Super Universal Cream
So, perfect timing to test this super cream from La Roche-Posay. It has become winter and cold, and this must be the perfect cream for irritated and dry winter skin..! First: My skin is sensitive, irritated, and lacking moisture. A crappy combination that often gets worse in winter. Cold creams can tend to irritate the skin more and clog pores, but this one is in a different league. The first few days I tested this cream, I used it as a night cream. It is quite thick in consistency and needs to be worked in, and right after application, the skin looks a bit shiny. Very comfortable on, and the skin feels much less dry and moisture-deprived. Now that winter has fully arrived, I have also used it as a day cream, and I am very impressed! It keeps the skin in check throughout the day, and the makeup sits surprisingly well on top. I was a bit skeptical about whether it would crack, clump, or if the skin would become too «shiny» throughout the day, but the concern was unfounded. It sits like a charm – and the skin feels better than it has in a long time! I have used creams in all price ranges. Last one for rosacea skin that cost 1500,- and this one for a fraction of the price is MUCH better. Can really be recommended. #lykoinflutester #larocheposay1 product in post Super Universal Cream2111 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Good cream for the cold season
I have been lucky to receive this product sent home as #lykoinflutester via #larocheposay I have previously bought this product myself as I was recommended it due to my dry skin. I have atopic eczema, and in the past year, I have developed stubborn patches of eczema on my eyelid/brow bone. Therefore, I have used this cream primarily on them and also on my dry elbows. Since I used this a long time ago and didn't get hooked, it was fun to do a proper test again. The product is very economical, and you need very little product, so I think the product is very good value for money. The consistency of the product is something I have a bit of trouble with, and in previous purchases, I have reacted to it; it is very thick and takes a bit of time to blend into the skin. It takes a while before the white cream blends in and is not visible on the skin. It becomes very greasy once it has sunk in. So therefore, this cream is something I would primarily use at night or when I have very extremely dry patches or use very little product during the day. The positive I have experienced with this product is that it is very soothing for my eczema and helps to reduce the "flaking" and redness. I have used this cream a bit sporadically to assess the difference it makes and have found that after 1-2 days of consecutive use (morning and evening) on my brow bone/eyelids, the eczema is practically unnoticeable. However, due to my skin diagnosis, it takes very little for it to flare up, e.g., from using makeup. So this product is not something I have experienced as a miracle product against eczema, but absolutely a lifesaver for dry skin during the winter months. This product is a very good product to have at home and use as needed, especially now during the colder season. I think this product is reparative and works excellently for dry skin, but what brings down the rating for me is the consistency as I find it a bit hard to absorb/mix. But it is definitely a product I will have at home as it is very economical and lasts a long time and is necessary for those times when you have extremely dry patches.1 product in post Good cream for the cold season - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. A universal skin savior!
I have been using Cicaplast Balm B5+ for several years now, and I must say: this is one of the most versatile and repairing products I have ever had. It truly deserves a 5-star diploma. I have always bought this product when autumn comes, but this time I was so lucky to receive the product as #lykoinflutester 💕The review is therefore based on my year-long experience with the product. What makes it so good? It is soothing, restorative, and protective, just what my skin screams for when winter arrives and the cold bites. The formula contains panthenol (vitamin B5) which helps with healing and relief. It has a rich, but not sticky texture – just thick enough to soothe and protect, without feeling like petroleum jelly. It absorbs well after application, and you only need to use small amounts! Additionally, it is fragrance-free, which is gold when the skin is sensitive or irritated. It is especially genius in winter, that’s when I use it the most. When it’s cold outside, I often find that my skin becomes tight, rough, and easily irritated – both on my face, hands, and other exposed areas. This helps me repair the damaged skin layer quickly. It forms a protective barrier against wind, cold, and dry air, while providing moisture without being sticky and gross. I use it as a thick night mask on my cheeks, elbows, and shins, and it really helps to retain moisture. One of the things I love most about this is that it is so multifunctional. I also use it to care for my cuticles💅🏽My cuticles often become dry and brittle in winter, but with a thin layer of Cicaplast Balm, they feel soft and nourishing, and the skin around my nails looks much healthier. The richer consistency means that the product stays and works, and doesn’t just disappear right away. Conclusion If you are looking for an all-around repair balm that really delivers, especially in the cold months, La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5+ is a must-have. It is rich, but not heavy; effective, but gentle; and universal enough that you can use it everywhere – even on cuticles! I will continue to buy this product for a long, long time🙏🏽 #larocheposay1 product in post A universal skin savior!876 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5
Savior in the Winter Cold
I love this cream! It is truly a savior in need now that the cold has come 🥶 My face & hands get so dry in the winter, so this cream is fantastic for saving me from dry patches in the T-zone that I usually struggle with every winter. I have sensitive skin & rosacea, so I am careful about using too strong products. After using #larocheposay for about 4 weeks, I must say that I am very satisfied with the results of this cream! The I like that it is not sticky, has the right consistency & that it is fragrance-free so it suits most people who cannot tolerate perfume. I think the price is totally okay considering the size & that it is economical to use! I will definitely buy a new one when the one I have runs out! 😍 #lykoinfluenser1 product in post Savior in the Winter Cold778 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Nice to have in the cabinet
I have bought this cream myself before. Now I got it to test as a Lykoinfluencer. Very satisfied with it, as I liked it a lot! I feel everyone can use this cream. If you have this in the cabinet, you are safe if something «problem» pops up on the skin. Super nice that it is fragrance-free, can be used for sensitive skin. It is quite thick in consistency, so you feel that the skin gets a good layer of moisture and care. I usually use it at night, but it's also nice to use during the day. I would recommend this to anyone who does skincare. Great after acids, sun, scrubbing, etc. works very well on the hands or other dry areas on the body. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LAROCHEPOSAY1 product in post Nice to have in the cabinet653 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5
La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ – my rescue cream
La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ is one of those products that actually delivers exactly what it promises – and a little more. This is a soothing, restorative, and protective balm that has become a staple in my skincare routine, especially on days when my skin feels irritated, sensitive, or extra dry. The consistency is rich without being sticky, and it lays down like a pleasant, protective film on the skin. It calms redness almost immediately and provides a feeling of comfort that lasts all day. I find that it both repairs and strengthens the skin while also providing plenty of moisture. Perfect after sun, cold, skin treatments, or when the skin just needs a little extra love. What I especially like is that it works on everything – face, lips, hands, small dry patches, and even irritated children's skin. It is gentle, fragrance-free, and feels safe and effective. In short: Cicaplast Baume B5+ is a must-have in any skincare shelf. A true SOS cream that always delivers, and I recommend it to anyone with sensitive, dry, or irritated skin. #lycoinflutester #larocheposay1 product in post La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ – my rescue cream359 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Love 👌
I got the chance as an influencer to test this Allcream. The packaging feels nice. But it will be difficult for me to get the last bit out later. I love pumps, for example, it's easier for the hands to press the product out. The consistency is perfect, right in between thick and loose. It's just firm enough that it doesn't run off when applied. Just the right thickness (but I could have it a bit thicker for my personal taste) and it doesn't stick but absorbs quickly 👌. It's completely fragrance-free, LOVE that there's not a lot of perfume in it. It moisturizes very well, I'm really satisfied 👌🙏💖, it works everywhere on me and I'm extremely sensitive in my skin. But I don't get any reactions, superduper good 👏. The price is totally okay, I think a bit high. It gets 4 out of 5 🌟. Super good moisturizer but could be a bit thicker, better packaging, and a bit cheaper otherwise perfect 👌🌟. #lykoinflutester #larocheposay1 product in post Love 👌385 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
Good and long-lasting - easy to use
La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5+ has become part of my evening routine lately! The cream has a pretty thick consistency, which makes me prefer to use it as a night cream, as it simply feels too heavy for me during the day. It is very long-lasting in use, which makes the price feel quite reasonable as well. I really like how my skin feels the morning after - soft and fresh. When it comes to long-lasting effects, it's still too early to say anything for sure, but the first impression is very promising. I will definitely continue to use it throughout the winter when my skin needs extra care. #lykoinflutester #larocheposay1 product in post Good and long-lasting - easy to use340 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5Verifierad testare
A must-have for winter skin
I am a huge fan of Cicaplast Balm B5+! This is a product I keep coming back to. It works incredibly well both on dry areas of the body and as a thick, soothing night cream when the skin needs a little extra care ✨ When I was sick and my skin became completely dehydrated and irritated, this balm was absolutely magical. It calmed down redness, removed flaky dryness, and made my skin smooth and soft again in just a few days. I also noticed that my skin looked clearer, and the small blemishes I had calmed down nicely. I have noticed that you shouldn't use it for too many days in a row – it can clog a bit and cause some blemishes. But used a couple of evenings a week or as a «treatment» when the skin is extra sensitive, it is absolutely fantastic. It is also very nice for sensitive skin, causes no stinging or irritation, and really protects the skin in the cold and dry season we are entering now. A really comforting cream to have in the bathroom shelf! #lykoinflutester #larocheposay1 product in post A must-have for winter skin213 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Not for all skin types
I have used La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 mostly for surgical scars, and my experience is that it works very well for this. It contains silicone and leaves a protective barrier that makes new scars look nicer over time. I prefer to use it over a moisturizing product (serum or lotion) I can't use it on my face (only on my nose occasionally) because it dries out my skin and makes it irritated and itchy, I've tried a couple of times but every time I find that my skin feels very tight and dry afterwards. I have sensitive and dry skin with rosacea. It is also very good as hand cream now in the winter and it absorbs quite quickly into my hands, even though the cream is greasy. ✅ Many areas of use (look for tips on e.g. Instagram) ✅ Good effect on scars ✅ Good for hands and feet ❌ Not suitable for all skin types ❌ Can dry out the skin ❌ Contains zinc, so a little «whitecast» #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LAROCHEPOSAY1 product in post Not for all skin types191 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Valuable Hydration!
I have as #lykoinflutester gotten to try #larocheposay ’s hyped cicaplast balm B5+ for a while! Here are my opinions on the product👇🏻 💁🏼♀️ About me: I generally have poor knowledge of skincare and what my skin needs, but I have very dry tight skin, quite red and probably a damaged skin barrier. 🧴 About the product: The product is supposed to be deeply moisturizing and protect/build up the skin barrier. I have heard on social media that the product is NOT a moisturizer, but rather like a shell that is supposed to keep moisture in. For best results, this is used after moisturizer to lock in moisture. According to the product description, however, the product is supposed to be a softening all-cream. During the time I have tested this, I have used it as a night cream without other products. If you have combination or oily skin, you should be careful not to use the product too often to avoid pimples and clogged pores. ✨ Application: The product is very concentrated and therefore requires very little (see the video where I take too much😅). However, the product works worse to apply directly under makeup, it slides around because it is so thick. However, you don’t need as much hydration in the morning after using this since it is so oily. 👌🏻 Result: I can’t claim that I have noticed any long-lasting results, however, the skin is incredibly soft and hydrated when I wake up in the morning after applying this in the evening. The fact that the product doesn’t work particularly well under makeup doesn’t bother me, as I don’t see a need to have such a greasy cream during the day because of the result it gives overnight. Overall, I am very satisfied ✅❌ Pros and Cons ✅ - Concentrated, which makes it a cheap product per use ✅ - Moisturizing ✅ - Good price ❌ - Risk of pimples ❌ - Works worse under makeup In summary, I can say that I am satisfied with the product, it meets my expectations. However, I don’t see any “long-term” results during the time I have tested the product (almost a month)1 product in post Valuable Hydration!412 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Understanding the hype ⭐️
I have very sensitive and combination skin with rosacea and I tend to be extremely careful about what I use on my face. There aren’t many products that work without irritating or causing new problems, so I was actually a bit skeptical before I tried this one. But wow, what a positive surprise. Cicaplast Balm B5+ has really stepped right into my skincare routine and already feels like a staple in my bathroom cabinet! The consistency is quite thick but in that nice way that feels soothing and protective. I love to apply a really thick layer all over my face in the evening before bed, it feels almost like my skin is getting a little overnight mask. When I wake up in the morning, my skin looks so much more hydrated and I get a lovely glow that doesn’t feel sticky or heavy. Just soft and plump. In winter, I usually get dry, especially in the T-zone where I otherwise easily flake and turn red. This cream has really made a difference. I stay hydrated all day without feeling oily, and I haven’t gotten a single pimple from it despite it being richer in formula, which is very rare for me. The best part is almost that it doesn’t irritate my rosacea at all. No extra redness, no stinging, and my skin just feels calm and nice. After using it for a while, I really understand the hype around this product. It does exactly what I want a barrier cream to do and a little more. I will definitely buy it again when the tube runs out because it has become a real lifesaver for my sensitive winter skin. 5 out of 5 stars from me, there’s really nothing to complain about! #lykoinflutester #larocheposay1 product in post Understanding the hype ⭐️231 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Can be used all over the body!
What’s great about this cream is that it can really be used all over the body. However, I have chosen to test it only on my face at night, but I will in the future test it on more parts of my body where I feel I need more moisture. The cream is fragrance-free, but I still think it has a barely noticeable natural scent that comes from the cream itself. The cream is a bit on the heavier side, it lays like a film on the face and leaves a hydrated surface all night. The cream is economical, and you don’t need to use much, but since I like moisture, I always take a little extra on my face where it’s needed. I feel satisfied with the cream overall. It comes in a tube and is easy to squeeze out. Since the cream lasts a long time if you only use it on your face, I also think it’s a reasonable price for it. I’m glad I got to test it 😁 #lykoinflutester #larocheposay1 product in post Can be used all over the body!159 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5verified customer
Super!
I am so lucky to have received this cream from #larocheposay to test as #lykoinflutester 😍 Unfortunately (or not) this is not the first time I have tested this as I have actually been using it for many years now! This is my go-to favorite face cream, especially in the summer 😍 I think it is really good for the skin and I feel it heals a bit of damaged skin like scars etc. And after a few hours in the sun, I think this is absolutely fantastic to have on as I feel it calms the skin 🥰 Can use this generally all over the body, but I have used it mostly on my face, chest, and shoulders ☺️ The only thing with this is that it can appear a bit white when you apply it, so you have to work a bit with it to get it well into the skin. I have combination skin and don’t feel it clogs anything in the skin and pores! I have also used this to mix in a bit of foundation, and if you blend it well, you get a little coverage, and I thought that was really nice 😁 Also comes in two sizes which I think are just perfect! One in my pocket and one at home 😎 All in all, a really great product 😁1 product in post Super!166 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5verified customer
A lifesaver in winter ❄️🙌🏼
I have as #lykoinflutester tested a product from #larocheposay… their Cicaplast Balm B5+ 💦🙌🏼 Such products are a dream for a dry skin like mine ↙️ I am VERY dry. Both on my face and body.. of course now that the cold is starting to come, I become much… much drier 🤷♀️ I have problems with dry patches, like elbows, feet, neck. I am very thorough and moisturize my body after every shower, sometimes every day. Depending on whether I have areas that become extra dry. Skincare - morning & evening.. if you are dry, you know how important it is to go to bed moisturized 😅💦 About the product ♥️ An “all” cream that is full of minerals.. suitable for dry to extra dry skin! Both face & body! 🙏🏼 I like such products, perfect after you’ve moisturized your face and there’s product left on your hands, you can also moisturize your arms a bit! EVEN the lips.. yes this works for dry lips too 💋 Consistency ♥️ Feeeeet and rich.. just how I want it! If you don’t like thick, rich creams, you shouldn’t choose this one. But I 💕 it! If you have a dry face and have a thinner cream, you have to apply, take more, apply.. yes over and over.. but this one is so good! You need so little product (see video 🎦) it is very rich.. Price♥️ 243kr for 100ml As I said, it is very rich and lasts a long time… I don’t think it’s too expensive, considering what a good job it does 🙏🏼 Usage ♥️ I use this every evening as a “mask”. I put a thicker layer all over my face and neck. Don’t forget the décolletage🙌🏼 (see picture) You wake up moisturized. Under the cream, I have serum, essence water, oil.. so I finish with cicaplast as a ☁️ over the face.. It doesn’t clog, I don’t get pimples from it🥰 I’ve had this as a favorite for a very long time.. bought it several times ☺️ ♥️ works great under makeup (see picture), you get a GLOW underneath 🌟 It really gets 🔝 rating from me!1 product in post A lifesaver in winter ❄️🙌🏼305 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Same procedure as last year…
At those prices, I had hoped for more of a ”wow” effect… but my lips are, three weeks later, still dry and irritated all around. It hasn’t gotten worse, and maybe even a bit better, but when you’re constantly ”feeling” your lips and panicking if the application is gone, it’s not good. History: last year my lips flared up in September and I had to abandon my old trusty PL3 and tried everything possible. Ended up with Decubal saving me. The same thing happened this year and now Decubal didn’t suffice, so I tried this one on a friend’s recommendation. I’ve become dry and get red around my mouth so it even flakes. Now I’m not flaking anymore at least, but have, besides the lip mask, also applied Cicaplast around my mouth to soothe the skin AROUND my lips. Not something you die from, but incredibly exhausting 🙄 #kiehls #larocheposay2 products in the look Same procedure as last year…904 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. Nice mist with a beautiful finish!
Are you living a little on-the-go? Do you often wear makeup but need to reapply SPF regularly throughout the day? Do you prefer mist over cream? Then this mist from #larocheposay is top-notch! I got it at the beginning of summer and have repurchased it because it was so good 👌🏻 The spray distributes into a very fine mist and doesn't land as clumpy drops, so the finish is always even without feeling greasy and shiny. Perfect to carry in your bag and reapply throughout the day! It smells almost like nothing, but the little scent that is there is quite pleasant and disappears quickly. Another okay variant is Garnier's "Super UV overmakeup mist"! It's a bit greasier and the mist's drops are somewhat larger, but it's a perfectly good alternative if you want to try around a bit.1 product in post Nice mist with a beautiful finish!2581 views- The user's roll: Employees at Lyko. I have been testing these acne patches for about 3-4 weeks now. My first impression was that there weren't many patches in the package, which is a big minus for me as someone with acne, they go very quickly for me. The patches were very thin and nice and easy to apply, however, I found that they stuck very poorly, regardless of whether I had any cream on my skin or not. When you took off the patch after a few hours, there often wasn't much difference, however, the pimple could feel smaller. I personally have had acne for several years so I absolutely need to use pimple patches sometimes, it's a shame that these don't make much of a difference for me and that they run out so quickly. I wouldn't say that this is a miracle product directly, but it could certainly work as a quick-fix for those who only have a pimple here and there on their face. For me with a lot of acne, I can say that I won't be buying them again as they ran out after about 1 week already. #lykotestpilot #larocheposay1 product in post No new favorite1367 views- The comment was made 3 monthsCheck out Japanese skincare products too. Mild and Gentle Cream!
I have tested this product for about 3-4 weeks. My first impression of it was that it has a fantastic consistency and feels very moisturizing on the skin. Since I haven't tested the product for that long, I unfortunately can't really say yet whether it works or not, as I don't see any difference in how my skin looked before compared to now. It does get a plus for me because I think it sits very nicely under makeup! I personally have had acne for several years and haven't really found anything that works perfectly yet, however, I can say that the acne hasn't gotten worse from the product, but as I said, I don't see any major difference. I will continue to use the product and see if anything happens with my skin, but so far I have nothing bad to say about the product. It feels very mild and gentle on the skin. #lykotestpilot #larocheposay1 product in post Mild and Gentle Cream!3112 views - The post was made 3 monthsRating: 3 out of 5
No difference yet, but there’s potential!
I’ve been testing this product for about 3-4 weeks now. My first impression of the cleanser was that it felt luxurious, the consistency felt very nice on the skin, and it has almost no scent at all, which I find very positive. As mentioned, it feels very nice on the skin and like a mild and gentle cleanser. Unfortunately, I can’t claim that I’ve noticed such a big difference on my skin after using this, compared to my old cleanser, but it’s definitely not bad. I personally have had acne problems for several years and still haven’t found anything that works perfectly for my skin, but I will continue to use the product and see if anything changes. Personally, the product hasn’t really lived up to my expectations as I don’t see any difference yet. As mentioned, I will continue to use the cleanser as I think it feels mild and gentle, and it has the potential to actually work. #lykotestpilot #larocheposay1 product in post No difference yet, but there’s potential!2497 views
