Suggestion 💕
Hi LYKO #lykocustomerservice #customerservice ! I have a suggestion to separate reviews and questions on a product, in the same way you see "Looks" and "Review/Question photos". It would make it incredibly easier when looking at hair color/shades and wanting to see photos of how it looks on others. Currently, there are often three out of four photos instead of people who WANT to dye their hair and are asking if the current color might suit them or want tips. I have basically stopped looking because there is so much that is, for me, irrelevant. It’s a shame because I think it’s fun to see results (Just "before pictures" are not as exciting 😬😌) It’s great that you can ask, but I would be really happy if you could consider separating it from the reviews 💕 Hugs to you!Translated from swedish

Problems with texture spray
Hey! Is there anyone else having trouble uploading videos? Unfortunately, I don’t feel that the app update has provided any improvement other than I can see the notifications (but I can see when every single person I follow has commented on something I’ve commented on, so it’s unclear if that’s good or bad). Otherwise, ALL problems are still there. Plus the video issue that started yesterday.
