Picked up a package from Scandinavian Cosmetics x ARTDECO yesterday 🖤 Won a contest here on Lyko where you could choose a product from their new bronzing collection. Went for “Wonder Blush & Glow” which I just heard good things about from Anna 😍✨ The color is called “4 Coral” but it’s not a bright coral. More of a muted brown-pink with some coral/warmth. Kind of like a blonzer 🤎💗🧡 Very fine shimmer that sparkles when you shine a light on it ✨ Gel-serum-like texture with sheer coverage, just a light tint. I bought a magnum box to create my own palette, the box is good for its purpose. I like the idea that it fits with their products without taking up unnecessary space 🤩 Blusher 18 beige rose is really pretty and stays well. Easy to work with and I like the color. 🤩 Camouflage cream 2 neutralizing yellow, 15 peach is good for covering imperfections, they are just creamy enough without being sticky. Does its job 🤩 The matte eyeshadows 561 vintage hydragena, 574 tender mauve, 554 neutral vanilla are nice matte shadows, according to the colors but the pigment is low, so it doesn't turn out as I expected. More base shadows like 😪. The formula is nice and stays well but the result is washed out. Triangle sponges are hard to find these days, I like them better than the big ones. Yesterday's and video problems
Normally, the "view count" ticks up, but sometimes it's zero and only I can see it. Is there anyone else experiencing this? It basically only happens when I add video, and yesterday was such an occasion. Three "views" and those were the times I saw it myself (normally it's a few hundred or thousands, so yes, it's not normal). I posted the same thing again today and it's the same. Dinner in the Sun
Time for a dinner in the sun. Warm and lovely, and I think it's enough with a little lip gloss and mascara, but today I also tried a bit of eyeshadow. The Artdeco shadow is really bad though. The color isn't the prettiest and it's super hard to blend it, on vacation with smaller brushes you can just forget about getting it right. Meanwhile, the Lumenes palette is awesome and works for any occasion, can easily be applied with fingers and always looks good. I love that the colors are "natural-colored". The Artdeco lip wonder serum is also good. Both pleasant and pretty. Perfect for this natural, summery look or anytime really. Has quickly become one of my favorites. The Xlash mascara is good, a bit stickier than Lancome which I usually use. Gives nice length but no volume. So I usually layer it on. Fantastic gift for a youth
Unusually long for this to still be on sale. I’ve read that many don’t consider the makeup trendy enough, but Lancôme’s mascaras are just the best. It’s just a shame it wasn’t a full size. Artdeco’s lip serum is both pretty and pleasant to use. The hickape is nice, and there are more products that ensure you still get full value for your payment and more. I’m glad you can fill in a bit of base layer. I bought an extra one that I’m going to give as a Christmas gift to a 12-year-old who will love me for getting her lots of nice makeup and expensive dry shampoos she otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford.
