Medium coverage concealer for everyday use🤍
The Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Concealer has a creamy texture that is easy to build from medium to full coverage without feeling cakey. It is very pigmented and does not settle into fine lines in the same way that many other concealers I have tried do. The creamy formula makes it blend nicely under the eyes without drying out the skin. I would personally have chosen a slightly darker shade to better match my skin tone, as the one I tested was a bit too light for my taste. However, if you have a darker concealer, it mixes really well. Aside from the color choice, I am very satisfied with both the formula and the result. I have had the chance to test the Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Foundation in the updated packaging. The formula is said to be the same as before, but the outside of the bottle has a new design. This is actually the first time I am testing makeup from Estée Lauder – a brand that truly exudes elegance and luxury. The texture is light and smooth, yet buildable up to full coverage without feeling heavy on the skin. It is supposed to last up to 24 hours and is also waterproof, making it perfect for long days. I am very satisfied with the formula, the shade range, and the coverage. However, I would strongly recommend moisturizing the skin properly before application, especially if you also have dry and sensitive/combination skin. If you have a dark brown lipstick/lip balm, a black lip liner (or a black kajal) is an option to get nice contours around the mouth. Not really sure if this Paradise Lumi Glolotion Highlighter Medium Glow is super hyped, but I thought it was pretty okay. I was surprised by the glow that shimmered in the light both under and over the makeup. I also saw that they had several shades, and I even think a darker shade would look much nicer on me. I experienced a very light white cast on me, but if you let it sink in, it doesn't show as much. I would say this is an alternative for you if you don't use foundation and concealer but still want a bit of color and a “glowy” base.
