A real moisture bomb for your face! I've had the honor of testing this face cream for a good while now, and here are my thoughts: I think the jar had a nice appearance, was easy to open and close. Just the right thickness of cream that makes it easy and quick to massage into the face. Perfect consistency actually. I've preferred to use this in my evening routine. Because it is incredibly moisturizing and lovely on the skin. When I wake up in the morning, my skin is hydrated and lovely. The price tag is quite high. On the edge for me. I like the navy blue/aqua color of the product packaging. Good cream for dry skin
This cream is for you if you have very dry skin or it works well for those who are often outside in cold weather and wind. La Roche Posay also has a special program for those affected by skin cancer, with skincare specifically developed for changes in the skin before, during, and after cancer treatment. The cream is meant for sensitive skin and is very thick. It is so thick that it will plump the skin and minimize wrinkles. The cream keeps the skin moist all day and all night. It is easy to spread and has a mild scent. It may be suitable for those who are sensitive to perfume, but I would recommend smelling it before buying it. But I, who have very sensitive skin, did not tolerate it well. My skin tingled and stung, and I became red and inflamed. My skin itched, and I got small bumps on my skin. But I have experienced worse. I don't know what I reacted to. Whether it was the perfume, the alcohol added, or the hyaluronic acid. I recommend those with very sensitive skin to do a patch test first and be ready to wash the cream off if you can't tolerate it. I tested the cream for a week, morning and night, without getting used to it. And about the jar. I don't see the point in having a face cream in a jar. The jar gets exposed to dust and whatever else might be floating around in the air. You also have to use a spatula that needs to be cleaned between uses to avoid contamination. And who does that? Most people probably just stick their finger in the jar. But it looks nice. The blue color is lovely and looks good on the bathroom shelf. The lid is easy to screw on and off. The jar has a certain weight to it, making it feel exclusive. This is a good cream for the right skin type. That is, for those with dry skin, wrinkles, and a bit more robust skin than mine. The skin feels immediately softer, hydrated, and comfortable after application. It has a mild, neutral scent that is not overwhelming (but still perfumed). After use, I find that my skin looks fresher, smoother, and firmer, and fine dryness lines appear less visible. The cream gives a beautiful, healthy glow and leaves the skin well cared for all day. Lovely rich cream for evening use
I received this product for testing, and I started trying it especially during this winter time when the skin easily feels dry and uncomfortable. La Roche-Posay is a brand I know, but this cream was new to me. The first observation was the consistency: the cream is clearly thicker and more nourishing than many of the face creams I use. For daytime use, it is a bit too heavy for my combination skin, especially if I put makeup on top. For this reason, I did not include it in my morning routine. In the evening, however, the situation is quite different. In the evenings, I like that the cream feels properly moisturizing and caring, and it works really well for that. In the morning, my skin felt soft, elastic, and clearly better hydrated. After using it for a longer period, I noticed my skin felt calmer and less tight, even if it was cold and dry outside. The cream did not irritate my skin or cause any unpleasant reactions. This is not the best choice for my daytime cream, but as an evening cream and intensive treatment, it is very pleasant and effective. Super Universal Cream
So, perfect timing to test this super cream from La Roche-Posay. It has become winter and cold, and this must be the perfect cream for irritated and dry winter skin..! First: My skin is sensitive, irritated, and lacking moisture. A crappy combination that often gets worse in winter. Cold creams can tend to irritate the skin more and clog pores, but this one is in a different league. The first few days I tested this cream, I used it as a night cream. It is quite thick in consistency and needs to be worked in, and right after application, the skin looks a bit shiny. Very comfortable on, and the skin feels much less dry and moisture-deprived. Now that winter has fully arrived, I have also used it as a day cream, and I am very impressed! It keeps the skin in check throughout the day, and the makeup sits surprisingly well on top. I was a bit skeptical about whether it would crack, clump, or if the skin would become too «shiny» throughout the day, but the concern was unfounded. It sits like a charm – and the skin feels better than it has in a long time! I have used creams in all price ranges. Last one for rosacea skin that cost 1500,- and this one for a fraction of the price is MUCH better. Good cream for the cold season
I have been lucky to receive this product sent home as #lykoinflutester via #larocheposay I have previously bought this product myself as I was recommended it due to my dry skin. I have atopic eczema, and in the past year, I have developed stubborn patches of eczema on my eyelid/brow bone. Therefore, I have used this cream primarily on them and also on my dry elbows. Since I used this a long time ago and didn't get hooked, it was fun to do a proper test again. The product is very economical, and you need very little product, so I think the product is very good value for money. The consistency of the product is something I have a bit of trouble with, and in previous purchases, I have reacted to it; it is very thick and takes a bit of time to blend into the skin. It takes a while before the white cream blends in and is not visible on the skin. It becomes very greasy once it has sunk in. So therefore, this cream is something I would primarily use at night or when I have very extremely dry patches or use very little product during the day. The positive I have experienced with this product is that it is very soothing for my eczema and helps to reduce the "flaking" and redness. I have used this cream a bit sporadically to assess the difference it makes and have found that after 1-2 days of consecutive use (morning and evening) on my brow bone/eyelids, the eczema is practically unnoticeable. However, due to my skin diagnosis, it takes very little for it to flare up, e.g., from using makeup. So this product is not something I have experienced as a miracle product against eczema, but absolutely a lifesaver for dry skin during the winter months. This product is a very good product to have at home and use as needed, especially now during the colder season. I think this product is reparative and works excellently for dry skin, but what brings down the rating for me is the consistency as I find it a bit hard to absorb/mix. I have been using Cicaplast Balm B5+ for several years now, and I must say: this is one of the most versatile and repairing products I have ever had. It truly deserves a 5-star diploma. I got the chance as an influencer to test this Allcream. The packaging feels nice. But it will be difficult for me to get the last bit out later. I love pumps, for example, it's easier for the hands to press the product out. The consistency is perfect, right in between thick and loose. It's just firm enough that it doesn't run off when applied. Just the right thickness (but I could have it a bit thicker for my personal taste) and it doesn't stick but absorbs quickly 👌. A must-have for winter skin
I am a huge fan of Cicaplast Balm B5+! This is a product I keep coming back to. It works incredibly well both on dry areas of the body and as a thick, soothing night cream when the skin needs a little extra care ✨ When I was sick and my skin became completely dehydrated and irritated, this balm was absolutely magical. It calmed down redness, removed flaky dryness, and made my skin smooth and soft again in just a few days. I also noticed that my skin looked clearer, and the small blemishes I had calmed down nicely. I have noticed that you shouldn't use it for too many days in a row – it can clog a bit and cause some blemishes.
