Moisturizing Hair Mask
I have been testing the Dream Routine Overnight Hydration Mask for about a month. I have typical thin fine Scandinavian hair, thin fine hair strands. I also get highlights 2-3 times a year, which can quickly make my hair dry & it gets worn out fast. So this mask is perfect for my hair type. I have used the hair mask every 2-3 nights & applied it to dry hair. It can also be applied to wet hair. For me, it was enough to just use 1 pump in my hair, if you have thick hair, you should use 2-3 pumps. It doesn't weigh my hair down, provides moisture & my hair looks shiny! I have no tangles & my hair is very smooth when I wake up in the morning. Totally okay dry shampoo
I have tested peek up dry shampoo from #amika for the last month. I typically have fine Scandinavian hair, which I highlight lighter 2-3 times a year. Since I have thin fine hair strands + wear a chef's hat all day at work Monday-Friday, it makes my hair get greasy faster. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week & I rely on a good dry shampoo that makes my hair not look so greasy! What I like about amika's dry shampoo is that I don't start itching in my scalp from it, I've experienced that with other dry shampoos. For me, it absorbs grease well & my hair looks fresh again! 🤩 In the pictures, it has been 3 days since I last washed my hair & applied dry shampoo. But, I think it has a bit of a strong scent, if you are sensitive to scents, then this product is not for you. I wish it had given more volume to my hair. This dry shampoo probably works best for people with light hair, it can leave white traces in the hair if you spray too much. The price is also a bit steep, I think. There are products that are cheaper & do just as good a job as this one. I will definitely use up this dry shampoo, but unfortunately, it won't be a product I will buy again. First of all, thank you so much to #hairsyrup & to #lyko As #lykoinfluenser, I am so lucky that I get to review this new hair oil from Hairsyrup🤗 Very excited when I read about the ingredients here are all the right ones to give my curly frizzy hair a soft and smooth transition especially considering the cold winter we’ve had so far.. The bottle is glass with a simple pipette that makes it easy to take just a few drops in the hair. Unfortunately, it smells so strongly of honey that the other scent notes of Jasmine etc. are not noticeable.. Unfortunately, this smell is so bad that I feel like throwing up🙈 And therefore it only gets 2 ⭐️ The oil is clear in color and when I rub it between my fingers, it lays like a protective layer over the skin, this is very good! This oil can be used both on dry & wet hair, I try both options but have to give up because the smell becomes too overwhelming unfortunately.. + for good protection for 48 hours, then my hair gets very frizzy and needs a good wash. Savior in the Winter Cold
I love this cream! It is truly a savior in need now that the cold has come 🥶 My face & hands get so dry in the winter, so this cream is fantastic for saving me from dry patches in the T-zone that I usually struggle with every winter. I have sensitive skin & rosacea, so I am careful about using too strong products. After using #larocheposay for about 4 weeks, I must say that I am very satisfied with the results of this cream! The I like that it is not sticky, has the right consistency & that it is fragrance-free so it suits most people who cannot tolerate perfume. I think the price is totally okay considering the size & that it is economical to use! I have been testing the Multi Lash Definition Mascara Black for a few weeks & I must say I am unfortunately not impressed. The design is very nice & I have never really been disappointed by #makeupstore products before. I was pleasantly surprised by the small brush, it was easy & to apply on the lashes, it looked really good to start with! Got long & curled lashes 👌 After a few hours, the mascara started to flake + clump and the lashes fell down. I have been testing Cover All Mix The Original from #makeupstore now for a few weeks! I struggle with dry skin, especially in the winter, so I was a bit worried about how the concealer would work for my face. But it was no problem, it has a very creamy consistency & applies nicely on the skin👌 I have mostly used the green shade to cover the redness on my cheeks as I struggle with rosacea & it "breaks" out more when it gets colder outside. I have also used the red shade under my eyes. I have been so lucky to test cerave's Daily Moisturising Lotion 473 ml for almost a month as #lykoinfluenser. I have fallen in love with #cerave products as they are fragrance-free & I have very sensitive & dry skin, especially in winter. I have been so lucky to be #lykoinfluenser for L: a used their product sea salt scrub lemongrass. When you open the packaging, there is a layer of oil over the salt crystals. I mixed it together before applying the scrub to my body. I have sensitive & dry skin, especially in the winter. I have used this scrub 1-2 times a week & it has held up. I really like that it has coarse grains that make you work a bit to get it into the skin. Perfect if you have a hair treatment in your hair that needs to sit for x amount of minutes. The scent is just lovely, fresh & citrusy 🍋 My skin feels smooth, silky soft & smells fresh afterwards. Now I have tested body oil from #labruket for a few weeks! I have very dry skin & am very particular about moisturizing after showering, so I have been using this body oil from L:a bruket. It has a fresh citrusy scent that I love 🍋 Absorbs quickly into the skin & leaves it silky smooth & soft. A nice size that is perfect to take on trips without taking up too much space! I recommend using the scrub first in the shower & then moisturizing with this body oil, magical feeling, your skin will thank you! Now I have tested Hand & Body Wash 069 Lemongrass 240 ml from #labruket for a few weeks! I have primarily used this as hand soap, it smells so delicious. I really love the lemon scent 🍋🧼 Everything from L:a bruket looks so luxurious, I really like the design of the products! This Hand & Body Wash Lemongrass doesn't dry out the hands & smells fantastic. I think it's a bit expensive considering the size of the bottle, as you can buy other good products for cheaper. The bottle is wonderfully pink and makes me happy to have it out. The foam, however, is difficult to squeeze out, and you have to struggle to get an adequate amount for shaving. The price is reasonable, and the scent is faintly floral. Now I have tested this product for a while. I am positively surprised at how shiny my hair gets from this product! When I recently highlighted my hair, it needs all the moisture it can get & my moist hair serum really helps my hair. Smelled good & not too strong, suitable for those who are sensitive to scents. I have been so lucky to test this product for a few weeks! I apply it to freshly washed hair, 1-2 sprays since I have thin Nordic hair, it holds. I just highlighted my hair & this product was spot on! So nice to have a product that is both heat protecting & UV protecting. I have tested this saltwater spray for a few weeks and I am positively surprised!✨️ However, this is the first time I am using saltwater spray in my hair, which means I have nothing else to compare it to. My hair is typically Scandinavian, meaning thin but with many hair strands. Alone these were ineffective, but with LED therapy by Lyko I notice a big change🥰 It will still only be 3 stars because not everyone has LED therapy, and I think that some of the effect with these is lost. I regularly take the skin test here on LykoSosial to both get advice, try new things, and because I always want to learn and improve my skin. My biggest problem is dark circles, and considering that I use blood thinners, this is everlasting😅 And moisture is the best aid to reduce starting fine lines that can turn into deep wrinkles that I don't want. I am 47 years old and spend a lot of time and not least money to have an okay appearance. I use these around my mouth to try to reduce the typical 'bulldog look' that is part of growing up🙃 What I don't like about these is that after a while, my skin feels drier than before use!
