This skin cream is amazing! I love that it feels thin and almost a little watery in consistency. I, who have normal skin, rarely need heavy creams that barely sink into the skin. This cream sinks into the skin quickly and leaves it non-greasy but still hydrated. I like that it comes in a practical pump bottle and that it can be used for both the face and body. I have keratosis pilaris, which is mainly visible on my upper arms, and therefore I often apply it, as hydrated skin reduces the bumps a bit, and this cream keeps my KP at an okay level👌 I prefer creams that have exfoliating ingredients because of this. While I have been trying this cream, I have, however, exfoliated with a scrub in the shower and then applied this cream afterward. Thin, sinks into the skin quickly and leaves the skin soft and nice! 🙏 I have been eyeing the CeraVe Moisturising Lotion before but haven't tested it, so it was perfect that I got to try it now! And I wasn't disappointed 🤩 I have used it 1-2 times/day, and I have dry skin but not the driest of the driest, and it has given me super soft and nice skin! I also have what is called Keratosis pilaris (small red dots mainly on the upper arms) and it has made a big difference in the skin texture. Areas with Keratosis pilaris often feel bumpy and rough, and my skin has become SO much softer and smoother from this lotion! 👏 I have also tried several different products to improve my Keratosis pilaris, but this one has so far worked best, so much fun! 🤩 Since it is thin (but at the same time very moisturizing!), a tip is to use this thin lotion first on the skin, which can absorb more easily into the skin, and then apply a thicker cream over this to maximize hydration if you are extremely dry! 👌 ☆Can be used on both the face & body! ☆Non-comedogenic ☆Fragrance-free ☆Hypoallergenic ☆Super for Keratosis pilaris 100% worth its price! Moisturized without a sticky feeling!
As #lykoinflutester, I got to test this lotion from #cerave I have previously tried a few products from Cerave, but nothing has stood out significantly or made it into my skincare routine as a go-to, so it was really fun to test this to explore what the brand has to offer. I have very sensitive skin with dry patches on my elbows, and dry patches on my face around the eyes, on the forehead, and chin. Additionally, I get quite oily around my nose but dry on the bridge of my nose, so moisturizing is 95% of my skincare routine. I usually use a lot of products that contain hyaluronic acid as my skin thrives best on it. During the time I have tested the product, I have mainly used it on my face as a day cream but also on my body. The first impression of the packaging was nothing remarkable, but I really liked the pump, and the product was easy to dispense without splattering. The product itself was very light and thinner than the creams I usually use for my face, but that’s because this is a lotion and I usually use cream. I really like how light it feels on the skin, but it’s noticeable that it moisturizes as I haven’t experienced any tightness in my face despite the light and non-sticky consistency. It gives a fresh impression of moisturized skin but no special glow. The product sits really nicely on the skin and works great under makeup, almost as if my base sits better than the previous day cream I used, and I feel that the need to mattify shiny areas has decreased compared to previous creams. On the body, this lotion is perfect if you are like me and dislike the feeling of heavy creams that leave a greasy and unclean feeling. I usually only apply it to the areas that are noticeably dry because of this. But now that I like the consistency on the skin and it absorbs quickly, it feels like I have found a go-to body cream but also a day cream. The only negative I can think of about this product is that it provides light moisture, so it needs to be combined with a heavier/fatter cream for my driest areas not to dry out during the day. So in summary, this product is tailor-made for those of you who have sensitive and very dry skin but dislike the feeling of stickiness. This is really a super good moisturizing cream that makes the skin soft and smooth without any irritation. I, who have normal-dry and very easily irritated skin, can use this both on the body and on the face. I love that it is fragrance-free and very gentle on the skin. Very good moisturizer!
I have tested this moisturizer from Cerave and think it is a good and reasonably priced cream! It has a very thin consistency, is very easy to spread, and absorbs quickly into the skin. Still, it provides a lot of moisture, and after a few days of use, my skin, which was quite dry, is much better! It is hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and smells like almost nothing, which is a big plus if you have slightly sensitive skin or don't like strong scents in products. I actually like it when products have a bit of a scent, but I think it's nice to have some fragrance-free options if I'm using multiple products at the same time so they don't clash. I think the price is very good considering that the product is good and the bottle is very large, it lasts a long time! I also really like pump bottles compared to jars as it is more hygienic. A good and gentle cream that feels nice
Now that autumn is here, the skin gets extra dry. It was super nice to test this cream for dry to very dry skin from CeraVe. It is fragrance-free, and I often find that products smell unpleasant. This one doesn’t, it just smells a little clean. I have also used CeraVe's products a lot in the past, and I think they are especially good for dry skin, and their products work well for sensitive skin. Positives: ➕ Very good consistency, it is «silky soft» ➕ Easy to wash off from hands after application (just need to use water) ➕ Absorbs quickly and skin feels more hydrated afterwards ➕ Nice size that fits well standing in the shower (I apply it right after drying with a towel after showering) ➕ Good packaging, the pump works well, you can tell it is «solidly» made ➕ Feels good on the skin, without fragrance and «clean»/neutral Negatives: ➖ This was probably too «rich» to use all over my face. I got pimples around my nose, but on my forehead, where I often get oily, it was nice to use. Therefore, I mostly used it on my body: shins and dry areas that I often have on hands, elbows (and over my knees for some reason). ➖ Results don’t last very long, needs to be used regularly. All in all, a very good cream, CeraVe is a go-to. I received Cerave's moisturizer. I've bought it myself maaany times. So I can safely say it's a favorite for me. I use self-tanner regularly, and I need a good moisturizer that doesn't ruin the tan and actually makes it last longer. This cream does the job✨ The cream is light in consistency and absorbs quickly. I feel it keeps my skin hydrated for a long time. No irritation or scent. Suitable for use all the time. I haven't used it on my face. Good moisturizer from Cerave. I've tested this cream for a few weeks, and I'm surprisingly satisfied. I have sensitive, moisture-deprived, and irritated skin - a very difficult combination. As #lykoinflutester I received a cerave Daily Moisturising Lotion to try. It comes in a good sized pump bottle. That I really appreciate. It’s very easy to use. The design is simple and functional. Product it self is light and milky. It absorbs fast and is easy to rub in. Non greasy so very easy to put on clothes afterwards. No fragrance so it’s neutral in that sense. It can be used on face and body. I have normal skin and usually use a light moisturizer after shower and a thicker one if I feel I need more moisture or after shaves. Im very ok with fragrance if I like the scent . Otherwise I prefer a fragrance free product. I used it mainly as a body moisturizer. As it has a light formula I can see how it can be used on face aswell. For me it works great as a daily moisturizer and it provides enough comfort and moisture that I expect. As it’s fragrance free it’s a great option for after shaving or after having a treatment such as IPL. For my personal preference this is perfect and provides moisture and comfort all day long . Both on my face and body.. of course now that the cold is starting to come, I become much… much drier 🤷♀️ I have problems with dry patches, like in the elbows, feet, neck. I am very careful and moisturize my body after every shower, sometimes every day. Depending on whether I have areas that become extra dry. I work in the industry, so the air is dry. I wear work shoes every day, which makes my feet become trapped and dry 🫣 now I’m babbling about feet, but feel free to check the pictures so you understand. This cream saved my dry patch on my foot 😃 About the product 💙 The best thing I know - PUMP! If you moisturize as much as I do, then pump is the most convenient, easiest to use! You get exactly the amount you want 🙌🏼 You don’t accidentally press the bottle and it dispenses double the amount you need! The scent 💙 It doesn’t smell like anything. It has the typical “thick perfume” lotion scent. Consistency 💙 Very light and thin consistency ( 📷 see video ) I usually only use thick and very greasy creams, so this was something new. I have "bumps" on my arms and legs, and I've used the CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser in the shower on my body since it's way too strong for my face. I've also used a scrub glove and have gotten the smoothest skin I've ever had!!! After the shower, I've used lotion from the same line and my skin really can't be compared from before/after use.
