    Yesterday's and video problems

    Normally, the "view count" ticks up, but sometimes it's zero and only I can see it. Is there anyone else experiencing this? It basically only happens when I add video, and yesterday was such an occasion. Three "views" and those were the times I saw it myself (normally it's a few hundred or thousands, so yes, it's not normal). I posted the same thing again today and it's the same. So if you want, feel free to go check my profile and see if a video with three nudestix shows up and comment here so I know what to write to customer service.       It has happened to me too, and then I heard from Lyko. The video had been "reported" - but not by any person, just by a technical error 🪷

    Suggestion 💕

    Hi LYKO #lykocustomerservice #customerservice ! I have a suggestion to separate reviews and questions on a product, in the same way you see "Looks" and "Review/Question photos". It would make it incredibly easier when looking at hair color/shades and wanting to see photos of how it looks on others. Currently, there are often three out of four photos instead of people who WANT to dye their hair and are asking if the current color might suit them or want tips. I have basically stopped looking because there is so much that is, for me, irrelevant. It’s a shame because I think it’s fun to see results (Just "before pictures" are not as exciting 😬😌) It’s great that you can ask, but I would be really happy if you could consider separating it from the reviews 💕 Hugs to you!

    Problems with texture spray

    Hey! Is there anyone else having trouble uploading videos? Unfortunately, I don’t feel that the app update has provided any improvement other than I can see the notifications (but I can see when every single person I follow has commented on something I’ve commented on, so it’s unclear if that’s good or bad). Otherwise, ALL problems are still there. Plus the video issue that started yesterday. Cool that the texture spray I’m going to test seems to be good and helps to get this volume in the ponytail 👌🏼 #waterclouds #lyko #customerservice #lykocustomerservice #lykoinfluencer
