- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The post was made 2 weeks🩷 My evening routine! 🫧🎀 1. Oil-based cleansing 🧴 I start with my oil cleansing on dry skin to dissolve makeup, sunscreen, and excess sebum. I gently massage it into my face to thoroughly cleanse the skin without rubbing too hard. ✨ Tip - Make sure to massage for about 1 minute 2. Emulsify with water 💧 Then I add a little water and massage until the oil turns milky. This makes it easier to rinse off the cleanser and leaves the skin ready for the next step. 3. Water-based cleansing 🧼 Time for the second cleanse! It helps remove any residue and other impurities so the skin feels clean and fresh. I focus a bit extra on the T-zone where I easily get blackheads and clogged pores. 4. Pat face dry 🤍 After cleansing, I use a clean, soft towel and gently pat my face dry instead of rubbing. 5. Azelaic acid 🩷 - Prescription only! Now I apply my azelaic acid in a thin layer. It helps work on pimples, redness, and uneven skin tone, while also contributing to a smoother skin texture. I try to be consistent but adjust usage based on how my skin feels. 6. Eye cream 👀✨ Then I apply a bit of eye cream to moisturize the area around my eyes. (Important to wait about 10 minutes before applying anything after azelaic acid!) 💁🏻♀️ 7. Moisturizing serum 💦 Next, I use my moisturizing serum to add hydration and support the skin barrier. I think moisturizing is especially important to keep the skin soft, balanced, and less prone to feeling dry or tight. 8. Face cream 🧴🤍 - (Not available on Lyko) I finish with my face cream that helps lock in moisture and keep the skin hydrated overnight. The last part of the routine is just as important as cleansing! 💃🏻 ✨ And that was my entire evening routine! I try to keep my skincare simple but effective and choose products that suit my skin. My focus is on working with blackheads, clogged pores, and redness while taking care of the skin barrier. The post was made 3 weeksRating: 5 out of 5A new favorite! ✨This eye cream has truly surprised me and quickly become a new favorite in my skincare routine! ✨ At first, I was actually a bit unsure if I would notice any major difference, since I have tried quite a few different eye creams before without really feeling that they made any noticeable difference. But right from the first use, I got a positive feeling. The first thing I noticed was that the skin around my eyes felt more hydrated, smoother, and almost a little tightened. You can really feel that the product works with the skin and it gives a very fresh feeling without the area feeling dry or tight in an uncomfortable way 🫶🏼. After using it regularly, both morning and evening, I have especially noticed a difference in my fine lines under the eyes. They feel less prominent and the area looks smoother and more awake. I also think the whole eye area looks fresher and more rested, which I really appreciate! 🥰 Another thing I like is the feeling after application. The eye contour feels soft and hydrated, while the cream doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. It fits very well both in my morning routine and in the evening. The post was made 1 monthA little Get Ready With Me! 💃🏻✨ This is actually the hairstyle I wear almost every day, so I wanted to take the chance to share it and at the same time give some tips on how I keep my hair as healthy and nice as possible. 🤍 ✨ My tips for healthier hair: 1. Shampoo twice and always finish with conditioner. 🫧 2. Use a soft T-shirt instead of a regular towel when drying my hair. It feels much gentler and reduces damage to the hair. 🤍 3. Always braid my hair after drying it. I also try never to sleep with wet hair! I noticed already after 6 hours that the redness had gone down a lot, which the product also promises! 🤩 They are easy to apply and feel comfortable on the skin. They stay on well overnight and I woke up without them having fallen off. The only negative thing I've noticed is that they don't absorb the pimple itself, but mostly help with red pimples. So I usually only use them on pimples that haven't yet become “whitish”. Overall, I am very satisfied. They don't make pimples disappear immediately, but they help them heal faster, reduce redness, and make them feel less irritated. I will definitely continue to use them and can recommend them to you if you want a simple solution for occasional pimples. I have sensitive skin and my hormonal breakouts usually look like the pictures above 🥲. I am always careful when trying new cleansers. Many make the skin feel dry and tight afterwards, but this one doesn’t at all 💃🏻. The skin feels clean, soft, and hydrated after every wash. I’ve noticed that my pimples have calmed down and that I don’t get as many new breakouts. It has also helped reduce redness a bit, which is a big plus for me. I like that it is so mild and that it doesn’t contain any strong fragrance. It feels nice to use both in the morning and evening and works well with the rest of my skincare routine. What I first reacted to was that it didn’t foam up at all, but gradually I still thought the cleanser worked despite the texture 🫶🏼. If you’re looking for a simple and gentle cleanser that does the job without irritating the skin, I definitely think this one is worth trying. Unfortunately, this product really clashed with my skin! It didn’t absorb into the skin as one would have hoped, instead you could feel the product on the face. Since it didn’t absorb properly, I also noticed the product starting to flake off throughout the day on my face. I tried combining this with Dermalogica’s other products and using the SPF as the last step in my routine, but it was not at all the result I wanted. I also noticed I got bumps/pimples on my skin from this product, which is unfortunate! The function and application of the product itself is good, the cream is neither too thick nor too runny.
