Does its job!
I have been on a mission as #lykoinflutester to test some products from #kevinmurphy over the course of a few weeks 🤗 This hair mask is part of the Hydrate.me series, which consists of moisturizing and color-preserving products. My hair requires quite a bit of moisture, so I was very happy to get to test this product. However, I mostly have natural hair color (I’m in the process of growing it out), so I’m unfortunately not the right person to judge that particular property. My first impression of the hair mask is that it feels luxurious and professional, as always with Kevin Murphy's products. The packaging is sleek and pretty, and the muted purple color looked really nice on the shower shelf 😁 (Those who have read my other reviews know that I think packaging and especially colors are a bit important!) I personally think it smells a bit dull, it doesn’t smell bad at all but almost nothing at all - suitable for those who don’t want any strong scents. I have now used the hair mask three times, and I felt it was moisturized and lovely already after the first use. It feels reasonably shiny and manageable (as promised), but maybe not more than any other comparable hair mask. Whether it preserves color well or poorly, I can’t really judge, but I have no reason to doubt it anyway. My assessment is that it is a high-quality hair mask, and that Kevin Murphy is a safe and reliable brand. My overall rating gives it a 4 out of 5 - I am satisfied with the result but don’t think it’s a wow product. It does belong to the slightly higher price range, and if I personally am to think it’s worth a few extra bucks, it would need to stand out more from the crowd. I would recommend this hair mask to someone who is primarily looking for gentle products for colored hair, without too much scent.1 product in post Does its job!72 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Not as moisturizing as I want
I have been testing some products from #lykoinflutester for a few weeks on behalf of #kevinmurphy 🤗 This conditioner is part of the Everlasting.colour series, which consists of moisturizing and color-preserving products. According to the description, they should also counteract damage from hard water, which suits me as I live in the countryside. However, I mostly have natural hair color (I’m in the process of growing it out), so I’m unfortunately not the right person to assess that particular property. My first impression of the conditioner is that it feels luxurious and professional, as always with Kevin Murphy's products. The packaging is sleek and nice, but I think many of the colors on the packaging are a bit tricky to be honest 🙈 I won’t let that affect the rating, but it does affect whether I personally would buy it again or not... and I definitely don’t want anything bright orange in my cozy shower corner (haha). Sorry! Other than that, I have no complaints, the impression of the product itself is positive and I like the scent. It’s mild and natural, smells a bit like a sauna (birch!?), suitable for those who don’t want anything scented. My experience with the use is that it does its job, the hair feels soft and manageable after washing. It feels reasonably moisturized, but maybe neither more nor less than any other conditioner really. Whether it preserves color well or poorly, I can’t really determine, I have a bit of trouble stating how it handles the hard water as well on such a short time. I usually like Kevin Murphy's products overall, and I consider it a safe and reliable brand. However, after a couple of weeks of use, I feel that my hair has become a bit more static, I think my hair might need even more moisture than this, I usually focus on products/lines with a lot of moisture. Since Everlasting.colour is primarily marketed as a color-preserving conditioner, I think it’s a bit neglected, but I still think I’ll lower the rating to a 3, since moisturizing is actually the primary function of all conditioners, I think. I would recommend this product line to someone who is primarily looking for gentle but effective products for colored hair, and who wants sulfate-free products with mild scents.1 product in post Not as moisturizing as I want54 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Good but not the best
I have been testing some products from #lykoinflutester for a few weeks on assignment as #kevinmurphy 🤗 This shampoo is part of the Everlasting.colour series, which consists of moisturizing and color-preserving products. According to the description, it should also counteract damage from hard water, which suits me as I live in the countryside. However, I mostly have natural hair color (I’m in the process of growing it out), so I’m unfortunately not the right person to judge that particular property. My first impression of the shampoo is that it feels luxurious and professional, as always with Kevin Murphy's products. The packaging is sleek and nice, but I think many of the colors on the packaging are a bit tricky if I’m being honest 🙈 I won’t let that affect the rating, but it does affect whether I personally would buy it again or not... and I definitely don’t want anything ill-orange in my cozy shower corner (haha). Sorry! Other than that, I have no remarks, the impression of the product itself is positive and I like the scent. It’s mild and natural, smells a bit like a sauna (birch!?), suitable for those who don’t want anything perfumed. My experience with the use is that it cleans excellently, possibly a bit less lather than I would have liked, but that’s a matter of taste. All of Kevin Murphy's products are sulfate-free (to my knowledge), so it’s probably a bit like that, pros and cons simply! I’m satisfied with the result, my hair feels clean and moisturized as promised. Whether it preserves color well or poorly, I can’t really determine, I have a bit of a hard time commenting on how it handles hard water as well in such a short time. My assessment is, in any case, that it’s a good shampoo, and that Kevin Murphy is a safe and reliable brand. After a couple of weeks of use, I do feel that my hair has become a bit more static, I think my hair might need even more moisture than this, I usually focus on products/lines with a lot of moisture. Since Everlasting.colour is primarily marketed as a color-preserving shampoo, I think it’s a bit neglected, but it is still described as moisturizing, and therefore I think I’ll lower the rating to a 3. I would recommend this shampoo to someone who is primarily looking for a gentle but effective cleansing for colored hair, and who wants sulfate-free products with mild scents.1 product in post Good but not the best43 views - The post was made 1 week
Size
Hi! How big is this? Can it hold up shoulder-length hair, or is it more for half-up styles? 🤗1 product in post Size20 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey there Caroline! 👋 This hair clip is about 4 cm long 🤍 It might reach shoulder-length hair depending on thickness, but otherwise I would say it's mostly suitable for a half-updo 🥰 All the best!1 likes

Small handy tubes but...
I have as #lykoinflutester gotten to try these lip balms from #carmex for a few weeks - super fun! I am a frequent user (not to say abuser) of lip balm, which makes me an excellent tester, but I also have high demands 😏 Thanks to my abuse and good genes, I rarely (never) suffer from dry lips, but since I am completely allergic to dryness, I can still assess the moisturizing effect. I consider Carmex to be a classic, a reliable brand that you know delivers. Typical for all their lip products (I think) is that they contain menthol, and also camphor. This is clearly felt in the taste, and although all three variants have quite a strong fruit flavor, it does not hide the menthol. I personally have a bit of a hard time with the menthol taste, I think it lingers for a long time and distorts the taste of everything you eat and drink. Strawberry I think is the one that masks it best, cherry works reasonably well with the menthol, but unfortunately I find the pineapple quite hard to handle. If you have very dry lips, I can imagine that menthol provides a nice relief, but otherwise it is mostly a nuisance, I think. Furthermore, I have very sensitive eyes (dry and easily irritated) and noticed a clear deterioration when I used Carmex. I googled that both menthol and camphor are volatile substances, and due to their strong character can therefore irritate the eyes. If you have no issues with your eyes, you probably don't need to take this into account, but it might be good for someone to know 👀 That said, I am otherwise satisfied with the results of the products! They do what they are supposed to do and feel smooth and nice on the lips. They have a lot of flavor, which I appreciate in lip products, even though the menthol brings my rating down. I think it's great that they have a bit of SPF, but it's too low for me to want to use it in the summer, but great for the rest of the year. In summary, these lip balms do their job, but unfortunately they have some negative properties that mean they won't come close to any of my regular favorites. I also think the packaging is a bit dull, I don't like the colorful designs 🤣 However, this is offset by the fact that they come in a tube, which is very convenient, especially these super small tubes. Unfortunately, it is not very likely that I will buy these again, but that is more due to my personal preferences than the results.1 product in post Small handy tubes but...98 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Moisturizing and Fresh
I have as #lykoinflutester been able to try this lip balm from #carmex for a few weeks now ahead of the launch - super fun! This is clearly noticeable in the taste, though not quite as much in this (Pomegranate) and Tropical as in many of the other products. I personally have a bit of a hard time with the menthol taste, I find it lingers for a long time and distorts the taste of everything you eat and drink. However, pomegranate masks the menthol taste relatively well! If you have very dry lips, I can imagine it provides a nice relief, but otherwise, I find it mostly a nuisance. Furthermore, I have very sensitive eyes (dry and easily irritated) and noticed a clear deterioration when I used Carmex. I googled that both menthol and camphor are volatile substances, which due to their strong character can irritate the eyes. If you have no issues with your eyes, you probably don’t need to take this into account, but it might be good for someone to know 👀 That said, I am otherwise satisfied with the product! It does what it’s supposed to do and doesn’t feel particularly sticky. The pomegranate flavor is fresh and tasty, which I appreciate in a lip product! Compared to some lip balms in a tube, I think the formula feels a bit thin, but that probably depends on how you dose it, I guess... 🤪 I think it’s great that it has a bit of SPF, but it’s too low for me to want to use it in the summer, but great for the rest of the year. In summary, this lip balm does its job, but I also think it has some negative qualities that prevent it from surpassing any of my regular favorites. I also think the packaging is a bit dull, I don’t like the flashy colors 🤣, but I won’t let that affect my rating. It’s not impossible that I will buy this again.1 product in post Moisturizing and Fresh45 views - The post was made 1 monthRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare

In summary, this lip balm does its job, both as a moisturizer and as protection from the sun, but I also think it has some negative qualities that make it not surpass any of my regular favorites. I also think the packaging is a bit dull, I don’t like the colorful designs 🤣, but I won’t let that affect my rating. This is the Carmex lip balm that I am most likely to buy again.1 product in post Affordable and reliable!47 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer
Awesome
Does wonders for the hair. I've been using it for a few weeks and my hair already looks much healthier. I use this on the scalp, in combination with Rapunzel in the lengths.1 product in post Awesome1693 views - The post was made 2 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

Good formula, but maybe not for me!
I have been tasked as #lykoinflutester to test this mascara news from #maxfactor 👸 Their regular 2000 calorie mascara has been a long-standing favorite of mine for many years, and I was therefore super happy when this version landed in my mailbox! It has a nice pink packaging, a bit more playful than the original but still quite sleek. The brush is quite small and made of silicone (?), which unfortunately doesn't suit me very well. However, it is curved, which I do like. My lashes are naturally quite long, but not as thick as I wish, and I usually don't buy mascaras that are meant to lengthen lashes but rather focus on volume mascaras with a "pipe cleaner brush". This one unfortunately makes my lashes look like long-legged spiders 😂 🕷️ But I want to clarify that this does not (!) mean that it is bad, just that there are others that suit my lashes better. Aside from it not being a perfect fit for me, I can’t say anything other than that it delivers what it promises! It has a deep black color, a smooth and easy-to-apply formula that doesn’t clump, and it also lasts all day without flaking or smudging on the eyelids. 👌 In summary, my assessment is that it is a high-quality mascara at a good price, which is probably great for anyone looking for a long-lasting, smudge-proof, lash-lengthening mascara.1 product in post Good formula, but maybe not for me!107 views
