I realized that I don’t have enough lipstick/lip gloss or similar with me at work. I usually bring a #inglot lip liner, a Loreal pencil, and then a few individual glosses or lipsticks. I like Clinique as a brand, and both my favorite foundation and best concealer are from Clinique. About a year ago, Clinique released Even Better Clinical vitamin makeup, which is a slightly lighter foundation. Since I am so fond of their other products, I bought this on a whim as I was looking for a lighter foundation that works on my dry and sensitive skin. The consistency is thin and nice, and the color is really good for me, but that’s also the only thing. It is totally impossible to apply nicely. I have tried applying it with both a brush, makeup sponge, and just my fingers. It works best with fingers as the product should be warmed up a bit. But no matter how you apply it, it rolls off on the skin and looks downright terrible! I have of course tested it with my usual skincare underneath, which my other foundation works perfectly with. But I have also tried it with other skincare and a number of different primers to see if there’s any difference. But no matter what I have underneath, the result is the same, it rolls off. Now I have used almost half the bottle in all my attempts, but now I give up. It’s going in the trash!
