Ok, this one... surprised me. I bought it after reading Anna’s (I can’t tag you 💗) description - and I totally get what she meant. This is a scent that smells really clean ✨ Like freshly showered, soft and feminine - but with a warm, almost a bit “cozy” undertone that makes it feel extra pleasant on the skin. I clearly smell lily of the valley and white musk, and there’s something soft and a bit creamy at the base that keeps it from being flat or boring. The best part? It doesn’t feel like “perfume.” It just... melts into the skin and gives that 👉 “I just naturally smell good” feeling. Not the most intense or long-lasting - but honestly, that just makes it even more perfect for everyday. From skeptical to surprised – this mask delivered 💗
You know when you try something without high expectations... and then you get positively surprised? I’m 57 years old and have combination skin and have tried various clay masks over the years. Many feel quite similar – a bit tight, a bit dry, and quickly forgotten. But this one really surprised me. It’s much milder than expected and the skin feels clean without that tight feeling afterwards. It contains, among other things, red beans that provide a very light exfoliation, and I notice that my skin feels smoother and looks fresher after use. And something I didn’t expect at all: it smells really good for a clay mask 🙌 Very mild and pleasant, not heavy or typical “clay.” What I like best is the feeling afterwards – the skin is soft, clean, and balanced, not dry. For me with combination skin, that’s a big plus. And an extra big plus: it’s economical to use, so you need only a little each time. Classic red that never fails ❤️
So... this is a classic for a reason ❤️ Big Apple Red is the perfect "true red" - not too dark, not too orange, just right. It's super easy to apply and I get an even and nice color after two coats. It becomes really glossy and fresh ✨ It stays nice for several days and I seriously feel a bit more "put together" with this on. Small tube, big surprise 🧡
I actually didn’t have very high expectations for this... but wow 😍 It exfoliates really well without being too harsh, and I really like that the grains are just right – not too coarse, not too mild. Feels like it really does the job without irritating the skin. Extra plus that the scrub grains are from apricot kernels 🌿 It gives a bit more of a “natural” feeling, which I appreciate. The skin feels soft, fresh, and clean afterwards – without that dry, tight feeling. Clean and feminine fragrance combination with a warm twist 🌸 ✨
I really like combining products from the same series, and Ldb Essence of Gotland is a perfect base when I want to build a scent that feels clean and feminine. The shower starts with Gotland shower soap, which gives a fresh, soft, and slightly sweet scent that feels very "freshly washed and fresh." The body lotion makes the skin soft and helps the scent last longer without becoming heavy. Then I use Calvin Klein Reveal, which gives a warm, soft, and slightly sensual finish with musk and sandalwood. Together with Gotland, it becomes lighter and more everyday-friendly than when used alone. Some days I also add a very light spray of Paris Hilton Heiress to give a bit of extra freshness and femininity – and it works surprisingly well together. The result is a clean, soft, and balanced scent that fits very well for both spring and summer. Not too heavy, not too sweet – just a pleasant and feminine combination that works for everyday use. A little bonus is how well the Gotland series works as a base for different perfumes. A wonderful discovery - now the whole set ❤️
I first discovered the deodorants in this series and was so pleased that I just had to try the whole set – and I don’t regret it 🙌 This is truly a series that does its job. The deodorant keeps me fresh all day without feeling sticky or heavy, and both the shower gel and body lotion give the same sweet and summery scent that I already liked so much. 🌸 What I like best is that you can use shower gel, body lotion, and deodorant in the same scent. It gives such an extra “I’ve got my life under control” feeling (even though I don’t always have it 😉😅) when everything matches.😄 The scent is feminine, fresh, and a little sweet without being too strong. Perfect if you like to smell clean and nice without it being too much. New favorite – like meeting an old fragrance crush again 🍒 🌸
I actually just went into the store to smell a little... you know, just totally innocent with no plans to buy anything 😇 But then I found this one... and that was game over for me. I had to go back and smell it one more time... and one more time... and suddenly I was standing there wondering if I should just take it home 😅 It reminded me so much of one of my old favorites – Escada Cherry in Japan – which I was totally obsessed with before. So this almost felt like finding an old signature scent I thought was gone. The scent is fresh, sweet, and feminine with juicy cherry notes, soft flowers, and a warm, slightly creamy base that makes it more elegant than just a typical sweet perfume. It really gives a spring and summer feeling. To me, this smells almost identical to the Escada perfume, so it feels almost nostalgic to wear it – in the best way. It also lasts nicely on the skin, and I’ve actually gotten compliments when I wear it (always a good sign 😉). Favorite for thick teenage hair
This works surprisingly well on my son's thick and straight hair. It gives good texture and makes the hair easier to comb without becoming stiff or sticky. Provides a natural result with good hold.
