Here you can see how my makeup looked before and after the gym. As you can probably see in my hair in the second picture, I must have sweated! The last picture is from my workout, where I trained, among other things, biceps. Proud of myself for managing both 5kg and 6kg dumbbells. I'm not quite ready for a full set with 6kg yet but can handle one round (10 reps) well. Usually do 10-12 reps three times. I trained my upper body yesterday, which is not my favorite, but I also want to get stronger in my upper body. Who doesn't love leg day?
