In another forum, a question came up about which mascaras people are using now. Fun question, I think, since I love mascara ✨ Which ones do you use? Pale Burgundy
Burgundy is my absolute favorite color, and of course I also like that color on mascara. Lash Princess is a rather pale burgundy; it leans more towards brown than wine red on me. I wish it had more wine red pigments so the color would be stronger. Despite that, I think it looks nice. The lashes also get quite well separated and get a certain lift. However, it holds the lashes up very poorly during the day; they lose their shape and lift already after a few hours. But for a non-waterproof mascara, it still stays quite well without flaking. Unless you go out in the rain or happen to get tears in your eyes, then you can't rely on it. The brush is a bit big and clumpy; it works well for the upper lashes but is hard to reach all the small lashes on the lower ones. A positive thing is that it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes at all, and of course the price, which is unbeatable for a mascara. Despite the price, I will not repurchase it when I have used it up. Was lucky to win the entire Björn Axén volume series ✨ Volume is something I really want in my hair, which tends to lay a bit flat and heavy. Super nice ✨
Bought Buzz and Atlas three months ago and am totally sold. They are incredibly nice! Super easy to use, they almost just glide on the eye. They dry quickly and once dry, they stay through everything. Nothing moves them, neither wet snow, a gym session, nor my watery eyes. Despite that, they are easy to wash off, no need to struggle with them! Atlas shifts nicely in pink, purple, and green. While Buzz isn’t quite as multichrome but mostly blue. Still a very nice blue! These pencils are a real hit in my opinion, super good and at a great price. Have been hunting for Rhea for a long time, which looks like it’s in a crazy nice green color, but it’s always out of stock. Hyal Reyouth Melting Foaming Balm from Dr Ceuracle is a very nice cleansing balm. It easily melts away my makeup and does not leave my skin tight like several other cleansing balms do. I tend to react to some cleansing balms with rashes and irritated skin, and some have even caused allergic reactions, but not Dr Ceuracle’s. The skin is calm and nice and feels moisturized and not at all as tight as I can get from some. Otherwise, I really like the practical snap lid, so you don’t have to unscrew a lid. Clarins Double Serum Foundation
Just have to give a shoutout to Clarins' new foundation which is absolutely amazing for us dry skin types! Got a sample from Clarins' website with another order and was totally sold. I've been extremely dry this winter and none of my usual foundations have sat well. But this one ✨ It sits so nicely on the skin without highlighting dry patches or rolling anywhere. A really good micellar water when you have dry and sensitive skin like I do. It doesn’t dry out the skin and it doesn’t irritate it either. I really appreciate that it’s fragrance-free! The bottle is a perfect size, neither too small nor too big, and it lasts a long time. It cleans the skin really well and removes most things, except for example the most stubborn waterproof mascaras.
