    Lovely Hair Serum

I have been testing the serum for 2 weeks now. This serum claims to be clinically proven to increase hair growth by 214% in just ten days. I have applied it to my scalp every night. I divided my hair into sections and applied 3 drops in each section. This serum is very concentrated and spreads so easily – which I love! It has a gel-like texture. The hair looks quite wet after application but dries very quickly. I also love the dropper on this, it’s very easy to get the right amount of product out. Even after 2 weeks, I still have plenty left in the bottle. I haven’t had any negative reactions on my scalp from using it and feel my scalp is more moisturized. I sometimes struggle with quite a bit of itching on my scalp, which has completely disappeared with the use of this serum. The hair also doesn’t feel greasy the next day, which is a big plus for me. It smells quite masculine when applied, but I think the scent fades once it’s dry. Whether it helps with hair growth, I don’t know yet. Even though it claims to show visible results in ten days, I personally haven’t noticed anything yet. Maybe in the long run! I will continue to use it anyway, as I like how moisturized and healthy my scalp feels. Maybe I’ll get a positive effect with better hair growth over time ☺️ #lykotestpilot#hairification

    Pure Grow Conditioner

I have tested this conditioner along with the shampoo from the same series for ten days on my thin, Nordic hair. The conditioner is rich in peptides that are supposed to regenerate and strengthen thin hair. The bottle has the same cool design as the shampoo. I think the conditioner has a nice consistency – neither too thick nor too thin. It smells like the shampoo – a mild, slightly masculine scent, but I don’t notice it in my hair after rinsing it out. I apply this after shampooing and leave it on for 2 minutes before rinsing it out. The hair becomes easier to comb, but for my hair, I don’t feel this provides enough moisture. It doesn’t feel as soft and pleasant as when using a more moisturizing conditioner. But that’s probably just my hair being a bit drier and needing more moisture. A good conditioner, but not a new favorite for me. #lykotestpilot#hairification

    Pure Grow Shampoo

This is a shampoo that promises a lot! Clinically proven to increase hair growth in just ten days. For me, who has typically thin and Nordic hair, with some thinning at the temples, this sounded very promising. The first thing I have to say is that the packaging is quite unique and looks very cool on the shower shelf. It's easy to dose out the right amount of product. The scent is mild, but like the scalp serum from the same series, a bit masculine. I find the shampoo lathers easily and is very economical to use. I have shampooed twice (as I always do) and followed up with conditioner from the same series. I can reveal that I haven't seen any effect on hair growth in these ten days and the hair felt very dry and tired the first few times I used it, but after a few washes the hair started to feel a bit softer. But it actually makes the hair feel thicker, which is a big plus for me! I will continue to test this going forward, so I'll see if it actually has any effect on hair growth 😅 #lykotestpilot#hairification

    Essence Silky Blur Powder

I’m always on the lookout for good setting powders, and with dry skin, I’m looking for a thin powder that sets makeup nicely but doesn’t emphasize dry patches or change the tone of the base I have underneath. I was excited to test this powder, especially since it’s called “Silky Blur” – it must be a thin and silky powder, right? And yes, the skin really feels like silk. This powder is talc-free, and I thought maybe it would feel less drying on the skin. After application, the skin really looks airbrushed, but unfortunately, the effect is short-lived. After half an hour, the makeup has already started to separate, and I look very cakey. I also feel extremely dry in the skin. By the end of the day, the makeup looks very bad, and I look very oily. I don’t feel like this powder sets the makeup. I also noticed that my eyes seemed a bit irritated by this powder, and I could itch a little on my face. It should also be mentioned that it has a very strong scent, so that might be the cause. The powder has a pink/peach tone and is very brightening, which I think can be nice under the eyes but not on the rest of the face. I had to go over with more bronzer than usual to get some color back in my face. Unfortunately, this did not become a favorite for me. #lykoreview

Hi Isabella! 😊 Thank you so much for sharing such a thorough and detailed review. It’s always exciting to read how a product performs on different skin types, and you describe your experience in a very informative way 💖 It sounds like you really put the powder to the test – from the first impression with the silky soft feel and the blurred finish to how it performed throughout the day. Experiences like these are invaluable for others who are looking for a setting powder and considering if this might suit their needs. Since you have dry skin and are looking for lightweight powders that set makeup without feeling drying, it might be worth checking out the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder, lyko.com/sv/laura-mercier/laura-mercier-translucent-loose-setting-powder-translucent-2 or the e.l.f. Halo Glow Setting Powder, lyko.com/sv/elf/e.l.f.-halo-glow-setting-powder-light. Both are popular options among many who want a light and beautiful finish 🌟 Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience, and I hope you find a new powder favorite soon 🌸

    Lovely Scent

I got to test this perfume as a Lyko test pilot ❤️ When it comes to scent, I really like somewhat deep, mysterious fragrances. I like that they are a bit complex and that you can’t necessarily pinpoint the notes on the first sniff 😅 This one has a lavender scent, which gives a very fresh aroma. It also has jasmine, which gives it the depth I like. The base is coconut, which is one of my favorite smells. On my top list of perfumes are, among others, Versace Crystal Noir and Burberry Goddess. Personally, I love this perfume! I think it gives a lovely blend of mystique, depth, and freshness and it’s very summery! I think jasmine might be the dominant note in this perfume, but I also sense a hint of lavender and mild coconut. I’m going to use this a lot this summer 😍 It’s absolutely lovely! #lykotestpilot #hugoboss

    Recommended!

I have tested these pimple patches and the originals in the red packaging. The red ones worked like magic for me, both on squeezed/open pimples and the deep ones under the skin. The difference between these and the originals is that these are supposed to be thinner and barely visible on the skin. I'm not sure if I can fully agree with that claim, but they are definitely thinner and maybe a bit more comfortable to wear on the skin. However, I have only tested these at night, as I often wear makeup during the day and then these become a bit too visible. I am just as satisfied with these as with the originals! They suck out the pus from open pimples and reduce the size of the deep ones under the skin. I am very pleased and will switch from my regular patches from Cosrx to these 😍 #lykotestpilot#hero

    Fantastic!

I have tested quite a few acne patches, both classic hydrocolloid patches and micro-needle patches. None have really worked that well for me. My go-to is Cosrx’s, as they are affordable and easily available. But they mostly only work about 50% of the time and only on pimples that are already open/popped. I was very excited to test these. (Un)fortunately (depending on 😆) I’ve been struggling quite a bit with my skin lately, so these arrived in the mail at a perfect time 😅 I have tested them on both deep, closed pimples – you know, the ones you usually get once a month – and on popped pimples. And I am actually extremely positively surprised! They worked great on popped pimples, as they are open and these suck out the pus inside, and the pimple is completely flat the next morning. I sleep with them on, as they should stay on for 6-8 hours to work. When it comes to those deep pimples under the skin, unfortunately, they didn’t disappear overnight, but they were at least half the size! I’ve never experienced that before. I can warmly recommend these 🥰 #lykotestpilota0#hero

    Hero Nose Patch

I got to test these nose patches from Hero. I’m a big fan of the pimple patches from this brand and was really excited about these. I’ve tested similar products before, where blackheads stick to the patch when you pull it off. The difference from the ones I’ve tested before is that these are supposed to stay on for 6 hours. These are supposed to absorb oil and pore residue according to the description. I have quite a few blackheads on my nose, so I was looking forward to trying these. After cleansing in the evening, I removed the patch from the protective film and applied it to my nose. But there’s still a plastic film on it that makes it feel very stiff; I managed to remove that too, but it was very difficult to get off without pulling off the whole patch. The patch didn’t smell particularly good and it was a bit uncomfortable to have it on my nose. But when you sleep, you naturally don’t notice it 😅 After 6 hours, the patch is supposed to be white from impurities and you can pull it off. As I said, I have quite a few blackheads, but the patch wasn’t white in the morning and when I pulled it off, I didn’t see any difference, unfortunately. I tested it 2 more times with the same result, so it didn’t work for me. But I probably have more sebaceous filaments than actual blackheads, so maybe that’s why. Unfortunately, these weren’t a hit for me, but a fun concept and fun to try 🥰 #lykotestpilot#hero

    Smells really like honey

I received this product as an Influtester. I have very fine, typical Nordic hair that easily gets weighed down by products. I rarely have success with hair oils, as I feel they often just sit on top of the hair strands and make my hair greasy and heavy (even when I use minimal amounts). This hair oil promises to be light, but unfortunately, that’s not my impression. I think it’s like all the other hair oils I’ve tested before - it sits like a coating on the hair and doesn’t really absorb. However, I do like the bottle. It’s glass with a dropper, which gives a somewhat luxurious feel. But the worst part about this oil is the smell. It really smells like honey - like extremely honey! The scent doesn’t fade either, and I find it way too strong for my taste. So yes, this was unfortunately not a winner for me. #lykoinflutester #hairsyrup

    Moisturizing

This is a body lotion I've heard a lot of praise about for years, but never tested myself, until now ☺️ First of all, I love when body lotion comes in a pump bottle. I prefer it over a jar, as I find it so easy to just pump out the product and apply it. The bottle has a very clean design and looks nice on the bathroom shelf. The cream itself has a very light consistency that is easy to spread. I find that it absorbs quickly into the skin, but not in a way that makes you feel like you haven't applied anything, which I often experience with other body creams. The scent is very fresh and citrusy. I have to be honest and say that citrus is not my favorite scent, but I don't think it smells too strong after it has absorbed, which is a plus for me since I'm not a huge fan of the scent. I feel soft and moisturized all day when I've applied this, and I don't get sticky, which is a big plus since I can get dressed shortly after applying. I absolutely recommend this, but I take off one star since it's not my favorite scent. But the cream itself is 10/10 🥰 #lykoinflutester #biotherm
