My 4-year-old Charlie has always hated sunscreen. It has been a whole project every time. But this one – that you just roll on – was the first one he actually accepted. Super lovely face cream!
I had the honor of reviewing products via Lyko Influtester and was pleasantly surprised when I found a face cream that I really like! A bit about my skin: I have combination skin that leans towards the oily side but also gets easily dehydrated. Additionally, I have super acne-prone skin. Therefore, I often find it difficult to find a face cream that moisturizes my skin without causing acne. I can happily say that I haven't had any new breakouts with this product, and it gives my skin lots of moisture without feeling heavy or greasy. The cream also contains hyaluronic acid, which helps the skin stay hydrated all day, as well as prebiotics that strengthen the skin barrier. The consistency is creamy but absorbs quickly and leaves the skin with a naturally soft feel. The only downside is that I don't think it works particularly well as a makeup base, as I find that my makeup gets greasier throughout the day when I use it. I've posted a picture of how the makeup looks over the product – if you have slightly less oily skin, it would probably work better under makeup. Clean without drying out
📌Skin type - combination skin + acne-prone I got this gem from Lyko and have now tested it for a while. But since I was in the hospital for about 3 weeks, the review may not be entirely fair. That said, you still get my opinions! The packaging is sleek and easy to use, nice to have a sturdy lid so it doesn't risk leaking! It withstood some bumps and held up nicely! Mousse is an incredibly pleasant consistency to use on the skin, feels smooth and also lasts a long time. Being in a hospital environment means, whether as a patient or a worker, that you get ridiculously dry skin, so an important part of the routine is to use something that doesn't dry out. This mousse works fantastically, I never felt that tightness you can get after certain washes and I also thought my skin got a nice glow without leaving any greasy film. If you're sensitive to perfume, you might want to be a bit cautious, as this has perfume, but it smells very subtle. Results: I didn't use this every day as I had some days where I could barely open my eyes. Normally, I can tolerate almost all cleansers, but this time I broke out after maybe 4 weeks of use, whether it was due to the product or because I was in the hospital is a bit unclear. I have continued to use this product now that I am home and I still think the breakouts are starting to calm down, so hopefully it was the hospital stay that caused it. It's affordable, smells good, skin gets glowy, and the product is long-lasting🤩 I don't think you can ask for more from a cleanser! Aco Serum
👍🏼Very nice serums that feel great on the skin and smell really good!! 👎🏼HOWEVER, they crumble on the skin no matter what other products I use with them. It's really a shame because I can't use them during the day without ruining my entire makeup or having crumbs fall from my face 🫤 🩷 The pink niacinamide serum smells incredibly good, and after about 1 month of use, I may have seen a slight improvement in the visibility of acne scars. I will continue to use it! 🧡 The Vitamin C serum gives a lot of glow and radiance! I've never used vitamin C and don't really know what it's for 😅 You would actually want the glow during the day, but since the serums crumble a lot, I don't get much use out of this particular serum. 🩵 Hyaluronic acid serum is a must for me, and this one is very nice! Glow in a bottle🔥
I have had the honor of testing ACO's vitamin C serum and must say that it is a good serum for both day and night. Easy to use and dries quickly with a radiant skin as a result. Packaging & Consistency The serum comes in a sleek and practical pump bottle that makes it easy to dose the right amount. However, it can be a downside that it is in glass if you are, for example, traveling or just want to take it with you, as it becomes extra fragile and extra weight. The consistency is light, and the skin really absorbs it right away! I would describe it as slightly thicker than water. Effect & Results After a few weeks of irregular use, I still think that my darker spots have lightened and are less visible, e.g., dark spots from previous acne scars. However, I have basically only used this product when I have been hospitalized and find it difficult to see any very clear results due to my health condition. However, the product deserves a gold star for helping my skin not to dry out completely from the hospital air. Despite a long hospitalization, I have not looked as tired and saggy as one easily does after many days of care. I had the opportunity to test 4 products from Aco as a Lykoinflutester, this ACO Balancing Face Cream 50 ml was one of the products I got to test! A 24h unfragranced cream for normal to dry skin that moisturizes, soothes, and strengthens the skin. After a few weeks of testing, here comes my review, thoughts, and experiences about the product! A bit about my skin type: Normal/combination, mature, large pores especially in the t-zone, great need for hydration, occasional crow's feet fine lines, and sensitive! Occasional pigmentation! The packaging is in a practical simple tube form. Nice clean design! The white formula is creamy, with light pressure to get the cream out through a small hole for the right amount, feels solid to apply to the skin. The cream moisturizes well, however, I need a moisture serum in combination, the skin feels soft and gives a very nice glow! I am very satisfied with the product! I am quite picky when it comes to face creams, and otherwise love acids in my products, but this has really surprised me and my skin! And I love that it is fragrance-free with a clean scent and a 24h cream! I had the opportunity to test 4 products from Aco as a Lykoinflutester, this ACO Face Glow Vitamin C Booster 30 ml was one of the products I got to test! After a few weeks of testing, here comes my review, thoughts, and experiences about the product! A bit about my skin type: Normal/combination, mature, large pores especially in the T-zone, great need for hydration, occasional crow's feet fine lines, and sensitive! Occasional pigmentation! I love hydrating serums, which my skin is in great need of daily. I was very curious to test this with vitamin C in combination with hyaluronic acid. The packaging is glass and is practical with a pump that can be turned to open/closed position, which is very hygienic and practical, simple sleek with a bit of luxury, easy to get the formula out with a few pumps... sometimes it can splatter a bit far, so I have pressed the serum into my hand to avoid spills. Has a fresh mild citrus scent. Contains perfume. I find it mild as I usually react easily to overly strong scents and perfume. I have used the serum morning and night after cleansing! I experience a nice glow, but not enough hydration for my skin, which takes down one star! I still recommend the serum for the nice glow and radiance it gives! A good price! I feel so fresh and nice!
