Real glowbomb!
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of trying this product from #urbandecay ✨ I tested the product in two different ways – partly by mixing it into my CC cream that I use as a base, and partly as a highlighter on top of makeup. I found that it gave the most effect when I mixed it into the CC cream, as it gave the whole base a nice and more prominent glow. 🪩 As a highlighter, it also worked well, but the result was a bit more subtle. However, I don’t see that as a negative, but rather a matter of taste depending on the look you’re going for. If you want a more subtle glow, it’s also really nice to use it that way! I also like that a little product comes out at a time, which makes it very easy to dose exactly the amount you want without risking taking too much. However, I feel that you need to use quite a bit of product for the effect to really show, especially if you want a more noticeable glow. Not quite up to my expectations
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of trying this product from #urbandecay ✨ In short: I think this is a pretty okay setting spray, but unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. I have previously used the All Nighter Setting Spray in the Natural variant and really like it, so I had pretty high expectations for this variant as well. The first thing I noticed was that it has a nice mist that distributes the product evenly over the skin, and it feels pleasant to apply. It also dries quickly, which is always a plus! ✨ I also think it gives a nice glowing finish and makes the skin look fresh. However, I probably expected a bit more radiance considering the product’s focus. 😅 What unfortunately lowers the rating for me, along with expecting a liiiiittle more glow, is that I don’t feel it holds makeup in place as well or as long as the Natural version. Won setting sprays and highlighters from U.D through one of Lyko’s beloved contests 🌟 The highlighter is nice but the bottle definitely needs to be shaken before use 🌪️ Gives a nice glow on selected areas. However, I mix it with my bb cream so I get a bronzy, brown glow all over my face ✨ Finished with Urban Decay’s ‘Glow Setting Spray’ for extra long-lasting wear 🧖♀️ + 😊 Easy to apply if used together with foundation/bb/cc cream. Not as expected…
A product that raises high expectations for user-friendliness, but not this time.. After trying to use this as a highlighter countless times, I gave up. The product is GLITTERYYYY!!! Blends as easily as a stubborn three-year-old, and in the end, you take it for what it is; a disaster. I therefore gave it another try in body lotion. After 10-12 drops in a new bottle, I got a glowy body lotion that left a subtle glowy finish without going overboard. It was also tried in a setting spray with OK results. But here it must be shaken well before each use. (which is the case with most setting sprays anyway). Smells very little. Slightly coarse in texture (you can feel the glitter). Dries very quickly, making it difficult to blend in. The pictures are extremely misleading, which made the disappointment big. It will shed quite a bit, as the glitter particles are quite large. On the plus side, very easy to wash off, without the glitter sticking around! The bottle dispenses drops easily. Contains 30 ml which lasts a long time. The bottle has definitely taken inspiration from Lancome’s Skin Idole serum. Glass-look
Glowy? No. Glass skin? Yes! Expected a lot from this, as the brand itself is fantastic! But this was absolutely not what I would call "glowy". The skin gets a glass finish, which can remind a bit of a freshly painted porcelain doll. Almost a wet-look. The spray is SUPER NICE! So light and fine that you don’t notice it on the skin at all. Which makes it easy to go a bit wild with the spray. "The shower" is also quite wide, so both hair and chest get a spray too 🤭 After a few minutes it is STICKY, but after about half an hour it is semi-dry. Fingers don’t stick to the face, but you definitely feel some stickiness. Smells minimal, which is nice for me so it doesn’t mix with any perfume. Comes in a simple cardboard box, transparent cap. The bottle feels a bit like velour? Must be shaken before use! Lasts all evening. Don’t feel like this "sets" the makeup, as this is a finish spray! Gives good hold to the makeup, but no home run. Not quite convinced
I'm still trying this out, but I'm not quite convinced yet. It's supposed to be a multi-product and can be used alone as a highlighter, mixed into foundation, or as a base on the whole face for a nice glow. I don't think it's optimal for any of these purposes yet, but maybe I haven't "cracked the code". For me, it's way too glittery to use on the whole face – the particles are too big? It works fine as a highlighter, but beyond that, I'm still a bit skeptical. I've used Dior Show's liquid highlighter for this purpose before, and I have to say I still prefer it. The particles in that one are smaller and therefore give a more natural glow. Maybe it's just me not liking it being too glowy, but that's at least my experience so far. I'll test it a bit more this summer on more golden skin to see if that helps. Still good
I actually think the product should have gotten a new profile page now that the formulation has changed so much, but the product is still good. I have used All Nighter for many years, but the version produced by Scandinavia. Since they did not want to renew this agreement, they now produce All Nighter themselves – without knowing the original recipe that everyone liked for so many years (if you want the original, it is now sold under Skindinavia, so it still exists under a new brand). It should be said that I was somewhat skeptical about the new version because, based on experience, such transitions are not usually very good. This time I am not disappointed; I think the spray holds the makeup well even today. The biggest difference is not just the design but also the type of mist – it has gone from what I would have called a spray before to a mist today, so I have to apply it more times than before and closer to the face. However, less product comes out with each application now than before, so overall I don’t know how much that matters. It also smells different, but I wouldn’t say bad. The makeup stays on as well as before, but I experience that it moisturizes more, the skin doesn’t get as dry. I still get a bit shiny in the T-zone (I didn’t get that much with the previous formulation), so that’s what makes the product maybe not as good as before. But again, the ingredients are better for skin quality now, so overall it’s “same same” in my eyes. This is an expensive setting spray, so I don’t always buy this one. It is economical to use, but at the same time, there are now several sprays on the market that do the job. That’s why I don’t give 5 stars. Could be a bit cheaper. I often buy it when it’s on sale, and it should be said that you have it for a LONG time. A bit tricky to crack the code
I love a natural, lovely, and dewy finish, so my expectations for Urban Decay’s Face Bond Compact were initially high. The product is marketed as a versatile multi-product that can be used for "everything" – as a highlighter, mixed into face cream, or as a glowing base under makeup. Unfortunately, it has proven a bit tricky to fully figure out. Where I hoped for a healthy and moist glow, I unfortunately find this a bit too glittery for my taste. Used alone, I think the product is too sticky and difficult to blend nicely on the skin. It dries a bit too quickly and requires quite some work. To get a nice result with this, I think the trick is to mix it into moisturizer or foundation. However, I haven’t given up on it completely yet and will continue experimenting a bit with application. Perfect dewy finish
Urban Decay's All Nighter has long been a staple favorite on my bathroom shelf and has been a classic since middle school. Since I love a fresh and glowing look, the classic can sometimes feel a bit matte. It definitely doesn’t add much extra. This one, however, feels significantly more moisturizing and gives a much more natural, lovely glow without looking shiny. I also think it holds up well throughout the day, and the application itself is smooth and soft. Had this before and already knew before I got this product home that I like it. But what has been a downside with the product was that the mist itself isn’t so “fine” but came out in slightly too large drops. But they must have redone it! Love the mist now. It’s so soft, like a cloud. Tried to capture that in the video. Also love that it doesn’t have a strong scent since I’m sensitive to too much perfume. Otherwise, the makeup stays on very well with this product. This is such a lovely product! I have tried using it in a few different ways: * highlighter * mixed into my day cream * primer But as a highlighter dabbed on with fingers was my favorite. It blends so nicely into the base. I will definitely try mixing it into some body lotion and applying it to my décolleté this summer. I think it can look so beautiful and summery! Otherwise, I think the packaging itself was so good, the lid prevents any mess or stickiness. It feels kind of luxurious. Overall a very nice product, it looks so natural and beautiful on the skin. As a Lyko influencer tester, I've had the chance to try Urban Decay Face Bond Compact Waterproof Luminizer All Day Glow in the shade half baked for a couple of weeks now! ☀️ I love glow, so I gladly use highlighter! I didn't have any in liquid form before, but I like this one! I've used it with a brush as the last step in my makeup or mixed it with face cream to get a glow all over the face. However, I took the darkest shade, which was a bit too dark for me, but I think it will work great this summer! My first impression was that the product was a bit too dark for me, but then I tried mixing it with face cream, which worked well! I really like it because you get such a beautiful glow, which I love! I thought it was a bit tricky to work with at first before I got the right technique. Now I put it on the back of my hand and then apply it with a brush on my face if I don't mix it with face cream 💁♀️ 🧴 A nice product with a beautiful glow! I have the color Space Cowboy. A totally fantastic glow! Easy to get out of the packaging, doesn’t stick to the lid like many others, and I really like that it doesn’t come out so much at once. I tried to use it a bit as a highlighter on the face but thought it turned out less well. But on the body though!! I loved the previous formula and I love this one! The makeup lasts all day (and night) without the slightest hint of an oily T-zone. Multi use!
I have been sooooo excited about this product, especially since it’s marketed as a multi-use product! The product description did a great job explaining all the possible ways to use it💛 In my makeup routine that day, I tested it both with foundation, as eyeshadow, and as a highlighter!💜💛 I think it gives a nice glow to the face together with the foundation, without being too glittery! I also noticed that the foundation stayed really well that day!💛 The product is waterproof and sweat-resistant, and I found that it didn’t smudge either! As eyeshadow, it’s very “subtle” and gives a little shimmer. Perfect for days when you don’t wear much makeup, or for a natural look to get a bit of shimmer✨ But I wouldn’t say it behaves the same way as an eyeshadow would, and it’s not as pigmented. The makeup lasts all day!
Urban Decay has actually always been my go-to setting spray, but after the last bottle ran out, I tested quite a few other brands to compare. When I was about to test this one again, I noticed how much I had missed it!💛 And it’s incredibly exciting to try a new formula. I love glowy makeup, so I went for the glowy version this time. I was a bit skeptical since I know the formula has changed, but I actually think this one is just as good as it has been before. It has a lovely mist and I find it covers well, no big droplets!💜 In the video, I applied makeup in the morning and had a long day of traveling. What I often feel disappears during the day is blush and bronzer, but as you can see, the makeup has held up well! In some places like around the nose and similar, you can see the makeup starting to fade a bit, but that’s probably to be expected after 11 hours! "Gold" cowboy ✨
I've had the pleasure of using this wonderful product for over two weeks and I love it! It stays on really well! Doesn't smudge and I can use it on my collarbones without the product disappearing! Love having it on my collarbones because it gives such a nice detail that many forget! ✨😃 Used Space Cowboy at a wedding this weekend and the glow was still there when I got home at night 😃 I apply the product before my blush so it melts together and gives a nice radiance to the skin.
