Lovely scent – but not necessarily at first sniff
I had smelled this once when I got a sample somewhere, and I remembered that I didn’t like it, even though the original Born In Roma is one of my favorites. When I got a message from LYKO that I had won a giveaway looking for product testers, I of course decided to give this scent a new chance. The initial scent is strongly plum (which probably also explains the color 🤪), and that was almost all I smelled at first, and based on that I thought I wouldn’t like it. Luckily, I had decided to wear the scent on my skin for several days before writing the review, because only on the skin did the heart notes (fragrance oil, also plum-like) and ESPECIALLY the base note, vanilla, come into their own. 👀💜 Now I’m totally in love with this scent, and it doesn’t “hit your nose” right away when you put it on. But a tip: give it a chance to mature on your skin first, try testing it several times and keep it on your skin for several hours. Amazing product for this price 😍
This blush from Moira pleasantly surprised me, really! 😍 The shades are lovely, and the application was super easy. There is pigment, but in moderation, so you won't get clown cheeks with one swipe. On the other hand, it was easy to build up. It blends into the skin like a dream! Usually, I put a cream blush on first and then a powder blush, but I didn't need that for this one. Good and functional, but expensive per kilo
This powder works almost as well as its "more expensive" competitors (e.g. Huda Beauty), I was satisfied with the result 😍❤️ But, even though the price is affordable, the packaging is really small. For comparison: the per kilo price of NYX powder is about €2300, and Huda Beauty's is €1950. And this product definitely does not beat the cult classic, unfortunately. Dries out and doesn't apply evenly
I have to admit, I'm disappointed. I was really looking forward to this launch, but when I finally got to try the foundation, it didn't meet my expectations. The product didn't apply beautifully, but unfortunately clung to dry spots, highlighting them. Of course, I'm not an expert and makeup artist, there could be something wrong with me too. In any case, this didn't work for me. Very pleasant on the lips & stays well!
This is a really good product! Applies smoothly, good color payoff, stays on the lips really well and doesn't feel dry. Amazing, pigmented shades and good longevity!
I've been wanting to buy one of these Yves Saint Laurent Couture Mini Clutch eyeshadows for a long time, and now I've finally fulfilled my dream 😍 I can't help it, I lo-ve the luxurious packaging, which, as the name suggests, is already like a mini couture accessory! 🤭🫠 The four-shade palette is clearly put together with thought, as the shades harmonize perfectly.
