Pretty okay
A very fresh and summery perfume! The scent is quite soft and has a distinct lavender note that makes the perfume fresh and feminine, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite give me the “wow” factor. It definitely smells good and feels easy to wear daily, but it lacks that little extra that really makes you fall for it. I also think it leans a bit powdery after a while, which isn’t really my type of scent. At the same time, it probably suits someone who likes calm, fresh, and feminine perfumes without them being too sweet or heavy. 💜 A perfect summer scent 💜
I have, as #lykotestpilot, had the chance to test this perfume from #hugoboss! 💜 I had never used a perfume from Hugo Boss before, so it was very exciting to try it, and I was not disappointed at all! 🤩 When I first saw that the perfume’s top note was white lavender, I was a bit worried because I think lavender can smell very strong and sometimes overpower perfumes and similar products, but that was not the case here! The perfume smells faintly of lavender and jasmine when you first spray it, but after a while, that scent settles down and the base note takes over with a fresh coconut scent. The floral scent is just right and the coconut accords are not too sweet. 🥥 🌼 This is a perfume that is very fresh and a scent that doesn’t feel too heavy, yet it has depth and you can sense all the different scent notes. I also think it feels like a luxurious and sophisticated perfume that suits both everyday use and parties. Additionally, it’s perfect for summer now! ☀️🌼 The packaging is also very nice! It has a lavender-purple box with reflective gold details that make it look luxurious and high-end. Super fun to try a new perfume! I usually like very fresh, fruity, and summery scents, but I thought this one felt exciting with lavender and coconut🥥🪻 First of all, I love the bottle!! The spray is just perfect, I think some perfumes have a short and hard stream, but this one is almost like a mist.✨ It’s also very sleek and fits well in the bathroom cabinet! The perfect scent for summer/foreign trips
I have been testing BOSS Alive Sparkling Lavender for a while now and this is truly a distinct scent and totally to my taste! At first, it has a faint scent of lavender, but not in that classic “herbal” way. I personally don’t find the lavender scent the most prominent, but more subdued in the background. From the start, I also think I detect some kind of citrus? But not as a dominant scent either, it just gives the impression that this isn’t the typical “sticky” perfume but more of a mature and “grown-up scent” – hard to explain here but I hope you understand 🙌🏼 I think you very quickly notice a faint coconut scent, but not in a too sweet way, more soft, feminine, and modern. It’s supposed to be lavender, and I experience it as somewhat floral but not in a bad way, rather with a warm, almost creamy, caramelized softness that makes it feel both luxurious and very easy to wear. A perfect balance between fresh and feminine. What has impressed me the most is the longevity. I need very little product for the scent to last all day, and several people around me have spontaneously commented that I smell good, which says quite a lot. I also like the bottle. The design feels sleek, discreet, and exclusive, which suits the scent very well. For me, this feels like the perfect perfume for summer, vacation, foreign trips, dinners, warm evenings, or just days when you want to feel a little extra. My first impression of the perfume was that it is really strong in scent. A bit too strong in my opinion. Therefore, I would not recommend this if you are sensitive to strong fragrances. Since it is so strong in scent, it makes the fragrance last a long time, throughout the whole day. The scent itself is very nice, it brings out coconut and lavender. A very nice scent for the summer, reminded me a lot of a perfume I could wear all summer long. I also think the bottle is very elegant and practical. I got to try Hugo Boss Alive Sparkling Lavender for 3 weeks and was pleasantly surprised. The first impression is that the perfume feels very fresh, with the lavender really standing out✨ The scent opens quite light and fruity, but quickly settles into a warm and slightly creamy base that makes it feel more elegant. Lovely Scent
I got to test this perfume as a Lyko test pilot ❤️ When it comes to scent, I really like somewhat deep, mysterious fragrances. I like that they are a bit complex and that you can’t necessarily pinpoint the notes on the first sniff 😅 This one has a lavender scent, which gives a very fresh aroma. It also has jasmine, which gives it the depth I like. The base is coconut, which is one of my favorite smells. On my top list of perfumes are, among others, Versace Crystal Noir and Burberry Goddess. Personally, I love this perfume! I think it gives a lovely blend of mystique, depth, and freshness and it’s very summery! I think jasmine might be the dominant note in this perfume, but I also sense a hint of lavender and mild coconut. I didn’t have very high expectations since I usually don’t like summery scents. This scent is a warm coconut scent that lasts🥥. A bit too strong for me.
My first experience with this perfume was that it was really simple but beautiful in design. I put it on immediately and got a bit overwhelmed because it is very deep, heavy, and strong (in my opinion). Once it has settled a bit, it is very sweet, but it really sits heavy and I can get a slight headache from the heavy scent 😬. Otherwise, it is really lovely and has some good notes, I just prefer a lighter perfume. I let my mom try a tester, she LOVES it, which just perfectly shows how different it is from person to person! I can use the perfume in small amounts, but I wish it were lighter. Normally, I like summer scents and flowers, which this has, but the heavy and deep feeling just doesn’t work for me! However, I want to praise it for how long it lasts, I can still smell it at the end of the day. A very fresh floral scent, but one I still find heavy/strong. The positive is that it’s not so cold that it stings the nose, which many fresh perfumes do for me. So it’s heavy, warm, yet still fresh. For me, it’s a bit too strong/heavy, and for those sensitive to strong scents, it might cause headaches. It also didn’t last long on me. I generally prefer perfumes that are light, fresh, and sweet or warm and spicy scents. I think the combination of it being fresh and floral but still warm and extremely heavy doesn’t work for me. However, if you like that combo, it might be for you. The longevity wasn’t great either, but that’s largely individual, so it’s probably not something to take as a given. Unfortunately a big no for me
Right when I spray the perfume, I am met with a scent that I find almost suffocating. It feels very heavy and unfortunately, I got a headache almost immediately. It is a fragrance that takes up an extreme amount of space and becomes too intense for my taste.. The perfume leans towards the tropical side, I would say, and I detect a clear note of coconut. It lacks the freshness that I personally look for in a perfume. I think this is very much about personal taste though. If you usually love: Heavy, warm scents Tropical elements and coconut Perfumes with a big "aura" that can be noticed from afar ...then you will probably appreciate this! Why it didn’t suit me: I prefer scents that are fresh, light, and fruity. My personal favorites are Versace Dylan Purple and Dylan Blue, and compared to them, Alive Sparkling Lavender is just too heavy and overwhelming. If, on the other hand, you are a fan of heavier, tropical scents, it is definitely worth trying – but for me personally, it unfortunately gets a bottom rating. Fresh and Masculine
Good first impression. Nice packaging with a handy screw cap that makes it easy to take along without the risk of the cap coming off. Also a convenient spray function. The scent is fresh and masculine. Not as heavy and masculine as many Hugo Boss perfumes can be (for me), but feels like Hugo Boss quality. Not entirely to my taste as it is too intense, but I appreciate it and think it would appeal to someone who wants to stand out scent-wise. I find that the scent holds well after longer use, even though I personally would have preferred it to become less intense after some time. Masculine and Intense Scent
The perfume comes in a SUPERMAN x HUGO box with the Superman shield on the front. The perfume bottle also has the shield on the front, and on the back, you can see the silhouette of Superman. To open the perfume, you unscrew the cap, which is then attached to a red fabric strap. There is a good pressure in the spray that covers a suitably large area when applying. It is quite an intense and strong scent at first. After about an hour, the intense scent settles down. The scents I can detect are wood, nuts, and a hint of peppermint. It is almost a bit bitter after applying the perfume, which then settles after a few minutes. However, I miss the top notes of citrus and berries that they describe in the text. It wasn't until the end of an evening that I could sense a hint of berries and citrus. Perfect for you if you want an intense scent that is masculine, bold, and with a lot of presence. How a scent is perceived is very individual, and once the scent is on the body, it will not smell the same as on anyone else. I had the honor of trying the new Hugo Boss perfume Superman, and I was very happy and grateful that I got the chance to test this! Here comes my honest review of the product! I will get straight to the point! This is my opinion on the new Hugo Boss perfume Superman! The box: Very nice box! The box gets 10/10 stars from me! The bottle: What a nice bottle with the Superman logo on the front, and on the back, you can see Superman flying upwards! I think it looks cool! It is very easy to screw on and off the bottle, and once it’s on, it stays put. Fun to see something like this on a perfume bottle, instead of the usual cap! I give the appearance of the perfume bottle and the screw function: 10/10⭐️ The scent: This perfume is an exciting combination of sweet and fresh that really captures attention. Initially, you are hit by a sweetness reminiscent of sweet berries, which gives a warm and inviting feeling. But just when the sweetness risks becoming too dominant, a freshness pops up as a surprising twist. So if you are looking for a fresh but just sweet enough scent, I can recommend this one! Longevity: On my skin, it lasts a maximum of 6 hours, then it’s gone. Conclusion: A very nice perfume, but I think it should last a bit longer, think EDP.
