Allover mist is overall good š¤šŗ
I had the honor as #lykoinflutester to test the Fenty Skin Body Allover Body Mist Hey Bouquet Mini from #fenty! This is an allover body mist whose scent is described as bold floral. š My first impression was that it was a cute bottle, very clean in appearance, with a transparent pink that I think matches the scent. š©· The amount you get I think is good for a mini, and the bottle has a nice size that makes it easy to throw in your bag on the go or travel withš«š I really like the finely distributed mist that is soft and spreads well and pleasantly over the skin. šæ The scent itself is very concentrated and feels very strong and intense at first (almost a bit chemical š). But it is sweet and floral, while also having depth thanks to notes like sandalwood. This makes it a lovely summer scent in my opinion, really vacation vibesšŗ This is a scent for those who really want to be noticed I think the mist holds very well throughout the day, and you notice how the scent changes over time; first quite strong and a bit spicier, but after a while the floral sweetness comes out more. šøš But for me, if you use too much, it becomes just that ā too much ā since it is still quite heavy with sandalwood and pink peppercorn, so I am quite light-handed with this one. Usually I use perfumes and not body mists but was positively surprised how little mist you need and how well it holds throughout the day. Also, I love sweet perfumes but usually lean more towards gourmand than floral ā but this was a nice change that I think will be used quite a bit this summerāļø In summary, a sweet, floral, and summery scent but also spicy and a bit darker. Nice mist, only needs a little and holds well! Natural and dewy!āØš§
Everyone who knows me knows that my favorite makeup product is blush. So trying new ones is always something I look forward to. Thatās why Iām excited to share that I have as #lykoinflutester gotten to test the Futurist Blushmaker in the shade āStolen Glanceā from #esteelauder !! š„³š„³ My first impression of this cream blush was that the packaging felt bougie but also practical: a tube that makes it easy to get the blush out, and an applicator that allows you to be very precise about how much and where you want your blush. I also thought the color was extreeeeemmt pretty!š½ The application of the product was easy with, as mentioned, a nice applicator, and it was also very easy to blend out. Not super pigmented color, but buildablešš The blush is dewyš§ (which I like) and gives a natural flush of color. It also has pretty good longevity throughout the day š„°š«° I, who have acne-prone skin, love when makeup is also caring - which this is with ingredients like raspberry extract and glycerin!! Good - but is it worth the price?
I'm back, and this time you get to see my review of the Double Wear Stay-In-Place Concealer from #esteelauder. This concealer is described to provide long-lasting coverage, oil control, and hydration.š„° My first impression was that the packaging was very nice; simple and sleek, but also looks luxurious (which the brand is anyway). š Then when I read about the product, I learned how well thought-out the stick - design was to adapt to the different functions that a concealer stick can have - which I thought was very fun š¤ I have a combination skin type that is mostly oily, but a bit drier in areas like under the eyes and around the nose. My skin is also acne-prone. š«£ I chose shade 1C because I have a light and cool skin tone, but despite that, I found the concealer to be a bit yellow on me, which I don't expect when I choose a shade that is supposed to have a cool undertone. š¤ The concealer was easy to apply with the stick and had very good coverage. Since it is a matte concealer, it is a bit on the drier side, and I found it easier to blend out with my fingers than with a brush. As promised, the product had good oil control for the oily areas of my skin, but it settled a bit in the lines under my eyes and became a bit too dry around my nose (which most concealers do for meš„²). New day, new Lyko mission!! This time I have as #lykoinflutester tested among other things the Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup SPF10 from #esteelauder !!š The packaging is simple but looks luxurious. I think itās a bit awkward how you distribute the product from the bottle - thereās nothing direct. It becomes harder to control how much product you get out, unless you are incredibly light-handed. It would be better with a pump or something. The product is supposed to be a mattifying foundation, with buildable medium to full coverage that lasts for 24 hours no matter what you find yourself doing. š This foundation is matte, which I appreciate as I have combination/oily skin. But even though itās mattifying, I still think my natural glow shines through nicely.āØ Itās also fragrance-free, oil-free, and should not clog pores, which I appreciate as someone with quite acne-prone skin - and I havenāt experienced that this has affected my pores or caused me to breakout. š„The coverage is good and the longevity too: Iāve had this on for a 12-hour shift as a waitress where you run around, as well as a full day of snowmobiling where I wore a helmet, and I barely saw a difference before and after. Super all-in-one spray!
I have as #LYKOINFLUTESTER tested the ā9 wonders All-in-one No 109 Orangeā from #NOBERU, a brand I have never tried before! This hair product is supposed to be a multifunctional spray, acting as heat protection that counteracts frizz and provides softness and shine. My first impression of the product was that the packaging looked both luxurious and sleek. The scent was fresh but a bit spicier than what I usually go for. The mist was evenly distributed over the hair and had a light consistency. I really appreciate the multifunctionality of the product, as I usually use 2 different products for leave-in and heat protection, but this allows me to use just one! It makes it very simple. I have thick, wavy, and frizzy hair, and I found that this counteracted my frizz and made my hair both smoother and softer!! However, I donāt feel that it shortens the time as it claims to doā¦ but still: Great all-in-one spray! I got to try the ā9 Wonders Anti-frizz Conditionerā from #noberu as #lykoinflutester. The packaging feels luxurious and the scent too, but a bit too heavy and masculine for my taste. I have thick, wavy, and frizzy hair and think this is a super anti-frizz conditioner. Less frizz, the hair feels softer and smoother and looks shinier. This time as #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I got to try the ā9 Wonders Anti-frizz Shampooā from the brand #NOBERU. The packaging looks both sleek and luxurious in my opinion! However, the scent is a bit more masculine for my taste, as I prefer sweet and fruity scents :/ I definitely think this shampoo is good. I have thick, wavy, and frizzy hair, and it feels like this helped combat my frizz and made it softer. This time I, as #lykoinflutester, got to test the āWonderāBond Lash Filler + Hyaluronic Mascaraā from #rimmel! This is described as a lash-thickening volumizing mascara, which is supposed to have intense color and nourishing ingredients! A big plus when makeup products nourish instead of damage!š First impression: basic but nice packaging, I like that itās purple. The brush looked promising, with a bend to follow the natural shape of the eye, and a design that ensures just the right amount of product comes on the brush ready to apply! š„° Then when I finally went to use it, I was actually a bit shocked. Iām quite picky with my mascaras, so my expectation was that I would only think this was just okay - but I was completely wrong! The product is not only easy and quick to use, but the result is incredibly beautiful! My lashes not only get more volume but also look longer and fuller. Just look at the difference without and with! No clumps, and no difficulty separating the lashes! Plus, it doesnāt flake throughout the day eitherš„³š„³ canāt be anything but satisfied! I am a person who is very mindful of my hair health, so it is very important for me to have a good heat protectant every time I use any kind of heat on my hair. Therefore, it was very fitting that I, as #lykoinflutester, got to test Instant Heat Protection from #waterclouds. The first impression of the product was that the packaging was simple but nice, and that the spray had a fresh scent. This heat protectant is supposed to be not only a protective spray that prevents damage from heat, but also nourishing and contributes to volume and shine in the hair.š I have tested a few heat protection products, and unfortunately, I can't say that this one stood out for me. It does its job and protects from the heat, but more than that, I didn't notice anything special. Additionally, the nozzle on the bottle is not ideal, as it sprays in a narrow stream instead of a fine mist, which makes it harder to distribute evenly over the hair. š„² But yes, it does its job, but not much more than that. I don't notice any extra volume, maybe a tad more shine, but the nozzle also detracts from the experience of the product. Hey everyone!š¤ Iām happy to say that Iāve had the honor of trying the talked-about primer āThe Face Glue Primerā from #nyxprofessionalmakeup, a brand that I really like!! My first impression of the product was that it was a fun idea; I liked the comparison that a gripping primer would be like glue for your makeup. Therefore, itās fun that the packaging looks like a little glue bottle, but I still think itās sleek. The primer itself has a consistency that is creamier than I expected, and itās not too sticky to feel messy when applying, but it still becomes sticky enough to act as a good glue for the makeup. It also doesnāt smell like anything in particular, which I appreciate since I donāt like heavily scented makeup products. š„³ This primer is easy to apply to the face, absorbs quickly into the skin, and allows the makeup to lay nicely on top. I also find that my makeup holds up well throughout the day when I use this, and it gives me a glowāļø In the pictures, I show how my makeup looked when I first applied it with this primer and then 10 hours later, with no retouching!! I donāt see a super big difference, and this is even after I shed a few tears while watching the finale of my favorite show š„² The primer is supposed to keep your makeup stable for 12 hours and hydrate your skin for 24 hours. I, who have quite sensitive skin that can react to makeup, LOVE when makeup products have ingredients that also care for the skin š§āāļø I also have acne-prone skin, and this primer is supposed to be ānon-comedogenic,ā which means it doesnāt clog pores, something I always look for when shopping for makeup! š My skin can react to certain products, but I havenāt noticed any difference since I started using this!! And the price - wow!
