also a scent of Peony and Freesia, which I think fits so well in this mist. I have tested many vitamin C serums and can really recommend L'Oréal's vitamin C serum. The price is super good for what you get🍊12% pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid) along with salicylic acid that reduces pore size. It has a nice watery consistency and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky feeling. I also haven't had any issues with it interacting with other products or irritating the skin. Perfect to combine with the sunscreen in the same series (daily UVA fluid). The sunscreen leaves no visible traces and is one of my top chemical sunscreens. Both products smell good and can be used together without any problems. I have long colored hair that was rather damaged at the ends and needed treatment and nourishment. I really liked 🥰 that the mask has this package that is easy to use in the shower compared to masks in jars with locks from other brands. It is an easy-to-use product in the hair. The mask is rather thick in texture and for my long hair, I use the size of a plum that covers everything perfectly. I used the mask once a week, leaving it on for just 3 minutes. The working time is amazingly short. The smell is too strong and too sweet for me because I prefer fresher notes and not so much perfume, so it is a minus. After a month, I feel that my hair is less damaged, with fewer split ends. It is shinier and softer. I have noticed some improvements, like it not breaking as easily as before and feeling stronger. I even tried the balm from the same series that works well, but the mask is thicker in texture and my hair likes it more. I think I will skip the balm in the future and just use this mask instead. I am extremely pleased with this mask. I have already bought a new one for myself, one more as a present for my besties, and even ordered the other mask (moisturizing) to try.
