I had a bottle of this serum before that I went through and was on the last drops of it, so I was incredibly happy when I got this to review for you for a few weeks (even though I have tested it for months before) With my damaged skin barrier, it’s hard to find products that really work and where my skin doesn’t react strongly. This serum, which is filled with a lot of moisture and is very gentle on the skin, is the perfect serum for me and my skin! No strong scent! The serum also works very well under makeup without flaking and gives a hydrated look. BEST cleanser for you with sensitive skin
SKIN TYPE FOR REFERENCE: Dry, sensitive/damaged skin barrier at the moment. I was recommended this cleanser a few months ago after I suddenly developed extremely sensitive skin and very easily get a damaged skin barrier. I can say that I have thanked that person a thousand times. This cleanser is so gentle that my skin, no matter how damaged it is, never irritates. It feels like the softest thing on the skin while really removing all makeup without leaving behind tight and dry skin. Instead, I feel truly clean, hydrated, and soft. It has no fragrance and no other strong substances, and for me, it wouldn't have made any bigger difference in the price range when everything is perfect. But the price? So incredibly affordable, and you don't need much product. I usually wash twice when I have makeup to be sure that everything is gone! I just got this product by being a Lyko influtester, but I have gone through several before, and I can extremely strongly recommend this. If you have skin that reminds you of mine. Crumbles on my face
SKIN TYPE FOR REFERENCE: Dry, sensitive/damaged skin barrier temporarily. I love most things from la roche posay, and at first application, I felt the same for this cream. It feels gentle, oily, and fragrance-free, which is exactly what my skin needs. I feel that it sinks in, but it also leaves a film on the skin that can be peeled off, which means I can't use it during the day. (It's in the video, what I mean) However, I have used it in the evening, and I wake up with a hydrated face, which I appreciate! It says it should reduce wrinkles and fine lines, which I haven't noticed after a few weeks of use. Maybe I would have gotten a clearer result if I could have used it both in the morning and evening. Very unfortunate, because I really appreciated the product itself right at application. Great product for the money
I have been testing this Luminizer for a few weeks and I really appreciate it. I have the color Electra, which is the perfect shade to use as eyeshadow. I really like using this type of product for multiple areas, however, it is a bit dark for me right now in the middle of winter but will be perfect for summer or if I have self-tanner on. It gives a nice glow that you can build up depending on how much intensity you want. The product is also very large and will last a LONG time. SO pretty
I'm not really a blush girl, but this was really so naturally pretty. But also a product that can be built up for those who want more. I would say this color was perfect for me, it's neither too warm nor too cool, and I like that you can use it both on the lips, as eyeshadow, and blush. I have dry skin and it lays so nicely despite that. Lasts all day, works well, and blends in naturally with all the makeup I have. Also no strong scent, which I appreciate. Probably works better if you don't have dry skin
I had the opportunity to test this concealer from NARS. I have the shade Chantilly, which has a slightly more yellow tone on me, which was exactly what I wanted. It has medium to high coverage, which is also what I want to cover, for example, my pimples. What I also like is that it is matte, but I don't know if that's what makes it too dry on my skin. I have sensitive, dry skin, and as you can see in the picture, it looks like it "flakes" around the pimples. Which makes me look even drier. I think this works better for me in places where I want to brighten rather than just cover. Which means this isn't a concealer I can use for everything. I've tried warming it up before application, tried applying with both a brush and my fingers, but unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. I’ve had a pretty rough time with my skin lately, which you could see in a previous post. So I was a bit half worried this time when I was going to try something new on my skin. But this serum helped my skin immensely! The serum feels very light on the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue. Right after application, my skin feels calm and hydrated. A bit like the feeling you get when you drink water, if you understand what I mean? No strong scent, no irritation right after application, just gives a nice “hydrated” glow! It also blends nicely with my makeup, which not all skincare does for me. A moisturizing gel that provides a cooling effect immediately upon application. It soothes my skin and has been my go-to in the evening to maximize moisture overnight. I’ve had a pretty damaged skin barrier this fall, and this really helps to calm my skin. It doesn’t require much product either! The only thing I could criticize is that it’s in a jar, for hygiene reasons. But that’s really a matter of taste! You get a matching spatula to avoid dipping in with your fingers, but personally, I prefer it when it’s a pump or tube. But the product itself is amazing! And a product I can really recommend to anyone who needs moisture. Unfortunately not for me
A day cream that is supposed to soothe and reduce irritation but unfortunately did not contribute to that on my skin. 🟢 What I like about it is that it is sufficiently rich for my dry skin. However, there were several factors that made it not suitable for me. The scent is one of them, but that is something I can overlook if the product is good in every other way. However, it does not soothe my skin (very sensitive skin at the moment). Great product, poor packaging
A heat protectant from Waterclouds that you should use after washing your hair, so in wet hair before styling! However, I have dared to use it in dry hair when I want to blow-dry my hair again for a styling with a hairdryer, which has also worked great! ✅ Doesn't weigh the hair down ✅ Doesn't leave a film ✅ Hair doesn't feel greasy ✅ Good price for a lot of product ✅ Doesn't make hair dry It’s of course hard to determine one hundred percent how good protection it has provided, but you can usually tell after several weeks/months? Right? But I think it has met all the criteria that I can feel during these weeks that I have had time to test it! ❌ What I can complain about is the spray function that doesn't give an even spray, but I solved it by instead spraying into my hand and then running it through my hair!
